Bardzo cienkie ściany, wszystko było słychać, szczeliny duże w drzwiach wejściowych, uszkodzenia w drzwiach łazienkowych ( nie było opcji aby drzwi zamknąć)

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026This hotel was great value and less than 5 minutes walk from Termini station for trains, buses, eateries and a supermarket. The hotel was spotless and cleaners came each day. The communal kitchen had a large fridge and microwave so we could make our own tea and coffee and there was a lovely terrace to sit outside. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the 40 plus degree heat we experienced. The TV and hot water were also good. A lot provided access to the hotel so it would be a good option for those with mobility problems. We saw two staff at limited times during our stay and they appeared to align their times with people arriving and then leave. This created a nice vibe of only being monitored by a camera in the hallway, rather than in person. Great value for money. We would stay here again if returning to Rome.

Raz zabraklo pradu, niemozna bylo uruchomic klimy oraz brak mozliwosci wjazdu winda. Jak ktos nowy idzie z walizami to 5te pietro moze byc wyzwaniem. Troche cienkie sciany... Ale poza tym same plusy.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho, solo había un enchufe del lado de la cama, los dispensadores de jabón no tenía jabón , el mando de la TV no funcionaba muy bien por falta de batería.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026This is definitely one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I've been to around Termini. Great staff, cute shared kitchen and patio terrace, literally three minutes from the train station. Good airco and cute terrace in my room it was a nice surprise
It's soundproofed terribly. You can hear your neighbors come in and out and if they're rude and talking loud inside their closed room you can hear them still and quite loud. Had to scream at a couple of them to be quiet at 02:00 am two nights.

La posizione è davvero uno dei punti di forza: a due passi dalla Stazione Termini, comodissima per spostarsi in tutta Roma e raggiungere facilmente ogni zona della città. La camera era molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso, facendoci sentire i benvenuti fin dal nostro arrivo. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e una posizione strategica. Ci tornerei volentieri!

The room was not as advertised. I did not have the view I booked. Coffee and the microwave do not come with the room but are in a common space and there is no coffee maker just instant coffee and a kettle. So the description is misleading ee the amenities. There is one tiny elevator which is not sophisticated, so when I was leaving, it never reached rhe fifth floor as a large group of people were leaving on the floor(s) below and the elevator kept going up and down to the lower levels only. The place is very noisy not sound proffed at all, and every night I could hear footsteps, furniture being dragged, guests coming and going.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Easy walk from the train station. The outdoor sitting space was comfortable. Reasonably priced. Good A/C. Shared kitchen common area was convenient. Could not hear street noise.
A little hard to find due to small signage behind a plant. Outdoor cushions could be updated. Early checkout at 10, but they let us stay until 10:45. Could hear people through walls and ceiling.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Hotel jest blisko dworca, ale w bocznej uliczce. Łatwo skomunikować się z resztą miasta. Hotel znajduje się na 5 piętrze budynku, w którym jest też inny hotel (na 3 piętrze). Winda jest oldschoolowa i mieści dwie osoby z walizkami. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto, atmosfera jest przyjazna, personel pomocny i życzliwy. Hotel posiada części wspólne dla gości, m.in. kuchnię i taras. Na dworcu, obok stacji metra, znajduje się market, czynny długo i dobrze wyposażony. Wieczorem okolice dworca Termini nie są zbyt przyjemne, ale w hotelu czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Nasz pokój był sprzątany codziennie, jest bardzo czysto. Na tarasie miło spędza się czas. W pokoju było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy (szafa, biurko, miejsce na walizkę, lodóweczka).
Z mniejszych mankamentów (bo dużych nie ma): jeśli masz pokój przy tarasie (okna pokoju wychodzą na taras), mogą ci przeszkadzać inni goście, którzy z niego korzystają, np. palą papierosy. W kuchni przydałoby się więcej naczyń. Łazienka nie ma najlepszej wentylacji, co trochę widać po obecności czarnych kropek pleśni na suficie. Spłuczka jest trochę głośna, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało jakoś bardzo. Pod prysznicem przydałaby się jakaś półka na kosmetyki. Brakuje też trochę miękkich powierzchni w hotelu, które pochłaniałyby głos (np. słychać dość głośne drzwi do hotelu). Fajnie też byłoby mieć w pokoju sejf. Jak ktoś potrzebuje ciemności do spania, to lepiej wziąć ze sobą coś na oczy, bo zielona lampka bezpieczeństwa świeci dość mocno.

Reviewed May 3, 2026I did like the staff—they were really great—and the facilities were good. The bathroom was nice, clean, and spacious, and the shower pressure was really good.
One thing I didn’t like was that there was no A/C. (First week of April) It was hot inside the room, and I had to keep the windows open all the time. Because of that, outside smells and humidity came in, which made it uncomfortable to sleep or relax on the bed. I wish they could at least offer A/C for an extra fee.

Nu e izolata fonic, se aud zgomotele de la camerele de langa, dar nu e foarte deranjant.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Camera foarte curata, patul confortabil. Locatia aproape de gara si la aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos de Colosseum si Fontana de Trevi. Bucataria si terasa este comuna, foarte curata si cu toate cele necesare.
Mie personal nu mi-a placut zgomotul. Este situat la etajul 5, nu se aude deloc zgomot de afara, dar se aude tot de la vecini, chiar si de la receptie, aspiratoarele dimineata cand se face curat. Asta pentru cei sensibili la zgomot.

Seinät olivat ohuet ja kaikki äänet viereisistä huoneista ja rappukäytävästä. Olisi hyvä, että hotelilla olisi järjestyssäännöt esim.milloin tulisi olla hiljaa. Ilmastointilaitteesta tuli vain lämmintä ilmaa.
