The location was excellent, right in the heart of Tunis. The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Tunis.

Un poco incómodo el manejo del agua caliente y el interrumpor de luz del baño, pero igual se pudo usar.

La ubicación es genial, a un paso de las avenidas principales y de la Medina. También cerca de supermercados y de todo tipo de comercios.

Nada, estaba todo perfecto, puedes cocinar incluso sin ningún tipo de problema.

At first, I was surprised by some of the negative reviews, but after staying here I can honestly say that the apartment is very clean inside and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the internet service is very good. The location is excellent, right in the city center, just a few steps away from shops, cafés, and all essential services. For the price, it is truly great value for money.

The only thing future guests should know is that the building itself is quite old and slightly worn inside, but this did not cause me any concern since the apartment itself is in very good condition.

L’appartement est très propre, avec des draps blancs et parfumés, ce qui est rare à trouver. Tout était clair, bien organisé, et le prix est très correct. L’emplacement est idéal directement sur l’avenue Habib Bourguiba.

Le hall et l’entrée de l’immeuble sont anciens et un peu désordonnés, ce qui peut décevoir ceux qui cherchent un cadre plus moderne.

The location is excellent, and the flat was clean, making me feel right at home. The person managing the flat is amazing—professional and quick to respond to any questions I had. The air conditioning worked well, and the internet was fast. We couldn't have asked for more.

Confortable. Très près des restos, magasins. Hôte très communicatif en français, prêt á tout faire pour notre confort et flexible pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Ni table ni chaises pour manger ensemble. On mange sur le sofa. Cuisine et salle de bain de base.

The apartment is very beautiful and cozy, it is very well ubicated and Ashraf, the owner, is super nice and always willing to support with everything he can.

the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs and was very old and very care-worn. Altogether it was quite depressing although the lounge and bedrooms were a good size. as others have commentated, the guy was attentive but I guess he has to be as there is so much that can go wrong with buildings this old. we had paid more than usual to have a nicer than usual place for the last 2 nights of our 5 week holiday but ended up with somewhere not nearly as nice as much cheaper places in Tunis and elsewhere.

Achref is very friendly and attentive. He will wait for you and show you how to access the property. The property is very central and easy to travel to and front. Spacious and air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with stove, coffee machine and cooking utensils.

The house was clean i didnt need nothing from out side i loved the view thé bed was clean witch IS somthing rare to find the kitchen was perfect to Cook and the toilet was clean witch all his cleaning supplies

The entry of the apparemment was not so clean i Guess its a thing for the arabe countrys

I liked the appartment a lot. Everything was perfect! It’s really clean and tidy. Its also really Spacious !!! The host is the best person you could ever meet!
