Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal um Kochi zu besuchen. Das Haus ist mitten in der Stadt und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und großzügig. Shaan ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kann einem gute tips zu Kochi geben.

Wir reisten im August. Außerhalb der Saison wird kein Frühstück angeboten. Somit mussten wir außerhalb frühstücken. Dies war für uns nicht ersichtlich aufgrund der vielen positiven Berichte und Fotos in den Bewertungen anderer Reisender.

Die Lage ist optimal um Fort Cochin zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist absolut ruhig, obwohl das Haus sehr zentral liegt. Die Restaurants Tipps waren genial, habe noch nie zuvor so hervorragend indisch gegessen.

Ne pas avoir eu de petit déjeuner car le chef etait occupé ailleurs. Le gérant m’a dit qu’il m’offrirait une papaye coupée et je ne l’ai jamais eue . J’ai appris le dernier jour en fin de journée qu’il fallait payer cash le séjour car Booking ne verse pas d’argent en Inde . Du coup il a fallu aller de nouveau au distributeur ce qui n’était pas facile .

Friendly helpful staff, great location

Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel wird mit großer Liebe geführt und das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage ließ sich gut einstellen und war leise. Die Lage ist fußläufig zur vielen Attraktionen und zur Biennale, jedoch gleichzeitig ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.

The property is clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a pleasant overall ambience. Location is undoubtedly a strong advantage, making it convenient for getting around. Breakfast was decent and satisfactory, though not particularly memorable.

The room size is quite limited—so much so that opening luggage on the floor becomes impractical, which feels restrictive given the price point.One inconvenience worth noting is that outside slippers were not permitted, yet the hotel did not provide in-room slippers either, which affected comfort during the stay.

Shyam, the host, is super warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was compact but very cosy. Perfect for one person. Must say the linen being used was great quality. The bathroom was large and well equipped with a great shower! The location was great and the place is really quiet. Functional. Does its job!

Giving access to a common pantry where one can help themselves to refilling water or using the refrigerator to store something or using the microwave would be useful for travellers. It's inconvenient to always be dependent on the host for these as the pantry is not accessible to all.

Great location. Really nice and clean hotel. Loved the communal lounge area on the rooftop and breakfast. Great AC and amenities. Shaan was so friendly and helped us arrange for a driver to take us on a boat trip which was quite far away and wait for us.

Shaan was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved their room - 103. It was a two tier room. It was very close to the main Biennale venues. It was quiet and there was no road noise. No mosquitoes either.

The plug points in our room were hard to find. It was between the wardrobe and the wall. We also couldn’t figure out the geyser. We turned on all the power amp switches and waited. Hot water never came

The breakfast was very good and you didn't leave hungry wanting more.Place was clean and nearby to visiting sights with tuk tuks also available 2 take you further afield. Shaan was an amazing host, very helpful and made you feel relaxed which is what a holiday is about.Shaan suggested where to go and how to get there without being pushy.Kept me calm with flight plans when moving on

L'accueil de Shaan est adorable, il est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes et on se sent comme chez l'habitant. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et change tous les jours, les chambres sont propres et confortables et l'hôtel est très bien situé et à proximité de toutes les visites à faire à pied à Fort Kochi. Un séjour incroyable et un hôtel que je recommande à 100% !

Was told the room would be cleaned and sheets changed every other day. This was not the case, room bin was full and we ran out of toilet paper.

Not necessarily a bad thing but as the hotel is next to a school - it can be a little loud in the mornings and difficult to have a lie in.

SeaCoast Inn is a tranquil gem in the heart of Fort Kochi. Just a few minutes away from many of the historic places of interest and the busy seafront this is a perfect base for a good night's sleep, a delicious freshly cooked breakfast and the warm hospitality of the manager Shaan. Shaan was super- helpful in providing advice and recommendations whether that be restaurants or how best to navigate Kochi. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel!

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal pour visiter Kochi à pied. L'hébergement se situe dans une impasse tranquille. Si vous aimez être réveillé par le chant des oiseaux, prenez une chambre donnant sur la rue. L'accueil est charmant. Petit-déjeuner sur le toit-terrasse très agréable. Enfin le manager peut réserver aisément un taxi ou un spectacle de kathalali. C'est très appréciable.

Vraiment rien car c'est un endroit formidable. Je conseille juste de prendre de la monnaie - rupies, dollars ou euros- car payer en carte ajoute un pourcentage non négligeable.

SeaCoast inn was fantastic. The accommodations were lovely, the breakfast was tasty, and the hotel was in the heart of the historic district. The staff was lovely, friendly, and ready to help at a moments notice.

If you’ve got mobility issues, this won’t be the place for you. Large staircase to access upper floors.

It's an oasis of calm in a not so great over touristy location. shaan was lovely. The seacoast Inn in lovely. The room has all you need, though a little small. Breakfast is nice and the terrace is a bonus as a space to sit or work in. The dawn chorus is great too.

Nothing wrong with the Seacoast Inn at all. It's the location, Kochin and Fort Kochi. Over touristy and very dirty. Such as shame as it was rated so high but wouldn't have gone if I knew how filthy it was.

Very clean, new, friendly helpful staff. I was only there one short night but would stay here again if I’m ever in Kochi again.

Rooms are relatively small but that’s possibly to be expected in this area? This is a very minor issue. Would have preferred more local food for breakfast. White toast and cereal is not my style but local fruit and omelet appreciated.

L'inconvénient d'être dans une impasse en coeur de ville, est qu'on n'a aucune vue, et d'ailleurs, les fenêtres ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir. Il faut cependant reconnaître que l'hôtel se trouve à quelques pas du bord de mer, des fameux "carrelets chinois... donc l'absence de vue ne pose pas de problème. Les chambres sont petites. Il faut s'organiser pour poser son sac de voyage, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

Very good location, very friendly and helpful staff and owner and great breakfast terrace. I would recommend a stay at SeaCoast Inn to anyone visiting Kochi.

Personally, I found the architecture of the shower to be a bit little impractical, as water comes only from directly above (rainfall shower head), but that's just a personal preference.

Meget venlig og yderst hjælpsom vært, der kun ønsker at gøre det allerbedste for at højne kvaliteten af hotellet. Møbelstilen og indretningen kunne jeg godt lide, hyggelig loungeområde øverst oppe, som vi dog ikke fik prøvet. Gåafstand til det meste i området. Gode restauranter i området. Dejlig frisklavet juice til morgen.

Måtte selv fjerne kalk fra brusehovede i loftet, hvorefter den fungerede fint. Burde være ordnet jævnligt. Savnede at få frisk vand stillet ind på værelset. Ikke gjort rent på værelset før afrejse

The location is less than 5 mins to the water metro. Located in Fort Kochi there are lots of restaurants and cafes and places to visit within walking distance. Lovely rooms, comfy beds and a great area on the top floor for breakfast. The manager is very professional and helpful. I love the wall painting in the breakfast room.

The location was perfect and all within walking distance to local shops, the ferry and restaurants etc. Sean the owner was super helpful, answering questions and making sure we had all that we needed. Breakfast was good value and found in a lovely roof top terrace. Spotlessly clean and good value for money

Beautiful heritage hotel in a fantastic location- everything is within an easy walk. Because it’s tucked away it’s nice and quiet. One of our favourite stays in India so far.

Shaan was a fantastic host with many great tips for enjoying Kochi. Our room was clean and comfortable and the Inn is an oasis of calm right in the centre of the town’s bustle. We’ll definitely be back.

The breakfast was wholesome and delicious. The location is fantastic with most places in Fort Kochi at walking distance. The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Shaan was a very helpful host giving us recommendations and arranging transport for us.

Una menzione speciale va al letto, incredibilmente comodo — uno dei migliori su cui abbia dormito durante il viaggio. La colazione viene servita sul rooftop, un dettaglio che rende le mattine ancora più piacevoli. È possibile scegliere tra colazione in stile Kerala, autentica e gustosa, oppure continentale, a seconda delle preferenze. Excelente ubicación en Fort Kochi. Edificio nuevo con una decoración preciosa, muy limpio y situado en una calle muy tranquila. La habitación muy bien decorada, amplia y una cama muy cómoda. Shaan fue muy amable conmigo durante toda la estancia sugiriendome muy buenos restaurantes donde comer, transportes, etc.. Todo el personal muy cálido. Me sentí como en casa. Homestay totalmente recomendable!

Ein kleines, wunderschön mit Holzmöbeln im Kolonialstil eingerichtetes Hotel!Sehr zentral , aber ruhig gelegen in einer Seitengasse. Ein einfaches Frühstück gibt es auf der luftigen Dachterrasse mit Aussicht ins Grüne! Der Manager macht alles alleine, hat nur etwas Hilfe. Er ist sehr bemüht, es den Gästen angenehm zu machen

Wir waren drei Nächte dort mit großen Koffern, für die es etwas eng war. Es ist alles etwas kleiner, als es auf den Bildern scheint.Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn jemand zwischendurch etwas sauber gemacht und schmutzige Gläser ausgetauscht hätte.

Très bon emplacement. Chambre spacieuse et confortable Notre hote shaan est tres prévenant et à votre écoute pour tous vos besoins. Il nous a réserver un taxi à notre arrivée malgré une heure tres tardive.

Sea Coast Inn is a real gem. We've been travelling in India for 7 weeks and this is one of the best places we've stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the rest of the property was the same. The location is excellent with everything walking distance away. Shaan and his staff were really helpful and ensured our stay was very enjoyable with restaurant recommendations and reservations for the local cultural centre to enjoy traditional dance.

The staff are very helpful with great recommendations and local booking services. We were delighted to find this place and stayed in a superior room which was a real treat by Indian hotel standards. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable ang large bed. Located in the center of all the attractions and in a very quiet area. The breakfast was delicious and prepared for you. The host arranged a driver from the airport and it was a very safe drive. All my best recommendation to stay here.

Shaan war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er hat keine Mühe gescheut, um all unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich (indische Küche).

Modern we’ll designed hotel with great room facilities and fantastic breakfast with varied choices in very good location very close to all restaurants and places of interest but what makes this place a step above the rest is the owner Shaan he treats you like family giving all the help and information you need including arranging Tuk tuk with very safe and courteous driver restaurant recommendations and even transport to our next destination would definitely recommend to stay here
