Clean, spacious. Beds were fine, no environment noise, perfect stay

Good location and bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

There was a lot of mold in our first allocated room , in our second room the main light of the room was uncomfortable (only had weird colors) and there was a little mold also. The coffee had a weird taste. Also I only noticed there was no elevator after confirming the booking.

I don’t have any dislikes about the hotel. It was good, not very old, and renovated. The door in front of my room was audible and their discussion was easily heard.

No último dia, o elevador parou de funcionar, e o wifi começou a oscilar. Mas isso não foi o suficiente para estragar nossa experiência positiva.

La localisation

Un late check-out jusqu’à 11h nous avait été confirmé, mais le personnel du matin nous a réveillés à 10h pour quitter l’appartement. Cette situation a été particulièrement désagréable et incohérente avec l’accord convenu.

Fantastic location, right next to some of the most beautiful streets in Rome and close to everything. The staff (Shiva, Amalia and Simona) was pleasant and friendly, and gave us excellent food recommendations. Also, the cleanliness and room size were top-notch.

The only minor complaint is that the Wi-Fi signal was somewhat weak.

L’emplacement était idéal, en plein centre: nous avons tout visité à pieds ! Le logement était propre et nous avons pu laisser les valises après le Check out en attendant notre avion. Le prix était très bien pour l’emplacement dans la ville. L’attention était très bien et les membres de l’hôtel étaient très réactives par whatsapp.

L’insonorisation est vraiment très faible. On entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir (ménage le matin, arrivées des autres clients pendant la journée et la nuit) et dans la rue. Également le lit grinçait quand on bougeait.

Location was good for sightseeing and very close to main shopping area.

Room was very small, never saw staff except for when we checked in. Facilities were bare and it's was quite noisy outside

Great property in a very central location, walking distance from all attractions. The staff were very helpful (Shiva and Elena), all information was communicated through WhatsApp with prompt replies and met upon arrival. Rooms were also immaculate and cleaned daily, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property!

The windows of our room faced the street and were noisy, and the walls between the rooms were thin.

Good location, easy communication with staff, comfortable room with air conditioning, good bathroom facilities, minimal noise from outside.

Room is a bit stuffy/warm (although it did have air conditioning) and doesn’t include breakfast (and there aren’t many breakfast places nearby).

Las camas eran todas dobles y no existía la opción de camas individuales, lo cual resulta incómodo para quienes no son pareja. De hecho, una madre y su hijo compartían habitación y, al no disponer de camas separadas, finalmente no se alojaron en el hotel.

Proximity to everything.

We were couple times in Roma, and this suite is the best. In Via Ripetta, everything is walking distance, Vaticano, Colloseo, Piaza Navona, Spanish steps. Room and toilet are so clean Hospitality is great. We got late check in so easily. Every morning there is cleaning of room, and you get clean towels. In room there is also little fridge. In hall is little kitchen where you can make tea and cofee. If your flight back home is late, you can leave luggage in hall where is camera, so it is secure. Thank you very much for everything. We will back in Rome in autumn, and this will be our suite for sure. Thanks once again, Katarina & Mario

La ubicación y la atención del personal.

La diferencia de tamaño entre habitaciones del mismo precio, a la mampara del baño le faltaba una puerta que sustituyen con cortinas, a parte de ser extremamente pequeño. Habitación muy pequeña y poco cómoda.

The property was centrally located! Very close to plaza del Popolo and in good walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and many restaurants! Maria, Shiva and Elena were great! We were able to leave our luggage and were able to do early check in! Also, the fridge in our unit wasn’t working and just took one message and they replaced it right away! Another good point is the water pressure was amazing!

Great Location

Firstly, the room provided was entirely different from what was advertised in the listing. The photos and description were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition or layout of the accommodation. One of the most concerning issues was the bathroom setup. The shower was located within the main room corridor area, with inadequate ventilation. As a result, the entire room was constantly humid, with extremely poor air circulation and a persistent moldy smell, making the environment uncomfortable and unhealthy. Additionally, there were major security concerns. The rooms did not have proper locking systems; instead, access was granted via passcodes. These codes appeared to follow an easily predictable pattern, raising serious concerns about guest safety. To make matters worse, on one occasion during the day, we returned briefly to find our room door left open by staff, exposing our personal belongings to anyone.

Unico particolare che non mi è piaciuto quel simil parquet (pavimento)grigio che svalorizza il contesto . Tutto il resto di gran gusto e piacevole.

Perfectly situated, we could realistically walk anywhere. Security was great and we were given recommendations for local restaurants etc. Thanks to Debora, Shiva & Elena, we’ve recommended the accommodation to friends at home.

Nie działała klimatyzacja, w pokoju było bardzo gorąco, jak otworzyło się okno to za oknem bardzo głośno chodziły wentylatory. Jedna z butelek wody które otrzymaliśmy w hotelu była otwarta, prysznic stał w korytarzu. 22:50 próbowałem się skontaktować z recepcją ale nikt nie odbierał, dzwoniłem na numer który miał być dostępny 24h i nie dało się dodzwonić.

Pros • Sehr zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. • Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung und einigermaßen sauber. • Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt und das Bett täglich gemacht.

Cons • Sehr hellhöriges Hotel. Gespräche und Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren deutlich zu hören. • Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war extrem laut, besonders nachts störend. • Der Check-in lief sehr ungewöhnlich ab. Das Hotel kontaktierte uns vorab über WhatsApp und bat darum, unsere Personalausweise abzufotografieren und dort zu senden. Das wollten wir aus Datenschutzgründen zunächst nicht. • Als wir bereits am Flughafen waren, schrieb das Hotel erneut, dass die Rezeption an diesem Tag früher schließen würde und wir die Ausweise zwingend per WhatsApp schicken müssten, um überhaupt Zugang zum Hotel zu bekommen. Da wir sonst nicht hätten einchecken können, haben wir das schließlich gemacht. Trotzdem dauerte es danach noch über zwei Stunden, bis wir die Zugangsdaten zum Betreten des Hotels erhielten. Diese kamen erst etwa eine Stunde bevor wir im Hotel angekommen sind. • Ein besonders negatives Erlebnis: Als wir an einem Nachmittag in unser Zimmer zurückkamen, stand die Zimmertür offen und es war kein Mitarbeiter zu sehen. Vermutlich wurde sie nach der Reinigung nicht richtig geschlossen. Dadurch war das Zimmer für eine unbekannte Zeit frei zugänglich, was wir als großes Sicherheitsproblem empfunden haben.

De meest perfecte locatie! Letterlijk een zijstraatje verwijderd van alle winkels. Ook alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand zeker te doen! Rome is zo groot dus heb helaas nog niet alles kunnen zien, de eerst volgende keer als ik terug kom zal het zeker weten weer hier bij dit hotel zijn.

Helemaal niks op aan te merken. Het enige wat ietsje fijner zou zijn is als de check out niet om 10:00 is maar om 11:00 als standaard tijd.

It was in a perfect location and super clean.

Our room didn’t have natural light, apart from a window in a kind of hallway connecting to the bathroom. This meant lights had to be on any time of the day. We could hear people moving in the neighbouring rooms and communal hallway from early morning, which meant broken sleep. The receptionist said no when we asked for a small plastic bottle of water - which they had a fully stacked cupboard of. There was no drinking water anywhere in the building, we had to go hunting around neighbourhood to buy it. Incredibly bad customer service. And personally rude.

The floor of shower is extremely slippery and I slip and have my bone injured, when I report this accident via WhatsApp to the on-line staff, there is no response

It’s a very good location close to all of the things you wanna see in rome! comfy bed with comfy pillows. TV with Netflix.

The bathroom isn’t very clean, clear mould & damp issues in the door and tiles, not a good view out of the window, bed headboard has stains. I actually got a throat ache due to the damp issues. Just doesn’t feel that clean.

The room was great, very comfortable. It was cleaned every day. Next to the city center, we didn't use local transportation to get to main sightseeing. Many thank for their help to Yasmin, Shiva and Elena.

The wifi in the room could work better.
