Very friendly staff, we were moved from Villa 1 because it was too dark and no sun to Villa 4 which was beautiful.

Breakfast was terrible, very basic and food was always cold, also the inside clean of the Villa was lovely but they never cleaned or mopped the outside patio so you were always walking in dirt to the Villa.

Having privacy, it was great . It was quiet and relaxing. The staff were super friendly. Ahmad and his team were lovely. We were given bikes to use for our entire stay ,no charge.

Es una villa de ensueño en el corazón de Gili Air. Esta ubicada cerca de todo y se puede llegar andando fácilmente. La villa tiene una piscina privada con un tamaño mas grande de lo normal en villas para 2 personas. La piscina ests muy limpia y en muy buen estado. La habitacion tiene una cama muy comoda y mucho espacio. Además dentro de la habitacion no se oyen los rezos de la mezquita, por lo que agradece mucho. El desayuno es abundante con muchas opciones y muy rico. Pero sin embargo, parte de la esencia de Tanis es todo su staff. Son todos super amables y estan siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Volveriamos sin duda!

Nous avions une très belle villa spacieuse au calme à 15mns du port à pied avec 2 grandes chambres et une piscine privée. Personnel très attentionné. Vélos à disposition gratuitement. Excellent petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement.

Osebje je neverjetno prijazno in ustrežljivo, sobe so bile vedno brezhibno pospravljene, vsakič, ko smo prišli so nam rekli "Welcome Home", kar je svojevrstno doživetje, saj smo se tukaj res počutili kot doma. Vsak dan smo si lahko izbrali zajtrk, izbirali smo lahko med pestrim izborom, vedno je bil lično postrežen, okusen in svež. Večkrat smo dobili dodatno tudi domače krofe.

La piscine, la literie était confortable, le petit déjeuner et le personnel attentionné. Le prêt de vélo est un plus même s’ils ne sont pas en parfait état.

Au fur et à mesure que les jours avançaient il y avait de moins en moins d’eau chaude dans la douche. Les toilettes fuyaient.

What a wonderful place! The staff couldn't have been any nicer - super friendly, attentive and helpful. The organisation of the transfer to Lombok was simple and the transfer itself was super smooth. The room and the pool are great, spacious and clean, breakfast is tasty. It was very quiet. Bicycles were provided which was very useful. We enjoyed our stay here a lot!

Nothing less than 5 stars. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly and quick to help with any request. The location is great, not too close to the noisy part but not too far. The breakfast was excellent.

Alles! Heerlijke grote schone kamers met heerlijke bedden, en een prachtige buitendouche. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk! Het ontbijt werd elke dag gebracht, je kon van alles kiezen. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk :). Daarnaast kun je gratis gebruik maken van fietsen, in 1 woord echt een geweldig verblijf daar gehad!

Lovely to have our own pool but it’s in shade for most of the day so not the best for sunbathing. Pool is quite deep so anyone travelling with little ones will need to be attentive.

Très jolie villa, idéalement placée , avec des vélos à disposition pour se déplacer, le petit déjeuner à choix est servi dans la villa à l heure de notre choix, le personnel est très gentil et serviable et tout particulièrement le responsable qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux, en nous donnant des recommandations de restaurants et de lieux.

Une expérience magique ! La villa est incroyable et les petits-déjeuners sont un pur régal. Tout le personnel est au top, mais nous tenons à adresser un très grand remerciement à Ziva. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a fait de géniales recommandations et nous a bien aidés pour louer un e-bike. Grâce à lui, on s'est vraiment sentis chez nous. Je reviendrai dans cet établissement sans hésiter si je repars en Indonésie !

J’ai tout apprécié

This was the perfect base for us whilst visiting Gili Air for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious and clean as well as cool thanks to the air con, and having the pool to cool off in was perfect. Beautiful shops right by the entrance to the complex and restaurants / cafes / yoga within easy walking distance. Umbrellas provided for when the occasional downpour hit. Breakfast was simple but a nice bonus with a number of options available, and delivered to the villa at a time of our choice. But the real highlight of this place is Ziva, the host. He couldn’t do enough for us and was eagerly waiting no matter what time we were passing through. He leapt to his feet to check if we needed anything even if he had been mid conversation, he patiently organised our breakfast orders every day, he was easily contactable via WhatsApp, he let us into the villa when others were out with the keys, he contacted the laundry to ask them to prioritise our clothes when we had to check out earlier than expected and on the last day he personally brought all our luggage down to the harbour on his scooter - I’m talking a suitcase and two BIG rucksacks. He made our stay unforgettable.

The sun loungers were a bit worn / tired looking. The bidet water pressure in one of the bathrooms wasn’t great and we had to ask for the bins + towels to be changed after the room had already been cleaned (but it was sorted straight away without any issue). The only sitting area for the 2 bedroom villa is outside. This was fine for us but may not be suitable for families. Also be aware that two bedrooms also don’t connect in any way - they are standalone rooms each with their own outdoor bathroom, and doors that open out onto the pool area. Probably not suitable if you intend to have adults in one room and young children in the other.

We will be returning next year, excellent.

A villa é espetacular! Onde podemos recarregar energias. Praticamente estava perto de quase todos os pontos turísticos, com as bicicletas incluídas, as deslocações tornam-se fáceis e rápidas. Funcionários muitos simpáticos e prontos para ajudar naquilo que necessitamos. Sem dúvida, se um dia voltar, já sei aonde ficar!

Amazing modern villas, with attention to detail, rooms are furnished beautifully, zoned Bluetooth speakers, hot water, cold aircon and comfortable beds, located close to town, in a beautiful section of town (looks stunning and the roads are fantastic). Quiet and relaxing, we loved the villa and the location. Delicious juices and breakfasts, welcoming friendly staff

Extreme markup on tours, best to book direct. Hot water in one of the villas wasn't working but the second room had hot water. The staff tried to resolve tho and were fantastic

It was pretty much perfect! AC is lovely and cold, bathroom is good but the bed…oh wow the bed! Where do they buy those mattresses from?! It was the best night sleep we both had in our 2 weeks travelling. The private pool is the perfect temperature, cool enough to refresh but not a shock getting in. We had the breakfast option which was lovely on our veranda next to the pool. Location is great, less than 5 mins to beach and less than 10 down to port or other side of island. We loved it!

There was no mini bar or bar/restaurant where we could buy beers or drinks for the day.

We chose this place for our honeymoon and couldn't have had a greater time ! The place is quiet, so beautiful, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast excellent.

Alles. Super Unterkunft, toller Service (jeden Morgen bringen die Angestellten das Frühstück in die Villa). Outdoordusche ist super. Fahrräder inklusive - das ist super auf der Insel.

Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau: Klimaanlage schwierig zu regulieren bei Nacht. Die Tür zum Outdoorbad und Toilette etwas laut. Checkout schon um 10:30 Uhr. Wir haben für 100 k / h verlängert.

The villa was lovely. Comfortable beds and great aircon. The staff were very helpful and lovely. Great to have bikes included.

The bathrooms had issues with drainage, but that was promptly fixed when we informed reception. We didn't receive housekeeping each day but when it was done it was excellent.

One of the best location on this island. The private swimming pool was the cherry on the cake. Location close to beach and city center but the faciliy is giving you free bikes. Travel light is not a bad idea since laudry service is everywhere. Big thank you to Els … her devotation and professionalism were outstanding ❤️

Tout était parfait. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. De plus nous avons demandé à Elsa de nous organiser un renouvellement de nos vœux de mariage sur la plage. Ce moment en famille a été incroyable, elle a géré à la perfection.

Emplacement au calme, personnel adorable. La villa avec piscine est super ! Spacieuse, propre et intime. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner qui est varié et copieux. Le prêt de vélo est aussi un plus que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Il manquerait un pommeau de douche pour se laver plus facilement.

Everything was fantastic, beautiful villa, super clean and extremely comfortable. Really private space in a great location, free bikes provided including seats on back for our kids. Breakfast was delicious and staff so helpful and welcoming. We had a great stay.

I loved everything

Elsa was amazing! She greeted us with a warm smile upon arrival and treated us like family the ENTIRE time we were there. Anything we needed or minor requests we had she took care of right away. The villa was very clean, air-conditioning worked very well, the no bugs was a plus 😁, and the pool was so refreshing.

I think the only thing we would recommend is more options for breakfast. Maybe a smoothie bowl?

My stay was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the beach and close to everything, from sunrise to sunset spots. Despite being so central, the atmosphere is calm, peaceful, and feels just like home. The staff were truly exceptional: warm, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout my entire stay. Having breakfast served in the villa was a beautiful touch that made the experience even more special. I would return in a heartbeat.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Elsa was AMAZING - she organised everything for us - transport, an incredible snorkelling trip, and she showed great initiative. Having a personal pool was fantastic - so clean. Beds were super comfy.

Can’t fault it.

The Villa was clean and just enough room for the two of us. Breakfast very tasty and portions generious, plenty to choose from. Complimentary bikes a big plus, made moving around the island so much easier. Pool was very nice and clean too. Bed comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpfull. A special thanks for Elsa at the reception, she was so great. Organized us a horse ride to dinner, a massage in our villa, private snorkeling trip to see the sea turtles. Wonderfull and really top notch service from her. We briefly mentioned that we had an anniversary, she remembered that and arranged a lovely surprise in our villa.

There was a construction site right next to the villas, we didn’t know this beforehand. Some noise coming from there. This was anyhow an external issue not caused by Tanis Village. Only would have been nice to know.

Lovely villa, so clean and spacious water machine was a bonus and the tv had all apps available, staff at the property were so helpful and friendly 100% to them for customer service - The fee bikes to get around is a lovely bonus

We stayed here this time last year - and it was new and relatively quiet this year there were families either side of us so a bit noisy but not a problem, felt like the breakfast wasn't as good as the previous year

The property was great, ardhy at the front desk helped me checkin and he was very friendly and attentive.

It Was Great! The villa/spacious room was awesome, with a large porch and of course a private pool. It was truly private, no neighbours that could peek, and you even have a water machine with hot and cold water. Ardi was the guy who would go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and he made absolutely sure we did not lack anything. He is super kind and helpful and even helped us by bringing us to the harbour at night with our insanely heavy backpacks but actually he tried to help us with everything we needed. His female colleague was this kind and helpful too! Also with Ardi I was having contact before our stay and he replied very quickly and again very friendly and helping. We are very thankful. Would recommend this place to everyone and we would surely come back. Staff is so so lovely. Also handy: you dont need ear plugs as the mosque is far away enought to not wake you up in the early morning.

The toilet did not run through properly, although this is quite common in Asia. The staff immediately tried fixing it.

Fantastic stay at Tanis Village! Family of four, stayed for 4 nights (originally for three, but extended with 1 night). Friendly personnel, and especially Ardi helped us a lot, from arranging ferry tickets, booking of snorkling tour and lots of other things.

A beautiful little villa with private pool, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. All the staff led by example from Ardi, were extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone of the staff were eager to help. I highly recommend Tanis

Good size villa and nice pool. Filtered hot and cold water for drinks with tea/coffee. Excellent breakfast 😋. Good touch with complementary bikes.

In first villa had noise of pump switching on/off constantly. Bad cigarette smell inside but Ardi did arrange a re clean and provide incense sticks. Wardrobe space was very small.

Everything was amazing, everyone was so nice and helpfull, especially Ardi he made our stay great and helpd us out with everything the rest of the staff.

Breakfast was wonderful, we tried everything on the menu , all tasty. The room was large, clean and extremely comfortable. The pool was amazing, larger than than a lot of private villa pools, you could actually swim in it. Everything about the property was well cared for and maintained. The staff were so friendly, always happy to help and very professional. The location was walking distance to everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

I like everything about the nights i spent there, the staff couldn't be more nicer and welcoming, everything was so clean on the property and especially the private pool, the water on the pool was cristal clear. the breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared at the exact time that you tell them in the night before. They even help you if you have issues in transportation. Definitely worth every penny and will be my first choice if I go again to Gili Air. Thank you guys, Assalamualaikum 👋

Great location. Easy to find and just a 10 minute straight walk from the harbour and all the restaurants/bars. Staff were friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The private pool was ideal to have a cool off and relax when returning from a day trip or first thing in the morning. I only wished we had stayed longer than 2 nights.

The room was very clean and spacious, and having a clean private pool to ourselves was a great plus point. The staff was attentive and hospitable.

The rain shower could be stronger and there was no roof above the toilet, not sure how would it be like if it rains.

The staff Syam and Ardi treated us very well, fantastically, they were superb. All we needed they attended perfectly. The room was top level.

The breakfast perhaps could be a liitle bit better, but this must be because they still have no restaurant there. Bread and butter can improve. But in global terms was great. Marvellous

Everything… it is nice, new and perfect

Great location just 10mins from the harbour and each side of the island. The breakfast was superb. Ardi was very helpful. The room was cleaned thoroughly and was all kept to a high standard. The pool was great, just be mindful of the depth with children.

Not seeing any signs about pool depth I assumed the steps lead down equally. I took the final step in which was a huge drop so my baby and me both went under. I could only tip toe the bottom (5ft 4”). I would recommend some notices with how deep the pool is for families staying. This was our only negative of the whole stay.

How to explain our incredible experience in this villa First, really good communication before the check-in. Tanis Village let us be in the villa 1 hour before check-in planned in order to arrange us. It’s really kind of them. Then, we get a fresh cocktail on our arrival to welcome us. The breakfast was offered, between 7am and 11am. Possibilities are diversified, special mention for the tomato, onion and cheese omelette! Otherwise, the villa was truly amazing! Clean, tidy with a nice little floral touch. The natural decoration of plants and stones personally transported us to another world. The swimming pool is magnificent, and I'm not talking about the bathroom, you'll see by yourself! Apart from the charming side of the villa, we were able to enjoy an exceptional quality of service, which will meet all our expectations; but also the very good sympathy of the entire Tanis Village team! And more particularly our dear friends Omi and Syam, who are very kind, very smiling and very attentive! If you need anything, whether in the Villa, or advises and good tips for outside, contact them, he will certainly help you! Thank you again for everything !
