Great hotel to visit rice terrasses in Banaue and Batad. Great driver Joemar who picked us up in Manila. Friendly and helpful staff.

Tem motoristas disponíveis no local que podem fazer os tours. Edwin foi o nosso guia para ver os terraços de arroz em Batad. Joemar era o motorista que nos levou ao aeroporto. Gostamos dos dois.

La superbe vue mais à condition d’être logés dans le bâtiment principal car il y a une annexe et pour autant que vs ayez une chambre un peu en hauteur avec balcon sur les rizières ! Et je dois dire que la nourriture était loin d’être mauvaise, c’était même plutôt bon ! Simple mais bien fait ! Personnel très gentil ! Surtout le monsieur qui a travaillé à Dubai !

This place is probably the best in Banaue. Absolute highlight is the view from the room and restaurant at the rice terraces.We couldnt get enough of it. Good reception service and the transportation services Joemar,the driver,was great.

The restaurant was ok but for the price which is a little bit higher then others in Banaue,it could be better

Amazing location with views over the rice terraces. Large room & comfortable double bed. Super service, great welcome & friendly staff.

The view was spectacular. The rooms were spacious and modern. Despite the brownouts, the hotel fired up the generator therefore not an issue. The staff were excellent!! Leah was extremely informative organizing and suggesting tours. Jomar was an excellent driver and always made sure we were cared for. The whole staff were friendly and helpful!

The wifi was a little spotty but I believe that is an issue in the whole mountainous area.

Everything is perfect except for the frequent power interruption

Zeer verzorgde kamer met een zeer mooi uitzicht op de vallei van Benaue. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Perfect location to view the rice terraces

Suggestions for improvement: (1) Since there’s no AC, provide a fan in the room because it can get hot during the day. I can’t imagine of if I stay there during summer. (2) Be consistent with food. Sometimes food tastes great, sometimes salty (3) Train some of the front staff more to be smiling and welcoming. Some because others are great already.

Food could be improved to better showcase local cuisine and flavour. Towels are limited to 1 per person each day and they charge extra for additional towels Staff forgot to clean room in second day and we had to request proper cleaning

50 % du personnel pas aimable (nous avons passé une soirée au restaurant sans aucune attention du personnel et a aller au comptoir pour commander et se chercher nos boissons. L'éloignement du centre ville. Le manque de soin aux détails de la chambre : armoire en formica, tapis de bain usé et sale. Petit déjeuner assez basique. Formules proposée pas claire. Le premier jour je n'ai eu que 2 oeufs sur la plat pour un déjeuner "Américain". Restaurant ferme assez tôt.

Great boutique hotel. Excellent experience. The hotel is located in a great view - so a wonderful view can be seen in the rooms from the large windows and balconies as well as from the restaurant. The room is large and spacious, clean and well-equipped. Comfortable bed, comfortable seating area on the balcony and in the room, refrigerator and kettle. The restaurant (combined with a bar) is pleasant and overlooks the view, there is an option to sit inside and on the balcony. The staff is very nice, helpful and professional. Good breakfast (pancakes, eggs, salad, toast, jams and also local style - rice, fish, sausages...) Varied menu for lunch and dinner (until 9:00 PM) Fair prices and the dishes are delicious and fresh. The staff at the reception are pleasant and provide fast and professional service. And help organize trips in the area in different styles and budgets (from tricycle to van with a guide attached) I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and in my opinion this is the only place in the area to enjoy the area and vacation. (For those not on a tight budget)

The water flow is relatively weak - I assume this is a local problem. (But the water is still hot and the shower is great and you can wash your hair)

Wir hatten aus unserem Zimmer eine außergewöhnliche Aussicht auf die Reisterrassen von Banaue. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet.

Top Empfehlung! Super Service, vorab Transfer von/nach Manila arrangiert plus 2 individuelle Ausflüge zu den Reisfeldern von Batad und Bangaan sowie Hapao. Hotel hat schöne Lage mit Blick auf Reisfelder, das Dorfzentrum ist per Tuktuk erreichbar.

We stayed only one night and we liked everything

The location was fantastic and the standard of the facilities for that area are 5 star. The front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful! From the beginning, they went above and beyond helping us with our transfers and tours. They organized it all for us. The restaurant and food were also outstanding. And shout out to our driver - Jomar.

De uitstekende locatie met spectaculair uitzicht over de rijstterrassen. De comfortabele, nette kamer en badkamer met goede douche. Het personeel is vriendelijk en correct.

Het eten was niet lekker. Het ontbijt is zeer eenvoudig met een zeer beperkte keuze. Ook het avondeten was smaakloos.

לקחו לנו מחיר מופקע על שירות כביסה. פי 5 ממה ששלמנו בכל הפיליפינים התעוררנו עם מלא עקיצות

Grosses, ziemlich neues und sehr modernes Hotel etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Banaue aber in perfekter Lage und mit mega Aussicht auf die Reisterrassen. Etwas höherpreisig aber aus meiner Sicht ist es das durchaus wert. Ich habe ein grosses Zimmer mit Balkon im Hauptgebäude bekommen und hatte vom Balkon eine perfekte Sicht auf das Tal und die Reisterrassen. Das Bett war gross und sehr bequem. Es wird immer noch gebaut, so dass während des Tages etwas Lärm war. Aber das hat mich nicht wirklich gestört. In den Ort sind es etwa 4 Kilometer bergab. Zwei zentrale Aussichtspunkte befinden sich zu Fuß etwas 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstückbuffet war überschaubar aber für mich persönlich absolut okay. Das Restaurant, ebenfalls mit toller Sicht, bietet lokale und internationale Gerichte mit guter Qualität zu, denke ich fairen Preisen. Alle Angestellten waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere beim Checkout und der Organisation der Fahrt zum Busterminal am Ortsrand von Banaue haben sie mir sehr geholfen.

We hadden een kamer in het nieuwe gebouw en dat is nog niet klaar om gasten te huisvesten. Nog teveel zaken waren niet op orde.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf die Reisterrassen. Große Zimmer. Eine sehr freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin, die beim Buchen von Transport und Touren sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht war.

Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer und es gab keine Heizung. Das Frühstück war sehr klein gehslten und nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

We liked that our room has the view of the banaue rice terraces. The room was also big to accommodate a family of 5.

The cooking of food in the restaurant takes so long. Maybe they need more staff and planning on the food they offer.

I loved the view, their free breakfast, and how everything was always clean whenever I would get back from my escapades. Ps. Can't share the photos from my camera since I don't have access to my computer as of writing this review.

The floor was a bit too slippery, and since I was alone, I had fun sliding around. Wouldn't be great for kids, though. The pillow also smelled like a river. Others could be into that earthy, nature, river smell, but I just wasn't. I love nature, but I set boundaries.

Posizione ottima. Abbiamo chiesto all’hotel di organizzare il trasporto da Manila a Banaue, il driver è stato eccezionale! Abbiamo fatto anche un’escursione alle risaie di Batad con Lani come guida ed è stata una giornata bellissima!
