Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Location. Close to subway and there’s a direct bus to Wien main train station.
House was not so clean. At one time, we have to inform the owners that ants were crawling out from the pillar. To be fair, the warm weather maybe the cause of these ants running out, but the owner is kind enough to settle it quickly with anti bugs spray. Hope there’s fan provided in the house as it gets warm during the night.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025A charming apartment tastefully decorated, the host Katrina helped with everything, with a welcoming attitude, you can see her desire to help, the apartment is located in a quiet place, near the metro station, near the "Bila" supermarket, you can reach the city center on foot in 30 minutes.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Located near a metro station, it is only a short ride into the city centre. We enjoyed having the supermarket, bakery and a number shops/ restaurants nearby. It was beautiful and warm, even when it was snowing outside and it was a really quiet location to sleep. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We travelled as 2 adults, and 2 children (7&9). The hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with.
The kitchenette and dining area was functional but very small. We self catered most days but it was tight.

Si bien no está cerca del centro, hay que coger el metro y está relativamente cerca del alojamiento. Por otra parte hacía bastante frío en el alojamiento y sólo había un nórdico para taparme.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Очень милые атмосферные апарты. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Находятся на первом этаже. Окна выходят в закрытый зеленый сад. Хозяйка Катарина встретила приветливо, все показала. Район тихий. Расположение удачное. До метро два шага. Рядом пекарня, пара магазинов, МС и киоски с кебабом и венскими сосисками, которые работают допоздна. Апартаментами довольны. С удовольствием приедем еще.
Нет такого. Все понравилось.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Nous avons été accueillis très aimablement à l’arrivée et eu facilement des conseils pour préparer notre venue (il y a un parking couvert à une station de métro où les journées complètes de parking sont à 8€…). L’appartement est décoré avec des objets soigneusement choisis, créant une atmosphère orientale-zen. Il est grand et équipé pour laver et sécher notre linge. Tout près d’une station de métro mais on peut se rendre à la Karlsplatz à pieds en passant par le Naschmarket, en une vingtaine de minutes.
Pas grand chose… un grille-pain serait le bienvenu.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha dato vari consigli utili. L'alloggio era fornito di quasi tutto il necessario. Il letto era confortevole. Posizione ben collegata con il centro, molto vicina al mercato.
Qualche piccolezza. In casa mancava il detergente per la doccia. Il frigo non rinfresca tanto, per cui per i latticini d'estate potrebbe non essere sufficiente. Avevamo appuntamento alla struttura ma non era lì ad aspettarci, l'abbiamo contattata ed è arrivata in 5 minuti.

Meine Gastgeberin gab mir die entscheidenden Tipps und die Unterkunft war der beste Ausgangspunkt meiner Mini-Expedition. Für heiße Tage in Wien bestens geeignet. Ich bin noch nicht durch mit allen Badestellen und komme sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Support.
