Nous y étions pour notre lune de miel. Ce lieu est magique en tout point. Vous arrivez dans un lieu sans bruit, rien qu’à vous, une piscine avec jacuzzi, un chef privé adorable qui vous prépare à manger quand vous le désirez, et surtout un rapport qualité prix très abordable pour ce type de lieux. Si vous voulez profiter d’une plage sauvage, elle se trouve à 200 m du lieu. Un lieu parfait pour deconnecter

A perfect stay. Our only regret is that we could only stay two days. It honestly felt like being in paradise. Every single detail has been taken care of, and what struck us most was the warmth and genuine attention of the staff. The young man who runs the property is also the chef, and the dishes he prepares are simply superb. The garden and all the greenery around the property are impeccably maintained, and the pool is spectacular. A little corner of heaven on earth. We'll definitely be back, next time for longer.

This is probably the nicest place I have ever stayed. It is just perfect in so many ways. There is something so special about being the only guests and having the whole place to ourselves. The location is wonderful. Nilavelli Beach (which is incredible) is a very short walk down the lane outside the gates. We headed down most afternoons for a swim in the sea. Along the way we usually saw a troop of grey monkeys and on one occasion few cows ambling along! In terms of the hotel itself, it is incredibly well designed with a focus on total relaxation. There are different seating/lounging areas in the stunning gardens. The pool is fabulous and has a jacuzzi and a swim up bar area. There is also a building for massages which I think will be ready soon. At night and in the mornings we ate in the open air dining area which also had a selection of books to borrow. The bedroom is also wonderful. Such a comfortable super king sized bed. We both slept brilliantly every night. The bathroom is also fabulous! There is an outside bath and shower (but inside toilet thankfully) which felt like such a treat. We absolutely loved the food. The breakfasts were massive and kept us going until the evening each day. The best thing about the food though was the Sri Lankan dishes we had in the evenings which were incredible. Paula (probably spelt wrong. Sorry!) the chef is so talented. He made us some incredible vegetable dishes which I will remember for a long time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I mentioned that I had heard that Sri Lankan hoppers are really good, but he said he could not make them because did not have the right pans. However, the next morning hoppers appeared because he had gone out to buy a pan. All of the staff were just lovely and so helpful. They are happy to do anything to make it a wonderful stay. You just have to ask. I don’t think I will ever stay anywhere as special as this. It was magical!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very well taken care of by the staff throughout our time here. Everyone was incredibly attentive and welcoming. One of the absolute highlights was the dinner prepared for us by one of the staff members. It was honestly the best food we’ve had during our trip through Sri Lanka so far – absolutely delicious and prepared with so much care. He did an amazing job! The breakfast was just as impressive and truly outstanding. The location is also beautiful. We had the whole place to ourselves, which made our stay feel especially peaceful and relaxing. The sea is only a short walk away, making it a perfect place to unwind. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Wir haben drei Nächte hier verbracht und haben es sehr genossen die ganze Anlage für uns zu haben. Der Pool ist toll und das Bett war bequem. Das Outdoor Bad ist etwas besonderes. Der private Koch hat uns leckere Mahlzeiten zubereitet. :)

Leider hatte das Wasser bei unserem Aufenthalt einen unangenehmen Geruch. Auch die Badewanne könnte aus unserer Sicht eine Renovierung bzw. bessere Pflege vertragen. Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings waren die Englischkenntnisse teilweise sehr begrenzt, wodurch die Kommunikation etwas erschwert wurde. Wir hätten uns insgesamt etwas mehr Zuvorkommenheit gewünscht. Auf Nachfrage wurden unsere Wünsche jedoch stets erfüllt. Insgesamt wäre mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Ausstattung und den Service sicherlich noch mehr aus dem Aufenthalt herauszuholen.

Everything! This place truely is a hidden gem. The attention to detail was fantastic, facilities were amazing (loved the outdoor bath and shower) and the pool area is so well done! Bed was super comfy and the area is so quiet so we had the best sleeps every night. Cinema screen of a nighttime on the comfy beanbags was a great added touch. Staff are so friendly and are always there on hand to bring drinks and make food. Breakfast was delicious and the dinners we had were very tasty. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were so kind and made our stay wonderful, nothing was too much to ask. We even got to hang out til the afternoon on the day of check out so that we didn’t have to wait in the airport for hours which was greatly appreciated.

Ultimate relaxation, the entire place to ourselves (the pool, home cinema) & staff were all there to cater to just our needs (no other guests) Staff were very attentive Food was delicious however spicy, and due to language barrier this was difficult to explain Very clean Well maintained High quality Comfortable sun beds Pool was beautiful with water feature They provided us with two bikes to use free of charge which was a great addition to cycle to local amenities Complimentary gift was very kind thank you The homemade flower necklace on arrival was such a lovely touch

Lack of drinks menu, and what was available to drink, although they offered to get anything we needed, options were still limited (not a full bar like listing) No information sheet on arrival, so lots of questions which led to lack of understanding e.g. if we were allowed to buy our own drinks, or if they were provided only- in the end we did both which worked well This also meant we did not know how much drinks were? And only found out on departure when paying the bill. Another example, unsure if they were housekeeping daily as listed, our room was cleaned once as we asked, however the bath was not No snack menu (however were happy to make us anything) Probably just teething issues, once these are sorted it will be a incredible getaway and we still had a lovely time

Letto molto comodo, pulizia, colazione molto buona. Il personale é una presenza molto discreta e molto disponibile. Posizione eccellente a circa 200 metri dalla spiaggia.

Potrebbe essere utile aggiungere un minifrigo in camera. L’acqua della doccia non é particolarmente calda.

Everything ! The place is very well designed and well equipped, the staff is very caring and nice and the food is amazing. You’ll find everything you need in a single place.

Sometimes you can have difficulties to make sure you’re understood in English with some of the staff, however we always found a way to ensure we get understood in the end. It has not tainted our experience at all.

Ontzettend sfeervol huisje, leuk ingericht en personeel wat er werkelijk alles aan doet om je een maximale beleving mee te geven. Wij werden overladen met fruitshakes, lekkere hapjes en ze stonden altijd voor ons klaar.

Lugar tranquilo y privado, donde poder darte un baño sin ruidos y disfrutando del momento. El personal es atento y amable. Se muestran cerca de ti por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El lugar es impresionante y muy bonito. Muy buen lugar si quieres alojarte en la zona de Nilaveli Beach, ya que está muy próximo a la playa.

Il s’agit en fait d’une propriété avec un très belle chambre, une piscine, un espace de home cinéma extérieur et un salon, le tout entièrement privé ( pas d’autres clients que les deux occupants de la chambre). Mobilier, services, nourriture : tout est raffiné et beau. Le personnel est aux petits soins, le cuisinier très professionnel . Une adresse rare pour une étape de luxe et de calme, à 150m de la plage !
