Fica bem localizado próximo a distância a pé do middlegate do parque nacional .Por outro lado é longe da montanha Tiammen! O quarto é confortável e limpo! Oferece como adicional máquina de lavar roupas no quarto e de secar roupas em um lounge de convívio coletivo . Oferece um transfer gratuito da estação de trem para o hotel e vice versa o que te ajuda muito! Tem uma pessoa que tem um bom inglês e antes da tua chegada organiza os teus ingressos conforme teus interesses- isto ajuda muita e somos gratos a winni por esta ajuda!

Não tem elevador e por ser localizado na montanha tem uma rampa para subir até os quartos mais as escadas, e não te ajudam com as malas morro acima e morro abaixo. O café da manhã é fraco com poucas opções Tem um restaurante com algumas opções ocidentais mas nada com muita qualidade- “quebra o galho” A água quente é com boiler então não tem muita pressão e duração limitada A língua é uma barreira e tem uma pessoa da recepção que tem o inglês apenas

Виды шикарные (видно те самые горы в ясном дне), персонал очень гостеприимный (были на связи в WA постоянно, при этом общались там на русском языке 🙂). Действительно, до входа в парк Аватара 5 минут. Причем, это не популярный вход, и вы проходите весь маршрут без толпы людей (начинайте с лифта). Персонал дал нам рекомендации по всем локациям, также покупали заранее через них билеты, оплачивали наличными по прибытии, очень удобно. Номер классный, современный, светлый. Бесплатный трансфер в обе стороны (это огромный плюс). Обратный поезд был поздно вечером, нас разрешили провести пол дня у бассейна, дали горячую воду для заваривания лапши 🙂

Еда… Как многие пишут, завтраки на 2,5/5. В округе особо негде поесть, поэтому на третий день мы уже просто питались лапшой быстрого приготовления, ибо есть хотелось сильно. Возможно, не привередливым людям питание будет норм, но если вы привыкли к хорошей и качественной кухне, готовьтесь чуть поголодать) Рядом с отелем есть магазин, где можно купить хотя бы лапшу и что-то сладкое

Wonderful stay! Everyone was really kind, organized both our airport pickup and the drop off back to the city for free (which we did not expect). And most importantly, spent time to design a one day itinerary for us so we could see the best parts of the park with limited time. The place is only a 5-10 minute walk to the entrance which was awesome! They also kindly upgraded us to the 360 degree view room, which was incredible. I posted the view from the terrace, really lovely to wake up to this view every morning. The one thing I would say is bring an eye mask. With all the lovely big windows it does get pretty bright early in the morning. It didn't bother us since we had to wake up early to visit the park. Overall I'd say it was perfect and pretty much everything we could've wanted

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the forest park entrance. The staff are very friendly and helpful—they arranged my attraction tickets in advance and provided detailed tour routes, saving me a lot of time. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of options. The view outside the room is stunning—majestic mountain scenery. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay here!

Je recommande vivement cet établissement ! Nous avons été très bien accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. L’équipe nous a aidés à réserver les billets pour les différentes activités que nous souhaitions faire et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de disponibilité. Nous avons également été récupérés à l’aéroport et avons bénéficié de très bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité du parc national, ce qui est très pratique pour les visites. La chambre était parfaite, propre et confortable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et son accompagnement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter !

The hotel is very close to the forest park, just a few minutes' walk away. The room offers a beautiful view, and the pillows and bedding are comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and they happily help plan your itinerary. Breakfast is abundant, and the pizza and steak for dinner are also excellent.

El personal era un encanto y súper amables, te ayudaban en todo. Tenían servicio para llevarte a la estación de tren o al aeropuerto. El desayuno estaba muy bien. Estaba a 5 minutos andando de una de las puertas de entrada al parque. Tenían también servicio de lavadora y secadora gratuito, lo usamos y perfecto! Y las vistas de la habitación muy bien, un sitio muy tranquilo

По всем вопросам в любой момент до доставки еды нам помогли Wang и Xialong. Им отдельная благодарность. Мы опаздывали на поезд. Нам организовали бесплатный трансфер маму отвезли туда и ждали пока мы доедем. Спасибо за бережное отношение. Respect.

It's very quiet and beautiful here, close to the scenic spots

Conveniently located hotel with excellent value for money. It is just a 5‑minute walk to the park entrance after breakfast. The breakfast is fantastic, predominantly Western‑style, which meets our needs and gives us plenty of energy to kick off our day‑long trip. The room matches the photos shown on the website and is fully equipped with complete amenities. Disposable toiletries are well‑supplied, the bedding is comfortable, and it is quiet at night, allowing us to sleep really well. We were also highly satisfied with the hotel’s dinner service. It stays open until 22:00, which is wonderful!!! The front‑desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The young lady wearing glasses speaks excellent English, enabling completely smooth communication. The two male butlers can manage simple conversations, and they are equipped with translation devices for fully seamless interaction. Thanks to this great product of modern technology, problems get resolved very quickly.

I had an amazing stay at Avatar Mountain Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and lovely surroundings. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help. Our flight was delayed by several hours, meaning we arrived in the early hours of the morning, but they still arranged to pick us up from the airport and were just as helpful when dropping us off later. Their hospitality made a stressful travel day so much easier.perfect days perfect vacation.

The hotel is located at the entrance of the forest park, a few minutes' walk away from Avatar Mountain, and there are few people who don't need to queue up. There is a pick-up service at the station, the staff are very friendly, and they also help plan the travel route. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Worth recommending.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement proche du site d’avatar, la piscine à débordement et la qualité de la literie.

Les douches avaient de la moisissure et l’une d’elles fuyait. (Nous avions réservé trois chambres) le petit déjeuner un peu sommaire et le personnel peu chaleureux à part une jeune femme adorable.

Отличный номер, заботливый персонал. Помогают разобраться во всех вопросах и маршрутах. Было огромной удачей выбрать отель в таком тихом и красивом месте. Отдельный плюс- европейская еда на ужин, ребёнок не проникся китайской кухней, так что просто выручили нас. Рядом с отелем ( если вышел из отеля и стоишь к нему спиной, то слева) отличный китайский ресторан с супер поваром . До входа в парк 600 метров. Все очень комфортно

Son emplacement idéal pour l’accès au parc national au milieu des montagnes. Sa grande piscine et la taille des chambres. Sa proximité à pied de bons petits restaurants typiques. La gentillesse du personnel de nous récupérer à l’aéroport et de nous conduire à la gare pour le retour.

Locatie 5 min lopen naar de middle gate van het Zhangjiajie park. Niet veel in de buurt wel restaurantjes 2 a 3. Overkant erg gezellig. De dame aan de receptie helpt je heel uitgebreid in goed engels. Tekent alle kaarten uit voor jou. De jongeman helpt ook goed met behulp van een vertaal apparaat. Kamer met balkon achter en gezamenlijk terras voor. .

Ontbijt is wat klein maar oke. Zwembad liggen tegels los dat is echt zonde want de rest is het er prachtig.

Les chambres sont très grandes et il y a à disposition un petit sèche chaussures très pratique car il pleut souvent ici. Petit déjeuner continental excellent. Je recommande vivement.

The guy on the front desk was great. Really helpful on the tour details despite not having masses of spoken English. The location was good if your plan is to visit the National Park.

Frankly, it was very, very tired and absolutely nothing like the photos on the listing. It promised a luxurious experience so we spent a lot of money on the room which didn’t reflect the listing or the price. The disappointment starts at reception which is small and untidy. The swimming pool area is tired (some of the decking is loose) there are a few dirty pieces of plastic furniture and the pool itself is filthy. The area which you access the room is, tired and looks like it’s just been filled with random bits and pieces. The room itself was nice but I was baffled by the paint splatters all around the edges of the floor. It just looks shabby and absolutely not reflective of the price. The room was reasonably clean to be fair. I’m unsure how the historical reviews give the marks they do - our experience was very different.

Супер любезный и эмпатичный персонал, буквально решающий любые проблемы. Наш рейс отложили на несколько часов, и нам любезно предложили расположиться на диванчике ресепшн после времени выселения, поскольку свободных номеров не оказалось, и предоставили бесплатную воду. До приезда менеджер заранее связалась, забронировала все билеты на время пребывания, а персонал на ресепшн подробно на карте показал все маршруты для быстрой ориентации на местности. Сам отель чудесный, располагает к релаксу: утренний бассейн, свежий кофе с круассаном на балкончике с видом на горы, неспешная прогулка по рисовым террасам-это очень классная обстановка для перезагрузки. В плане быта тоже отлично: в номере все необходимое, включая чай/кофе, халаты и тапочки, стиральная машина и даже бильярд для вечернего досуга. Завтраки также отличные (хоть тут многие пишут, что скудноваты, но мы не притязательные туристы). Желаю отелю развиваться и отличных туристов побольше🙏

Ужасный опыт. Отель совершенно не соответствует своей цене и заявленному уровню. За такие деньги мы ожидали хотя бы элементарного комфорта и нормального сервиса, но получили полное разочарование. В номере был неприятный запах, что уже с самого начала испортило впечатление. При обращении с проблемой ожидали нормальной реакции и решения вопроса, но в целом сервис оставил крайне негативное впечатление. Особенно неприятно, когда после долгой дороги с детьми вместо отдыха приходится сталкиваться с такими проблемами. Отель позиционирует себя как хороший и комфортный, но на практике впечатление совершенно противоположное. Цена абсолютно не соответствует качеству. Мы заплатили немалые деньги и совершенно не получили того уровня проживания, который должны были получить. Руководству действительно стоит обратить внимание на состояние номеров, работу персонала и отношение к гостям. Это не тот уровень сервиса, который ожидаешь от отеля такой категории. Не рекомендую этот отель и точно не вернусь сюда снова. Очень жаль потраченных денег и времени.

Отель находится в тихом уютном месте, рядом с одним из входов в национальный парк. Очень удобно идти на все экскурсии. В ресторане отеля повар очень хорошо готовит европейскую еду и стейки и пасту. Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал.

После трех дней пребывания последующие два вынуждено нужно было переезжать в другие номера, потому что эти были заняты, что было очень неудобно. В первый же день пребывания попросил вернуть оплату за 4 и 5 сутки - ответили категорическим отказом, что говорит о желании заработать, а не создать комфортные условия гостям. На один из дней выпал день рождения девушки - заранее договорились, что украсят номер шариками, цветами и поставят тортик. По факту - лежало пирожное в пластмассовой упаковке и одна розочка. Очень очень разочаровали своим пренебрежительным отношением!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und rührig. Hat sich gut gekümmert und bei Buchungen unterstützt.

Die Bilder versprechen mehr, als man letztlich bekommt. Kleinigkeiten. Schlechte Instandhaltung an vielen Ecken. Am Pool nur drei Plastikliegen ohne Auflage. Preis für das, was man geboten bekommt zu hoch.

De lokatie op 10 minuten lopen van de Middle Gate van het Forest Park. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Prachtige omgeving. In een levendig straatje met veel eet opties, bbq op straat en massage/pedicure vlakbij.

Fantastic location, right next to the Zhangjiajie NP (5min walking distance), 30-40mins away from the other main activities in the region (Tianmen mountain, canyon glass bridge, etc.) and away from the main city, slightly uphill. The hotel isn’t brand new any more but it’s still well maintained and looks very cosy. Less than 20 rooms, so feels like a boutique hotel. Facilities were good: pool table (brand new), pool, arcade games, washing machines. And finally very helpful staff, especially wrt booking activities around. Easy to book through them ahead of your trip

The only thing i’d mention is the cleanliness of the swimming pool, which didn’t prevent us from swimming every day though. But it had lots of algae, which is kind of expected given the high temperatures we had at the time of our stay in July

Очень приличный отель для этого местечка. Мы избалованы отелями, конечно. Виды- восторг (когда нет облаков). Персонал очень старается. Общение через переводчик. Но ребята большие молодцы. Бесплатный трансфер от и до аэропорта. Завтрак на 3 с минусом из 5. Но в целом фрукты есть, яичница есть, овощи, сосиски, бекон… просто мы это все не едим)) Поужинать здесь тоже можно, но ценник какой-то космический. Пицца размороженная. Но крем-супы очень даже ничего. Напротив есть кафешка, с виду ну такое себе, ели там дамплинги. Голодными не были, но…. В остальном отель отличный, если не считать питание. Бассейн классный. Рядом ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО погуляйте по рисовым террасам. На меня они даже бОльшее впечатление произвели, чем горы. Кстати, все билеты - через отель бронируются. Очень удобно. Девочки сами написали в вотс ап и все забронировали.

First of all, great location! 5 minutes walk to the entry of the park (Middle gate), which is the best entrance, not the most popular and so there are no crowds. We enter on Friday at 15.00 and Saturday at 07.30 and we were basically alone at the entrence and on the transfer bus. The hotel staff will help you plan a convenient route through the park and offer a free transfer from and to the train station. There are stunning rice fields next to the hotel. where you can take a sunset walk after visiting the park.

There are too many compatriots, which we try to avoid when traveling. But that's not the hotel's problem :)

An vielen Ecken lag Dreck und auf dem Spiegel sah man viele Fingerdrücke! Es gibt weder Aufzüge noch Fitnessstudio.

Шикарный отель, превзошел все мои ожидания, такой очень инстаграмный. Виды из окна неописуемые, внизу есть бассеин, расположение идеальное, 7-10 минут ходьбы от middle gate to national park, номера большие, чистые, предоставляют все, воду,чай, напитки, трансфер с аэропорта/вокзала в обе стороны, персонал обалденный, просто отличный, все объяснили, показали, все приносили, чтобы не просили. Есть зонтики, сушилка для обуви, что в данном регионе очень нужная вещь. Здание отдельно стоящее от ресепшн, очень красиво оформлены все этажи, всего 3 этажа, на этаже 4 номера всего. Есть на первом этаже бильярд, зона отдыха, место для чайной церемонии, стиральная машина, сушилка, потрясающий отель. Еще расположен в очень тихом районе, на улице тишина, красота, после толпы туристов, идеально. Завтраки не плохие, но каждый день одно и то же. Рядом есть места покушать., прям в соседнем здании, либо можно заказать в самом отеле, делают европейскую кухню, тем кто не любит острое. Все безумно понравилось. Хочу обязательно вернутся

Великолепный отель. Встретили из аэропорта, это так важно в Китае, когда ты вообще ничего не понимаешь, тебя не понимают и ты устал после перелета. А тут - человек с табличкой и твоим именем. Как только забронировала номер, мне написали сотрудники отеля. Помогли с трансфером. Помогли онлайн оформить билеты во все парки. Порекомендовали куда лучше попасть. Говорят на Английском. Сам отель - 7 минут до входа в Национальный парк. На стойке регистрации на Английском не говорят (только одна девушка и она бывала редко), но у них есть электронный переводчик, абы как, но хотя бы переводит) Завтрак на троечку. Мы были не голодные, но уже чуть не закукарекали от яиц) Виды сумасшедшие, если нет тумана. Ехать сюда - только минимум на 2 дня. Мы были 3. Потому что в первый день был такой туман, что вытянутой руки не было видно. Второй день - нас порадовал и мы везде сходили. Рядом с отелем великолепные рисовые террасы. На закате это нечто. Не знаю даже, что больше меня впечатлило - горы или эти террасы. Обратный трансфер тоже бесплатный. Заранее бронируйте.

Foarte murdar, multe muște și gânganii moarte în salon, pe scări, geamurile murdare toate, micul dejun foarte foarte slab chiar nu aveai de unde să alegi ce să mănânci. Păcat de zona. Părerea mea e ca a fost totul închis pe timp de iarnă și s-a degradat. Din punctul meu de vedere acest hotel în felul în care este acum nu merită mai mult de 2 stele.

5 minute walk to the national park entry. An absolute bonus if you want to start early before the crowds! Lovely large and clean, tidy rooms. Beautiful location with amazing views. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Out of the city precinct so it was quiet, yet still plenty of eateries around. Good breakfast and lovely food in the restaurant.

Fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the national park entry. Friendly and very helpful staff who explained the park routes. Clean and tidy rooms and property with lovely meals and breakfast. Sensational views in a quiet location out of the city precinct. Would definitely recommend if you like being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would definitely go back!

The resort was a bit hard to find. The name of it was different to what its called. Specially when you have to catch a taxi from the airport. Didnt know it was also called z plus mountain resort inn

Avatar mountain resort staff first of all are excellent, they are extremely helpful and will provide a map to help you around the park. The location is excellent it’s around 5 minute walk to the mid gate and a short didi ride to the nearest town (excellent for the evening) Overall excellent stay would definitely recommend to anyone!

Could do with a small amount of maintenance around property to make it look even better, however is overall great. Only comment I would make is on arrival there was a fair few dead mosquitoes on the floor around the room, and in the shower area. Maybe this could be checked before hand also along with the windows of the property. Property owners could make this a 5⭐️ with some maintenance around the property.

Außenbereich leider nicht gepflegt. Steiler Anstieg über Weg zum Appartement Haus. Zimmer waren etwas spartanisch ausgestattet.

Le service car très à l’écoute et répondait très rapidement à nos demandes sur n’importe quel sujet. Ils nous conseillaient également sur les excursions, itinéraires etc… Le domaine de l’hôtel était très grand et spacieux.

Nettoyer la baie vitrée de la chambre, qui n’était pas parfaitement propre. Il y avait un peu de taches au plafond de la salle de bain mais pas trop dérangeant.

It was spacious and the staff were very welcoming and good to communicate with. They offered a pickup from the train station and had a driver waiting for us which was nice.

The location wasn’t convenient as it was very far from everything and it takes 10/15 mins drive alone just to get back on the main road and then an extra 20/25 mins drive to the East gate of the national forest. The Grand Canyon and tianmen mountain areas were both 45mins-1hr away from the hotel. The room itself was quite outdated and there were bugs/insects everywhere which made it difficult to go out at night. Breakfast was meh but the staff were great and did their best so can’t fault them. It was on the more expensive side of hotels in ZJJ so I wouldn’t say it was great value for money. We ended up checking out early and booking a hotel in ZJJ centre closer to everything where we found it a lot easier to get around and find food places/things to do.

Местоположение отличное, сам отель не соответствует фото, уже достаточно старый, не ухаживают должным образом. А так в целом все прошло отлично.

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay. The property is not well maintained, and the pictures on Booking are quite misleading compared to the actual condition. Upon arrival, we were given a non-smoking room that had a strong smell of smoke. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned — there were visible glass stains on the tables and overall cleanliness was below expectations. We declined the room and requested a different one. While another room was available, it was only for one night, which would have required us to switch back afterward — an inconvenient solution. After some back and forth, the staff offered to clean the original room again and provided an air purifier, which improved the situation somewhat. However, given the overall experience and initial condition, we decided to cancel the booking on the spot, which the staff accepted and refunded the money paid. Luckily, we have found another hotel on booking no too far away. Overall, the service was responsive in the end, but the property itself did not meet basic cleanliness and quality expectations.

Værelset var stor og rummelig og der var flot udsigt over bjergene. Sengen var super behagelig Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme

Det var ærgeligt at de ikke pudser vinduerne så man kan se ud. Der var ellers glas tag over bruser og badekar så man i princippet kunne ligge og nyde himlen. Men det har ikke været vasket længe. Det samme gælder for alle de store glaspartier i huset og udendørs arealet ved poolen - det trængte til forårs rengøring

Потрясающий отель! Расположение — отдельный вид искусства. Выходишь на балкон, а перед тобой те самые горы, которые вдохновили создателей «Аватара», окутанные утренним туманом. Это стоит видеть своими глазами. Номер просторный, чистый, очень удобная кровать (что важно после долгих прогулок по парку). Особое спасибо за тишину — спишь как убитый. Ванная комната с отличным напором воды и хорошей косметикой. Сервис на высоте. Администраторы всегда были готовы помочь нам, отдельная им спасибо , мы обязательно вернемся!!!

Located 5 minutes walk from the South East Gate (Originally the middle gate prior to the area being developed) up in the mountain which seldom use anymore by other tourist or tour group. Not much choice for restaurants and night time entertainment but if you like the feel of wilderness resort, this is a good location at Zhangjiajie.

If you are not a Chinese speaker ,communication is through a translator machine. It is fine for basic need .There is a big problem if anything more complicated is involved. They use a third party person whose based is in Hong Kong to arrange all your travel arrangement. She in return orders your park tickets through a third party platform. First of all, she is hard to get hold of (you need to set up with WeChat, and it takes a long time and many attempts before getting her attention to start our communication). Since my itinerary is a little different than her cookie cutter itinerary, it takes a while to set them up (sometimes question has not been answered, may be she has never been to the resort herself!) . Finally the itinerary was set , I was told that its 2 weeks too early to order. I need to remind her in 2 weeks again. At the time of order, she indicated that she had lost our travel documents copy and we needed to send her that again. If I knew that she has also erased our itinerary and giving us her cookie cutter itinerary instead. I would have gone through all the details with her again. In the end some of the tickets were bought wrong. Since they were bought from a third party platform rather than the official site, we have to buy those tickets from the official site at the park . The hotel claims that they are not liable for that. The view of the rooms are really nice but the hotel started to run down due to poor maintenance. We have 2 rooms which the front desk said they are identical which turns out to be very different. One is much bigger and have many extra windows at the side which the other does not. Also the hike up the hills from the front desk to the building is really steep and long then 3 sets of stairs to the third floor (no elevator). then you have to go outside on to the the balcony in order to get into our room is challenging especially with luggage!

Отель замечательно расположен, 8-10 минут пешком до входа в Парк. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Еще до заезда предложили нам услуги покупки билетов во все парки, которые нас интересовали. По приезду подробно рассказали как нам осуществлять наши экскурсии. Предоставили бесплатные трансферы от/до аэропорта. Всегда на связи, через электронный переводчик, помогали нам со всеми нашими вопросами. Номер у нас был 2х комнатный, очень просторный. Два санузла. Халаты, тапочки, вода в бутылках, чайник в номере. Кровати очень удобные, уборка , смена полотенец каждый день. А самое главное- это тишина, шикарный чистый воздух- спали как младенцы.

В номере окна в пол. Погода во время нашего пребывания была дождливая- и кое где окна протекали. Т.к. отопление только через кондиционер, было холодно ... номер не быстро прогревается. Катастрофически не хватает крючков для полотенец, их не было совсем. Во втором санузле не было полки для шампуня и геля для душа. Приходилось это все ставить на пол, очень неудобно. Завтраки достаточно скромные, но голодным конечно не останешься.
