Shoreside Private room

I chose this location for the view from a covered balcony, and the cosy furnishings. Both hit the mark. The kitchen was also well supplied for our evening and morning snacks, and we could have cooked a meal if we were more ambitious. The beds were great. The bathroom was great. We spent only two nights, and I think I would be comfortable spending a week, simply relaxing and enjoying the view.

Cannot think of anything we did not like.

Beautiful and secluded location that is not too out of the way to reach hiking trails and town amenities. The hosts are very approachable and have a wealth of knowledge about the area and other worldly subjects Thanks for your hospitality and making our stay special

Couldn't ask for better hosts! The room with the balcony was a lovely place to spend some time relaxing and enjoying the view.

The location was nice, but the woman host was very pushy and not very helpful. When I asked her the address on the phone , she told me to call booking.com. When we arrived at 3:30 she's asked us to leave. Her husband stopped her, There was absolutley no privacy. every time we left the tiny room the host were right outside the room. She had many rules, like shoes off, even though the room was 4 steps from where we took our shoes off. Going to the beach you had to sign a waiver in case you got hurt on the long very steep trail to the beach, It was awful. We left after the first night. I would not recomend it. The worst rental I ever had. No soap, no water glasses, no fun. Sorry for the terrible review, but you deserve it.

You could have done everything better. The bedroom was way to small. The one chair in the room made it so you could comfortably get to the bed. The female host had to many rules. Like the guy in the commercial.

Lizette and Kuna are charming and very engaging, we had fun visiting with them on their lovely big balcony with a beautiful view. Lizette takes great pride and care in presenting their beautiful home. Kuna’s amazing coffee was a delicious parting gift. Would definitely stay there again.

It seemed a little far from local restaurants and pubs (10-15 minute drive?), I could be wrong though as we didn’t ask.

Small room and no place to sit inside the room if the weather is poor. Far away from any restaurants or town to pick up groceries. No microwave, no coffee machine..Small fridge is outside on the deck. No glasses, only one nightstand.

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing home recently, and I have nothing but praise for it. The panoramic, serene view alone makes the trip worthwhile; it's the ideal setting for a restful retreat. The hosts were truly kind, considerate, and inviting. In addition to making sure we had everything we needed, they gave us excellent local advice that enhanced our enjoyment of the trip. And a particular thank you to the Kuna coffee, which is among the best I've ever experienced. If you enjoy coffee, make sure to try it before you leave. This location has everything you need, whether you're searching for a peaceful haven or a starting point for exploring the Sunshine Coast.

Room was big, cozy and well decorated, all dishes and cooking utilities are great, owner was kind. Shore was accessable and beatiful.

Beautiful spot - almost has the feeling of being in Hawaii when you're on the balcony. Pair of Swainson's thrushes singing back and forth in the quiet sounded almost tropical.

Beide Vermieter waren sehr nett. Wir haben uns wunderbar unterhalten. Dazu noch einen selbst gemachten Cappuccino von Kuna….ein absolutes MUSS!!😋 Mein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war geräumig. Dazu ein wunderbar großes Bad!👌🏼

Die „Abfahrt“ zum Haus. Es geht ordentlich den Berg runter. Das war aber nicht wirklich schlimm!!!

Fab location, wonderful hosts and great facilities

Breakfast was not supplied, however the coffee (Kuna Caffee) that was served to us was superb. Lisette and Kuna were lovely, friendly hosts. The view from the patio was very serene and calming. I would recommend this stay to others. Twas a lovely clean home.

A few more channels on the TV, such as sports (TSN) or home and garden (HGTV) would have been nice, but we didn’t spend a lot of time watching TV, as there is so much more to see on the Sunshine Coast.

The place was great! My friend and I had a very relaxing stay. We each get our own room. We enjoy the big living room and the comfy couch watching TV. We pay the price of a hotel room but we got a whole apartment size.

Had an excellent stay in this charming location with stellar view, deafening quiet and amazing hospitality. Would visit again without hesitation.

My partner and I stayed for the long weekend at Linette and her family's place in Sechelt. They were both super friendly and accommodating and were super helpful with advice on activities to do on the coast. The area was short calm and peaceful and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We loved our stay.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable and roomy accommodations with a lovely view. Very friendly owners, who graciously let me stay a few hours past the official time to leave.

Parking was just a tad tricky, what with a steep, sharply angled driveway but that can't really be helped in a property like that.

Great hosts, such an amazing, relaxing beach

We made a return visit because of Lissette and Kuna. They're very interesting people. Lissette makes sure everything is just right and is kind and thoughtful. Kuna makes the best coffee in the world and is a great conversationalist. The setting is peaceful and right on the ocean.

Very welcoming atmosphere. The room was supper bright with 3 windows and a door to the huge patio. The view was amazing. A lovely and tranquil place to stay. The hosts were an amazing couple. Very tentative in making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Loved the great conversations with host couple. Passionate and interesting. Amazing coffee.

Spacious living area and a huge deck. The location was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were gracious. The kitchen area was well stocked with appliances,dishes and everything you needed . The coffee was a nice treat.

The driveway was a bit daunting but if you go slow and park where the host indicates it's fine .

The parking space for guests could be dangerous as it is on an elevated platform. A barrier should be put in place to avoid guests from going over the side or the back which would be disastrous.

Warm welcome, amazing stories, excellent coffee, jaw-dropping scenery, and a private beach ... what else could you ask for? Lisette made sure we were comfortable and having a good time while Kuna provided the entertainment. :-) I definitely will be back..

Friendly welcoming hosts who spent time chatting with us. Suite is inside family home, only a few steps from front door. Peaceful location with lovely tree & water views. Suite includes a comfortable queen bed, fan, opening windows, bathroom with walk in shower & a dressing room. A shared undercover balcony area had a fridge, water, eating utensils, table & chair for guests to use.

As there is a lot of trees (which provide tranquility) the place is quite sombre. There is a wonderful, large patio but unfortunately the equipment to sit is not very comfortable. The kitchen equipment works well but is quite tightly arranged- for a night sufficient but probably not for a longer stay.

Lizette and Kuna are warm and made us feel at home. We really enjoyed being closed to the water and the mountains especially when sitting on the balcony , listening to the trees dancing and the birds signing, truly peaceful and beautiful. It is also very clean and comfortable. Everything is perfect. Will definitely stay there if we visit the Coast again!

Very steep driveway..

The two bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. Great location. Short drive to town. We loved the views from the covered patio and sitting area in the living room. We saw lots of bald eagles right from the patio and could hear the waves hitting the beach below when the tide was coming in. We liked having cooking facilities. The beds were comfortable. Lisette was very friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had. Make sure to hike at Hidden Grove in the Sechelt Heritage Forest. So lush and beautiful and not difficult. And then stop and do the very short hike into Burnett Falls. Small but pretty waterfall.

Traumhafte Lage. Es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Sehr gehobenes Ambiente, top Sauberkeit und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Überaus nette "Vermieter", eine absolute Empfehlung, ohne wenn und aber!

PERECT comfort, quietness, facilities, location.

Beautifully located on the shoreline in a peaceful and well treed setting. We felt a layer of stress fall away sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and looking over the ocean. Lisette and Kuna are interesting and engaging. We talked a lot and laughed a lot! We felt like we met new friends! Can't wait to go back.

Didn’t stay for breakfast. Sorry, I should have said, Goodbye. It was good value.
