It is truly one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It is spacious, clean, quiet and the view from the balcony on the backside was amazing. Special note for the bed that was so comfortable, as a person that has difficulty in falling asleep. The communication was very quick and easy and they accommodated requests, such as extra covers, immediately. Last but not least, in the basement there are washing machines and a drying machine, but also a rack to let them dry in the balcony is available. We will choose it again in the future.

I cannot think of something that bothered us. Maybe for people who are not a couple, the lack of a more sturdy door separating the bathroom from the rest of the apartment could be an inconvenience.

We were 4 people, we stayed there 2 nights, and I am speaking on behalf of my colleagues too. The whole flat was clean, comfy and beautiful. We were satisfied with our stay there and with the staff. Around 20 minutes it takes to the city center. We had a walk and it was nice before and after diner. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

If something would be problem for someone is there is no washing machine and if the stay is longer, one should think of that.

Tout est parfait

Everything was perfect, location super, clean new apartments and host was very gentle and sweet she helped us for everything.I recommend this apartments

Modern, curat, terasa foarte frumoasa.

Résidence moderne et confortable

Rien

The appartment offered a lot of comfortable space, Maria took an amazing CARE of us, she was checking in regularly and was there when we needed help or advise. Maria is the best host I met

Sehr exclusive Suite mit allem was dazugehört inkl. Garage/Carport. Also alles was man so im Urlaub benötigt.

Molto elegante e bella, con tutti i comfort

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our stay in Chania. The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Maria. She is an outstanding hostess who genuinely cares about her guests. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with absolutely everything made us feel at home from day one. As we were traveling with a baby, Maria thoughtfully provided a baby bed, high chair, baby spoons, and other essentials, making our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. These thoughtful touches meant a lot to us and showed how dedicated she is to ensuring her guests have the best possible experience. It is rare to find both a stunning property and such exceptional hospitality in one place. Maria went above and beyond in every way, and her recommendations, responsiveness, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. If you are visiting Chania, this is the place to stay. Thank you, Maria, for your incredible hospitality and for making our family trip so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning!

comfortabel , heel goed bed.

The view and home is absolutely amazing as well as the owner. She is very kind and helpful

We had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful apartment in Chania and couldn't recommend it more — especially for families! The space itself is stunning: spacious, modern, and meticulously kept. Every detail has been thought through. One of the highlights was the massive terrace accessible from every room — we had breakfast and coffee outside every morning, which was just wonderful. Despite being so close to the city center, it's wonderfully quiet — the perfect combination. The covered parking right next to the front door was such a bonus and made every outing so much easier. Little things like that really add up when you're traveling with family. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay — any question was answered quickly and warmly. You really feel looked after. We left feeling genuinely rested, which is rare! This is the kind of place you'll want to come back to. Highly recommend!

nothing!

Rien

Everything was great

Check out time at 10 am is a bit early

Clean and modern

Nothing

Everything!!!!! Feels really like home. High quality appartments.

Nothing.

I really appreciated the spaciousness, cleanliness, aesthetics, and location. The covered parking on the ground floor was a big plus, especially when it rained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The lady who welcomed us was extremely polite and very helpful. Communication with the host was excellent, and she always responded to my messages promptly.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

Super modern and clean property in a great location!

Rien

The place is so clean, modern and well equipped with everything you need and very close to the old town of Chania. Maria is so kind and responds to your texts in very short time. Will stay there again fir sure

We loved the openness of the place. It was spacious and comfortable

Just the area but that can't be helped :)

Nowe, czyste i duże mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji i darmowymi miejscami parkingowymi.

The communication with the host was outstanding! We had a few request like early check-in, questions about taxies and take-away recommendations > all was supported in the best way possible. We also forgot something at the property and the host made sure it was shipped to our home quickly and properly. I could even order my favorite Nespresso coffee capsules prior to arrival and they were waiting for me when we checked-in. Location: super close to local restaurants, brunch places and supermarkets; Parking: was very conformable, right next to the entrance, part of the property with shade, so the car was never hot Facilities: Everything we needed the apartment had; I loved the electric blinds and the nets for the bugs; We could have the windows and doors open for the breeze, without worries The view: just like in the photos; We saw the see from the terrace Tip: make sure to check out the common terrace on the top floor of the building; Make sure to read the messages from the host before arrival - there are some good tips there

nothing! and I rarely say that; A suggestion would be for the shower area in the bathroom: a small squidge to dry the excess water would make a real difference; This is more of a nice-to-have, though

The apartment really exceeds our expectation. It's super nice and is like a home, provided almost everything we need for our travel. The location is very well, 3-4 mins walking distance to supermarket, and it provides free private parking. Landlord is very nice, very quick in response to my questions. It's the best apartment we've stayed so far compared to the others at similar price. It's worth recommending.

Nothing

Cute, new apartments a bit off the main tourist paths, but the area’s lively and really nice. We only stayed one night, but honestly, we could’ve stayed longer. We really liked having a terrace - a great spot for coffee and relaxing. Maria was always in touch and responded quickly.

Really lovely modern apartment with 2 balconies! Self check-in was smooth and the host was helpful and very easily contactable

There was a powercut while we were there but that didn't last long, and obviously wasn't the host's fault (it was during a storm). Nothing else to complain about.

The premises were very clean and the free parking was spectacular.

Appartement très agréable, agencé avec goût. Très bien isolé. Pratique. Communication avec le personnel et instructions claires.

Rien, au top !

La propreté, très jolie et moderne. Très bon rapport qualité prix
