We absolutely loved our stay here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were amazing. We actually had to book this place because the accommodation we had “Hotel and Villa B52”previously booked was in an unacceptable condition and we were unable to stay there. After that experience, arriving here was such a relief. The difference was incredible. This place was exactly what we expected when booking accommodation in Indonesia. Highly recommended. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

Wszystko było naprawdę świetne. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, dobre jedzenie, idealna czystość i bardzo przyjemna atmosfera. Początkowo miałem zostać 2 noce, ale zdecydowałem się przedłużyć pobyt o dodatkową noc i dostałem bardzo dobrą cenę. Zdecydowanie jedno z miejsc, które bardzo dobrze wspominam z Gili Air.

Nie mam nic do zarzucenia. Wszystko było tak, jak powinno.

Al centro dell’isola, mediante vicino a tutto. Posto molto carino e ben curato. Staff gentile. Colazione buona.

Frühstück ist gut, muss aber jeden Abend neu vorbestellt werden. Die Anlage ist schön grün

Verstecke Kosten! Zustellbett muss genommen werden, auch wenn das Baby mit im großen Bett schlafen will . Muss vor Ort bar bezahlt oder überwiesen werden. Extrabett ist aber nicht nutzbar da die Matratze komplett durch ist. Frühstück für Kinder ist nicht inklusive obwohl mit Kindern gebucht wurde. Kleines Glas Milch für Kinder beim Frühstück würde extra kosten. Der Spielbereich für die Kinder ist dauerhaft dreckig, abgenutzt und mit Hühnerkot voll.

Das Zimmer und Frühstück war super! Tolle Lage zum Erkunden der Insel

Die Fahrräder, die wir am ersten Tag hatten waren ohne funktionierende Bremsen. Das war etwas sportlich dann, aber muss man halt aufpassen

Wir waren in der Villa Little Matiki. Wir hatten einen privaten Pool, eine große Terrasse, eine Außenküche, Sonnenliegen und eine hübsche Sitzecke. Die Ausstattung war super, mit vielen nützlichen und netten Details: Moskito Repellent, Musikbox, Taschenlampe, Ladekabel, Spiele usw. Überall gab es liebevolle Informationen über Lombok und Gili Air. Das Personal war freundlich. Vor allem der Hotelmanager war sehr kompetent. Das Frühstück wurde direkt vor unserer Villa serviert. Die Unterkunft liegt Mitten auf der Insel. Zu allen Stränden muss man ungefähr gleich weit laufen, uns hat das nichts ausgemacht. Aber man braucht circa 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Restaurants gibt es in der näheren Umgebung.

Eventuell, dass man zu den Stränden so weit laufen muss.

Wat een ontzettend fijne plek met hele lieve mensen en mooi groen met hele leuke verblijven. Fijn om af en toe even af te koelen in het zwembad en het strand was 8 minuutjes lopen. We hebben via de locatie fietsen gehuurd, waardoor we nog wat makkelijker ons over het eiland konden bewegen. Ook was er genoeg keuze voor het ontbijt en het was echt elke dag erg lekker!

De huisjes zijn wel erg gehorig en dus hoor je het gebed in de nacht erg goed en ook als er mensen voorbij kwamen (wij zaten wel in het eerste huisje naast de weg)

De locatie is top! Prachtig opgezet, mooi groot zwembad en een heerlijk ontbijt én super lief personeel 💗

Établissement charmant, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Nous avons eu la villa privée avec piscine, tout était parfait. A quelques minutes des restaurants et des plages, personnel adorable, bon petit déjeuner, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. ❤️

La habitación y el baño era bonito y cómodo. La limpieza y el desayuno fueron buenos.

Van de ecologistas, te dicen que esta prohibido y que esta mal visto y no ofrecen el servicio de rentarla. Luego la dueña utiliza la moto eléctrica por la isla. Así que no digas que hacer si tú no lo haces … Hotel en medio de la isla Así que las vistas son feas.

Nous étions dans la villa « Little Matiki », un véritable petit bijou ! Superbe architecture, cette sensation de vivre dehors en permanence, la salle de bain ouverte sur l’extérieur… magnifique ! L’endroit idéal pour passer quelques jours à Gili Air ! Personnel adorable et attentionné 🥰

Mooi complex, rustig en centraal gelegen op het eiland. Met een fiets, welke je voor een paar euro per dag kan huren, ben je overal zo. Fijne kamer met een heerlijke buitendouche. Leuk (zoutwater) zwembad. Er is aan alles gedacht, tot in de puntjes. Super lieve medewerkers die alles voor je willen regelen. Heerlijk ontbijt. Zou zeker nog een keer terug gaan.

Eigenlijk niks, maar omdat de huisjes gehorig zijn, is de moskee luid en duidelijk hoorbaar in de ochtend. Neem goede oordoppen mee en dan maakt dat niet meer uit, want het is verder een super fijne plek om te verblijven.

Staff : amazing, smiley and very helpful! Clean, well organized and comfortable. One of the best places that we stayed during our journey at Lombok.

Owner : Wierd French lady (I speak French also). Heard her scream on the staff few time. Felt like a trash foreigner taking advantage of people. Maybe a little expensive but over all happy with what we had.

Les bamboo house sont magnifiques et fonctionnels , la salle de bain extérieure est très agréable Le personnel est absolument adorable et leur petit déjeuner est copieux , varié et délicieux L'hôtel est au centre de l'île, tout y est à environ 15 minutes à pied. L'hôtel est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Séjour parfait

Bien sûr l'isolation dans ce genre de logement n'est pas la meilleure et avec l'appel à la prière de la mosquée vers 5h du matin, pensez a prendre vos meilleurs bouchons d'oreilles ( ils en fournissent gratuitement)

Het personeel was altijd vriendelijk, behulpzaam en vrolijk! Ook voor onze dochter deden ze heel erg hun best en stond er iedere ochtend een klein ontbijtje klaar. Het ontbijt zelf was a la cart met voldoende keuze, koffie en een sapje. Het zwembad was een fijne verkoeling en de tuin eromheen is mooi aangelegd.

De huisjes zijn helaas erg gehorig en het matras is al een tijdje aan vervanging toe.

villa matiki is a lovely vibe, very cute, lots of lovely personalised touches and a great pool. Staff were also fantastic.

If you want a good night sleep I’d consider whether this is the right place to stay. In the bungalows you can hear everything like people are in the room with you. We had a room next to a screaming baby all night which wasn’t ideal. We did ask to change rooms which was accommodated with no issues, however. Given the villa is also nearby the mosque would make sense to sound proof the rooms. The other thing is that our room didn’t get made up until after 4pm. We would leave by 8am every day to go diving and coming back to an unmade up room which was frustrating after a long day and needing a shower.

We loved staying in the private villa. We particularly enjoyed the layout with the outdoor covered kitchen and the chill out beam bag’s corner, and the big beautiful pool. The typical indonesian decor is just gorgeous, and the bedrooms are absolutely beautiful with super comfy beds too. Lots of attention to details everywhere, sun hats, kimonos, sarongs all at your disposal to use during your stay. All in all, a beautiful place run by a lovely, attentive team. Thank you!

You have access to a private pool, with a lovely baruga to chill in when not in the pool. The Breakfast was fresh and a good sized portion. The pressure in the shower was amazing and the hot water was not lacking.

My stay was fantastic. From welcome to check out - there were so many details that make this place memorable and special. The shower was a highlight!! But the whole garden setting was wonderful. The pool was beautiful and there was a lot of space to lounge or be in the room. The small kitchen was equipped with all we needed and there was even a speaker to use! I will be back!!

The staff were incredible, so lovely and accommodating! The property was clean and well organised! The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options!

We only stayed one night at Gili Matiki, but honestly wished we had booked longer. Our two boys spent most of their time in the pool and running around the garden, while we enjoyed having a beautiful, comfortable place to relax. The beds were super comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. What stood out most was how much thought had gone into the small details. There was a full book of recommendations and helpful information about the island, along with lots of little touches that made the villa feel welcoming rather than just another holiday rental. Breakfast was also a big hit with the whole family. We left wishing we had another couple of days there, and we'll definitely be back next time we're on Gili Air.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is brand new, so everything felt fresh, modern, and beautifully maintained. We were especially touched by all the thoughtful extra amenities we weren’t expecting, like beach bags and sarongs to use during our stay — such a lovely touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the villa is located in a peaceful yet convenient area, which meant we slept wonderfully every night. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious each morning. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning the next time we visit Gili Air.

We stayed at the private villa (Little Matiki), and it was the best decision we have made! The villa itself is beautiful, and full of character! Definitely a great option for something a bit different! The staff are lovely, and we were welcomed with a fresh juice! Much needed because of the heat and humidity! Loved that they leave a couple of beach bags, hats and "sarongs" for you to use/wear during your stay! They also provided beach towels, umbrellas, shampoo, body soap and conditioner (which is always a plus while you are travelling) They have a warung just next door, which is a great option if you are looking for something local and affordable!

The bed was quite uncomfortable, looked like it was used many times. The toilet/shower isn't fully covered (only a roof and a "semi-wall"), so the heat and mosquitoes and bugs come in and out. But at the same time, it gives quite a nice feeling. The express laundry seemed a bit expensive to us, but was much needed.

Amazing staff, comfortable rooms, lovely hotel! Great location, in the middle of the island. 15 min walk to the port and once we arrived at the hotel we rented cycles which was easy to do! Very cute hotel cat which is a bonus. Try the eggy bread for breakfast, was amazing

Matiki is incredible. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with good air con and fans. There are small touches which are brilliant - information about the Gili Islands and surrounding areas. The beach bag in your room to use during your stay. The bike you can use to get around the island. The breakfast!! The pool is also incredibly clean and maintained. The location is also one of the best things, nothing is too far away on Gili Air, but Matiki is far enough from the madness of the port area and close enough to the beach, that slightly central position make the temperature that bit warmer too! The whole place is a little slice of paradise within the paradise of Gili Air. I would highly recommend Matiki to everyone!

Personeel zeer vriendelijk. We kregen op verzoek een andere kamer, netjes geregeld. De accommodatie is rustig gelegen en kindvriendelijk. We komen hier zeker een keer terug

I had a wonderful stay at Gili Metaki. The staff is absolutely lovely, very attentive and always available, truly taking great care of their guests. The owner is also incredibly kind and gives excellent advice. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms are very spacious, beautiful, and full of thoughtful little details that make a real difference. The hotel also has a small souvenir shop, with items carefully selected with great taste. Thank you so much for this amazing stay. I highly recommend this place!

We loved how friendly the staff were and the quiet location. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty! We loved our room and decided to extend our stay where we moved into a bigger room which was also lovely and comfortable.

Ontbijt was top. Veel keuzes ook voor kids. Wafels waren favoriet! Koffie en een verse fruitsap erbij. Er zijn 8 kleine hutten en twee grote familiekamers . Met twee 2p bedden in aparte kamers. Lief personeel, doen alles voor je. Geen restaurant. Je kunt wel eten bestellen. Zwembad is in t midden. Mooie beplanting, veel groen. Super centraal gelegen. Fietsen gehuurd voor 50.000 per dag. Prachtig gesnorkeld en twee grote zeeschildpadden gezien.

Enige minpunt is dat er een moskee is op het eiland die in onze tijd om half 5 ‘s ochtends zich liet horen. Hoor je over heel het eiland. Accepteren is the only way!

Wat een fantastisch rustig plekje midden op het eiland. Maar dus vlakbij zee aan alle kanten.

Lovely rooms, clean pool, yummy breakfast, great location, and amazing staff! So many lovely touches, like on-site icecreams, beach bags and sarongs for guests to use, free tea and coffee, board/card games and playground for the kids. Interconnecting rooms and AC-ceiling fan combo are bonuses, too! We've stayed a couple of times already and will certainly return again!

The bed absolutely needs replacing the mattress was old, lumpy, and very noisy. Some maintenance or refurbishment needed in the room and bathroom, the faucet was stuck to one side and the tap of the shower was coming loose.

Je werd gastvrij ontvangen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad helaas konden we niet langer blijven. Hele mooie huisjes alles ziet er netjes uit. En een super lekker ontbijt wat met liefde is klaar gemaakt!

Tutto perfetto. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ottima. Stanza pulita con aria condizionata e pale al soffitto, pulita. Bagno all’aperto suggestivo. Posizione nell’interno, tranquilla. A 15 minuti a piedi da tutto (spiagge, ristoranti, negozi in centro ecc). Bellissimo!

El personal es muy amable, al llegar nos recibieron con un zumo de bienvenida así como una toalla para que nos refrescáramos. La mujer nos explicó los diferentes servicios que podíamos contratar a través de ellos como: alquiler de bicicletas, tour snorkel privado. El desayuno es 10/10. Cuentan con varias opciones y todas las que probamos, deliciosas. Nos llamó la atención ciertos detalles que no habíamos visto en otros lugares que nos habíamos quedado, como por ejemplo, en la habitación tenía un sombrero y una cesta de playa para poder usar. En la sala común teníamos té y café para consumir cuando quisiéramos...Pequeños grandes detalles que marcan la diferencia. La villa está limpia y bonita decorada. El baño al aire libre es súper especial, sobre todo por la noche.

Aunque se escucha en toda la isla, el rezo a las 5 am puede ser bastante molesto.

Très joli hôtel plein de charme, où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Le personnel est adorable et rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et l’emplacement au centre de l’île permet de rejoindre facilement tout à pied (environ 15 minutes). Ils louent aussi des vélos, ce qui est pratique.

Dans ce genre de bungalows avec salle de bain ouverte, il peut arriver que quelques insectes entrent.

Really strong perfume smell when we arrived. I could barely sleep the first night as it was so strong. Left the blanket out and over time the smell was better.

Tout était parfait! Du petit déjeuner délicieux à l'emplacement de la "villa". Un grand jardin en retrait avec une petite cuisine d'été et un abris avec des coussins pour se détendre... magnifique... Le personnel est adorable. La décoration très soignée, les chambres sont faites à la demande. Il y a même des paréos à disposition pour aller à la plage. La piscine est très agréable. Un très bon souvenir :)

À porter de tout car au centre de l’île. Super accueil !

El personal muy atento y alegre, nos sentimos como en casa. Las cabañitas respetan el tipo de construcción tradicional con el baño y la ducha al aire libre. El desayuno muy rico con varias opciones. La ubicación no está al lado de la playa, pero te permite ir a cualquier lado de la isla en 10-15 minutos, al lado hay una calle con bares locales, tiendecitas, helados… NOS GUSTÓ MUCHO GILI MATIKI

En el baño el agua es salada, pero estuvimos 5 días sin problemas, te acostumbras ;)

Eine wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage mit einem sauberen Pool. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet mit einem tollen Aussenbad. Es war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Das ganze Team von Gili Matiki war super lieb und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen!
