Mình ở 5 đêm và chuyển 3 phòng, và 2 trong 3 phòng đều có mùi cống xông lên rất nồng khi trời mưa, tối mình đóng cửa nhà tắm vì quá hôi. Chỉ có phòng 301 là không có mùi, và nhà tắm của phòng 301 là sạch nhất, 2 phòng còn lại mình đều thấy không được sạch, mong chủ home xem lại phần vệ sinh nhé.

Maybe just that the majority of nice restaurants and stuff are on the side of the bridge so a bit of a walk without a bike!

La chambre est aussi spacieuse avec clim, ventilation et la literie sent très bon (j’ai demandé à faire mes machines là-bas et mes vêtements sont revenus avec une odeur délicieuse 🤣) la maison est dans une rue tranquille, proche d’un winmart
Manque une table pour manger ou écrire en chambre et les serviettes de bain étaient un peu rugueuses ! Mais vraiment rien de bien dérangeant, que des améliorations potentielles ! Su ne parle pas anglais en face to face mais par message, il n’y a pas de soucis pour discuter facilement !

Answering very fast for every question on WhatsApp. Helped us rent a bike for the Cao Bang loop, the host let us leave our big luggage at the property, and then take a shower when we came back from the loop. The room was clean, very big and comfortable with a nice balcony. The property feels like home, it has a common area, with a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. We really enjoyed our stay here will definitely recommend!!

El sitio no tiene personal, el dueño se comunica rápidamente por WhatsApp así que no es un gran problema, pero por esto es preferible usar servicios externos para cualquier otra cosa como motos o lavandería, a pesar de que el dueño puede ayudar por mensaje

Kitchen not very clean, sliding door pint balcony damaged and vert hard to move, hurt my hand on it. Noisy morning with roosters and school across the road.

Also let us rest on the first floor when we arrived. He arranged motorcycle which wasnt good, but immediately exchanged with a better one. Would like to go again. Hot water was so soothing.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026Der var rent og dejligt at være. God aircondition der ikke larmede for meget. Det lå blot ca. 15 min fra det centrale, hvor det meste sker. Vi lejede en scooter, som tydeligt var velholdt og fik nogle rigtig gode og fine hjelme med.
Eneste grund til vi ikke kan give stedet 10/10 var desværre grundet, at vi ankom meget tidligt om morgenen, hvilket vi havde oplyst, men endte med at stå udenfor og vente i lidt over 1 time, før han svarede os. Vi kunne godt have brugt at få koden dagen forinden, så havde der intet været.

Het raam kon niet helemaal dicht van onze kamer en er was veel geluid van straat (straathonden, haaien die verschillende keren midden in de nacht gingen kraaien). Aan die geluiden kunnen ze niet veel doen, maar aan de ramen of hoe het geluid binnenkomt wel. Het bed was ook wat aan de harde kant

We decided to book this accommodation because of the good reviews, but it was disappointing, cleanliness needs to be improved, the sink in the toilet was dusty, shared kitchen area was dirty and dead cockroaches every day. The fridge was disgusting inside. The shelves with the utilities for cooking dirty and someone’s dishes in the sink all the days that we stayed. Bedsheets were not changed, as we found dry contact lenses on the bed sheets. We did the check out the last day in the morning and left the bags downstairs with our valuables and when we came back the door was open and no one there.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Contact with the owner was so good they were very responsive on WhatsApp. We also got washing done here and it was a very cheap price. We left it outside our room and it was done by the time we got back from our 1 day cao bang loop. The room was very spacious and you could tell effort had gone into the design and decor which is always lovely. Free drinking water downstairs. The whole place is really clean. It’s down a little road but felt very safe at night.

Le code de la porte d’entrée est un peu capricieux (mais le gérant réponds toujours rapidement pour gérer) Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec un scooter et le gérant n’a pas été très commerçant (problème de batterie 3h perdu mais location payé à 100%)

Bardzo wolno spływała woda po prysznicu w łazience, twarde łóżko, w kuchni wszystko wydawało się nie domyte ale nie trzeba z niej korzystać

Remontées d'odeurs d'égouts depuis les canalisations de la salle de bain, non réglé malgré une intervention du personnel. Obligé de laisser toutes les fenêtres ouvertes. De plus, le propriétaire s'est permis de sous entendre que j'inventais un problème.....et bien non j'ai d'autres chose à faire de mon voyage à priori.... Chambres très mal isolées phoniquement, et malheureusement un coq/poule vit juste en face d'un des côtés du bâtiment, il a de la voix, donc 1 chance sur 2 que vous tombiez sur une chambre où son cri vous réveille à intervalles réguliers dès 4h du matin. Au même pris il y a de bien meilleurs choix d'hôtels de l'autre côté du canal, je trouve celui-ci surnoté franchement :/

Co ważne jest też w tym miejscu wspólna kuchnia gdzie można wypić kawę i posiedzieć na kanapie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Polecam serdecznie!
