The location is in the center of the city.

Everything is good.

Spacious, clean rooms that smells great, with complete amenities and fast WiFi. There's also ample parking in front. Its a newly refurbished hotel. Near Pacific Mall and the main road. Staff are nice and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay in Legazpi.

Breakfast options is limited and recurring. Stayed for 7 days total, after the 4th day we just ate elsewhere.

Accommodatie niets. Voor het personeel daar is de communicatie te kort. Wij hadden 2 extra bedden genomen. Maar daarna heb ik dit volledig betaald. Maar met het uitchecken hebben ze die 2 bedden terug aangerekend omdat het personeel waar ik het geld betaald heeft niets in de computer heeft gezet. Het komt presies uit dat ze het geld dat ik betaald heb in hun eigen zak hebben gestoken. Vind wel niet oke want ze rekend ons dan terug die 2000 peso’s. En deed moeilijk dat ik zei dat ik het wel betaald heb. Weet wel dat het 1ste keer dat ik deze hotel genomen heb maar nooit meer. Slechte communicatie

Love the roof deck where we can chill and be mesmerise by the majestic view of Taal Volcano. Much more Mayon was flowing and spouting out lava in the evening and quite a scenic moment to watch

Der Empfangsbereich des Hotels ist ansprechend gestaltet und wohnlich. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Während die Fotos eine hübsche Holztäfelung im Zimmer versprachen, war unser Zimmer zwar groß, aber dafür sehr schlicht und weniger gemütlich, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Leider gab es beim Frühstück nur Kuhmilch und keine pflanzenbasierte Milch, was schade war, da ich laktoseintolerant bin.

The Air-conditioning wasn't working and it was miserable, hot and the staff didn't fix it till the next day. The front desk wasn't very helpful. This was very embarrassing because when we stayed before everything was great and Toni our front desk lady was awesome but she wasn't available during this stay. I booked this for my fiance and her sister and we had recommended hotel lucca very highly but they were very disappointed 😞

The room was not clean, no drinking water supplied in the room, a lot of noise from the basketball court outside the window until late at night, room was hot when we arrived & the air conditioner was from about 1980

The staff are attentive and made us breakfast sandwiches for our early flight.

The event room is right above our room, which made it noisy and we we're not able to rest well at night.

Room service from the kitchen informed me it would take 2 hours to cook my selected food. I could do it myself in 30 minutes.

- breakfast was usually too Filipino for my European tastes with no alternative options, I can't eat meat and fish at 7am, bread was only available the first day (maybe I'm not its target clientele) but I enjoyed the omelette station - we once requested a room cleanup but the room was still the same when we returned, the requested towel change was at least provided

Breakfast food. All too often the food was insufficient. The milk ran out for the cereal, there was no bread for toast, there was no scrambled eggs and requests were made too often to the staff that food was not available. For such a small breakfast area and small amount of guests, food should definitely be more available. There was also a strong fish smell in the lobby of the hotel. It's understandable to serve fish for breakfast but the smell was quite heavy even long after the food was removed. No refrigerator in the basic room provided so be aware of that when booking the hotel (not sure if a refrigerator is provided in the upgraded room) Sewage smell in the bidet/toilet and shower area The rooms are cleaned at request and not on a daily basis as should be the case.

I stayed at this hotel in Legazpi and I have to say the service is on another level. I’ve honestly never experienced this kind of treatment before. The staff are incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and they approach every guest in such an individual, personal way that you immediately feel seen and looked after. To be completely honest, the hotel itself could be a little cleaner in some areas. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s noticeable. That said, the warmth, professionalism, and effort from the team more than make up for any small shortcomings. If you value outstanding hospitality and people who truly go the extra mile, this is absolutely the place to stay. I would come back for the staff alone.

The breakfast on some days were better than other days. It would be nice to offer other hot tea selections like peppermint or green tea. The location was very convenient to walk to the mall and other restaurants. I appreciated the unlimited water refill at the lobby.

I was on the 3rd floor and learned that the floor above is like a "party room" or where events are booked and can get very loud when it is booked for parties. If this was mentioned in the booking description, I would have liked to ask for a room on the second floor. Even though the party floor and noise stops at 10pm, it is very disturbing especially if you need to sleep earlier than 10pm. Also the cleaning crew didn't do a good job in cleaning the broken glass from our room (it was our fault for accidentally braking a glass and we reported it immediately). Upon entering our room, we found some tiny shards of glass in the middle of the room and near the doorway. This would have been dangerous to step on. Also upon checkout, we were asked to wait because they have to check the room. However, we were pressed for time as our flight was leaving soon and we had to drive to return our rental car. We never experienced this where someone has to check the room before we check out (how long would that take? it was never mentioned before or when we checked in).

Close to the airport and malls. Friendly staffs. The rooftop that gives you the full view of mt Mayon. Disposable slippers provided.

The lift going to the rooftop was closed thus ppl w disabilities may have an issue to go up. There were no facial tissues and bottle water provided. The buffet food supply was limited. I’m surprised when I asked for fruits refill, the waiter came back with a few slices of oranges and said it was the last fruits they had. Then I saw a family of guests asked for sausages and they also said no more. And it’s wasn’t even that late hour. But overall stay, I love it. I will definitely come back again and hopefully by then there is a bottle water and tissues already. From security guard, the front desk receptionist, cleaner to the waiter- thank you!

The windows hardly need soundproofing and the room should get a new wall paint.

L’emplacement est bien pour pouvoir accéder plus ou moins aux points d’intérêts de Legazpí. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était correct et le personnel de chambre était agréable.

La chambre était correct mais beaucoup de traces d’humidité, mal insonorisée. Il y a aussi des spots lumineux et une alarme qui se sont déclenchés à 2 reprises à 3-4h du matin, alors qu’il n’y avait aucune urgence, nous réveillant en sursaut. J’ai trouvé que le prix est cher pour la nuit passée. Le personnel de jour est sympathique mais pas celui de nuit qui est complice d’une arnaque avec le « chauffeur » / « guide » proposé (Edgar Nudo). Nous avons demandé le prix pour le chauffeur de 7am à 1pm et malgré 2 confirmations (2500 PHP), le chauffeur a finalement demandé bien plus cher en fin de prestation (3500 PHP) et a même appelé cette personne de l’hôtel pour insister et dire que nous mentions sur le prix défini. Il a fallu la gentille réceptionniste de jour pour nous aider à régler cette affaire même si nous avons finalement dû payer 3000 PHP. Ne passez pas par ce chauffeur ou il faut bien reconfirmer avant départ le prix malgré ce que dit l’hôtel.

I feel like the staff needs to smile more… especially manong guard. Need that +1 enthusiasm. The A/C takes a while to cool up.

The hotel has very friendly staff and excellently located in Legazpi. The room is bigger than usual and the bed is quite comfortable. They also provide free drinking water near the lobby.

The hotel has a lot of potential but has some key issues: 1. Noise - the room door has some weird alarm system that goes off for unknown reasons. 2. Noise again - rooms are not sound-proof and one can easily hear conversations and noise outside in the corridor. During our stay, there was also a very noisy party at one of the hotel floors. 3. Cleanliness - the floor seemed not so clean and there was a bad odor in the room (can be due to the bathroom or just due to the humidity).

I booked this for my mom and niece and theyre very happy with the place, its new and spotless. Food is great. Very near the mall which is great. Would recommended.

it was clean and the staff were helpful. the bed was really big which was nice. they also provided adapters. i like the location of the property as it was close to the malls.

the bedsheets had a bit of a bad smell. it was like they came straight out of the washer and didn’t have enough time to dry. it didn’t really bother me that much, but i hope it won’t happen again next time. the breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food. however, it took quite a while for them to refill the dishes. also, i think they should move the table that’s placed near the toilet. i hope they change the hotel slippers too. they were really thin. the hallways also had an odor. i’m not sure if it’s because of their vent or exhaust system, but it smelled like the odor from the toilets in the rooms was circulating through the hallway. what bothered me the most were the window blinds. there were gaps on the corners, and i was worried that someone could see through them from outside. i felt a bit conscious staying on the left side of the bed. granted, our room was on the 2nd floor, but i’d really appreciate it if they could do something about that.

Nothing..was imposible to sleep there.construction all time in the hotel..begin 7 am. The pushing hammer against the wall all time for construction..non stop. I talk the manager..but she was not really interested. Don't book this Hotel...only when you want to loose money for nothing

There are flies in the dining area and in the lobby. During breakfast buffet, flies are visibly present and the food attendants seem unbothered.

The shower heater wasn't working properly, but it was fixed right away after we mentioned it to the staff.

We were put in a room smelling of sewage for 3 nights that got worse as the day goes by. We were transferred to another room when we reported it and 3 hotel front desk personnel gas lighted me asking why i didn't report it sooner! I was not offered any compensation even when i asked for it. Had the hardest time getting to speak with the management telling me that they are in a meeting offsite all day and there's no way to reach them. The front desk Michael was especially bad denying me that nobody else was smelling the bad sewage but me, and the family they put in that room after us were fine and didn't complain. I asked for Paul, the asst manager to come up with me in the lobby and the room to smell it. Only then that I got someone from the hotel to acknowledge the sewage smell and take me seriously, but still wouldn't give me my compensation, telling me to sort it out with booking.com. During our checkout, the hotel manager gave me back the 3 night refund as compensation, but the responses I got from Michael and Paul were really bad. I will not recommend and will never stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room was spacious, making our experience very relaxing. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast—it was well-prepared and had a great variety. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.
