Position and disponibilitu

The patio was nice, it was close to restaurants, shops and the water. The street traffic was quiet, and the foot traffic wasn't too noisy.

It would have been better if there were instructions for how to operate the washer and dryer in different languages. Also, it was a bit noisy when we got upstairs neighbors.

Apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, céntrico, y con limoieza y cambio de toallas, incluído en el precio, cada 3 días. En una isla donde se hacen buenas caminatas, se agradece la lavadora/secadora.

La mampara necesita algún pequeño ajuste, no cierra bien y sale agua. Las camas son cómodas, pero no así las almohadas, son demasiado blandas. Aunque esti es muy personal. La cocina está bien equipada, aunque se agradecería algún cuchillo pelador, y unas tijeras.

The location is perfect for exploring Ponte Delgada - right in the middle of everything but the street is quiet. Good public parking is nearby. The front desk is very responsive and helpful. Sandra (I think that’s her name?) cheerfully delivered a delicious breakfast each morning, and she kept the apartment spotless.

El apartamento es cómodo, agradable y muy bien situado.

Que estuvimos 6 noches y en todo el tiempo no limpiaron ni cambiaron las toallas ningún día.

Η τοποθεσία είναι στο κέντρο της Πόλης σε ένα ήσυχο δρόμο, τα κρεβάτια και τα μαξιλάρια είναι άνετα και το κατάλυμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.

Δεν μου άρεσε που ενώ η διαμονή ήταν μια εβδομάδα από Σάββατο σε Σάββατο, δεν προγραμματίστηκε καθαριότητα, αλλαγή σεντονιών και πετσετών μέσα στην εβδομάδα που διέμενα στο κατάλυμα, παρά μόνο μου στείλανε μήνυμα ότι προγραμματίζουν καθαρισμό την ημέρα που θα αναχωρούσα αυτό δεν το θεωρώ σωστό και επειδή η μόνιμη μου κατοικία είναι σε τουριστικό προορισμό, ο προγραμματισμός, ακόμα και στα διαμερίσματα σε εμάς, είναι δύο φορές την εβδομάδα

Heel ruime appartement in het centrum. Wij zaten op de begane grond en hadden een mini patio met 2 ligstoelen, dat was wel een pluspunt. In appartement was een wasmachine en afwasmachine aanwezig. Hoofdslaapkamer super groot, vooral.

Grote slaapkamer igt wel direct aan de weg. Daardoor veel verkeer lawaai in de ochtend als je de ramen open laat.

The apartment was centrally located in downtown Ponta Delgada. You are steps away from restaurants, cafes, and bars. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. This building looks like it was recently remodeled so it appears new and modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. I would highly recommend this accommodation if staying in Sao Miguel.

Amazing location, greatly appointed apartment. It was well furnished, super cute, loved the balcony. Really wonderful all the way around. I would absolutely book this again! Looks exactly like the photos!

The only thing I would add is a deadbolt or security lock for the front door from the inside. There was a lock for the bedroom but I would have felt more comfortable with a little more security for the front. I say that with the knowledge that the town is super safe, the building well secured and the probability of any security issue is crazy low. It’s a personal comfort preference.

En la ducha se sale el agua a través de la mampara. Pero no es un motivo para no repetir, en absoluto.

Limpieza, dotación y ubicación

Aunque hay aire acondicionado, si quieres refrescar con aire natural, en la habitación principal no hay ventana solo puerta hacia el balcón y es un poco incómodo para ventilar de forma natural

The location was great, place , every thing was very good. The Apartment was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The location was walking distance to almost every thing.

There could have been little bit more supplies, like a small sample size oil, few black/ green local tea bags. A coffee pot to brew fresh ground coffee. A salt /black pepper shaker.

It was newly renovated and had many handy amenities. Great location to get around the city and explore the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It felt like a great place to relax and spend time. When we first checked in, there was an issue with the air conditioning in our apartment. However, the team responded immediately and provided us with an alternative apartment without any hassle. The service was impressively fast, and we really appreciated how quickly the situation was resolved.

There were only two minor downsides. First, the pillows were very thin and low. My husband ended up sleeping on two pillows, which still wasn’t particularly comfortable. Second, in the replacement apartment, the clean towels and bed linens intended for multiple apartments were stored in our wardrobe. As a result, a housekeeper entered the apartment while we were sleeping to collect some of them, which was a bit awkward and unexpected.

O apartamento é muito novo, e tudo muito limpo. Gostamos muito, vamos contar sempre.

Comfortabel en schoon appartement, halverwege ons verblijf (4 nachten) werd het appartement schoongemaakt en handdoeken/lakens verschoond. De beheerder reageert snel op vragen.

Het is wat gehorig als er bovenburen zijn. De keuken biedt nauwelijks ruimte om iets te koken.

It was spacious and was centrally located.

Lack of parking, it was noisy - we could hear the person in the unit above as well as people as they were in the hallway, front entrance, and the people in the unit next door. Also, the kitchen was not well-equipped.

Very comfortable apartment and kudos to the cleaning lady she was very nice and good at her job. One of the best quality to price ratio I ever seen in any isalnd.

We hoped for a room that was seperate one. Second room was just an open space above the lining room/ After all it was not neccesary, but we were offered with another one, so if you need a sepearte room I would advise to ask for that in advance.

gute Lage, Die Wohnung war komfotabl. aber die Betten waren sehr hart. Die beiden Badezimmer waren sehr schön. Es gab immer warmes Wasser

es gab wenige Töpfe. die Küche hat sehr schönes Design, aber leider es gab keine Teekanne oder kaffekanne. wenige Töpfe. keine Milchkasrolle. Es gab aber trozdem 2 Töpfe. Es wäre gut wenn auch einen Sieb gäbe wenn man nudeln kocht kann man das heiße wasser absieben. Wir müssten einiges kaufen. ansonasten die Küche hat eine Kaffemaschine mit Taps, Teller, Gläser. Bestech. und eine super Waschmaschine gab auch

O apartamento é extremamente confortável equipado com tudo o que é necessário para uma excelente estadia. Situado no centro da cidade. Com estacionamento nas proximidades. Recomendo.

Uitstekende service, groot appartement, zeer schoon, de locatie is perfect, centraal gelegen in het centrum en makkelijk bereikbaar. Het appartement bevat alles wat je nodig hebt, uitgebreide keuken accessoires, zelfs een kleine patio met ligstoelen en zitje. Ideaal voor gezin met kinderen. Supermarkt om de hoek. Het appartement bevindt zich op de begane grond. Uitstekende locatie om te verblijven, voor korte of langere periode.

Het appartement is iets gehorig qua bovenburen.

La atención del personal, cualquier cosa que necesitamos nos respondieron inmediatamente, gracias. La ubicación, el apartamento estaba muy acogedor y no le faltaba ningún detalle. La entrada al apartamento con código es comodísimo, no hay q estar pendiente de llaves. Lo recomendare a todas mis amistades q vayan a visitar las islas.

A localização é fantástica, a 5 minutos a pé das Portas da Cidade que são o centro. A decoração , o equipanto e a construção são muito agradáveis e funcionais. Nota-se bem que foi um projecto pensado e bem executado. Gostamos tanto que quando voltarmos equacionamos tornar a ficar lá

Todo estaba muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas, la calefacción funcionaba muy bien. Espacio agradable, nuevo y muy moderno. Los baños amplios.

Excelente localização, pequeno almoço entregue à porta e casa com condições de conforto, limpeza e privacidade acima da média. O facto de ter duas casas de banho facilitou imenso a nível de privacidade , uma vez que trouxemos a avó. Dormimos super bem, camas muito confortáveis e ar condicionado a colaborar com o frio. Funcionários disponíveis para o necessário e com simpatia típica desta bela ilha. Repetirei sem hesitar caso regresse.

Água quente para 3 adultos + 1 criança teve de ser racionada na altura dos banhos (percebemos que o cilindro era relativamente pequeno para a nossa família). O que não afetou de modo algum a boa experiência que tivemos com o alojamento mas sugeria um upgrade deste pormenor para um reservatório com maior capacidade. O facto de ser localizado a nível tão central dificultou também a parte do estacionamento (durante o dia, lugares pagos e escassos). Mas como na maioria da estadia estivemos sempre fora durante o dia, à noite não havia problema em arranjar estacionamento nas redondezas.
