Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und sauber. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und die Lage war perfekt falls man kein Auto hat.

Das Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können. Nicht viel Auswahl an Brot und gegen 10h wurde auch nicht mehr alles nachgefüllt.

O alojamento está bem localizado, as instalações são boas.

Na reserva estava dito que o hotel garantia estacionamento, o que não é verdade uma vez que que tive que pagar do meu bolso dois dias num parque de estacionamento perto (o qual o hotel poderia ter alguma parceria). O quarto com os miúdos era virado para a rua, sendo que as 06h da manhã havia muito barulho.

Da simpatia dos funcionários.

O pequeno almoço deveria ser mais variado.

O facto de nunca terem estacionamento no parque do hotel Nem todos os hóspedes eram obrigados a usar toucas no uso do SPA... mas eu tive de adquirir 3.

Prachtig hotel voorzien van alle comfort. Zeer goede service. Heel proper hotel en goed ontbijt. De zwembaden zijn super.

Znakomita lokalizacja w samym centrum Ponta Delgada. Wygodne pokoje, i łazienka. Nowe wyposażenie. Pięknie i z wyczuciem dobrej architektury urządzona klatka schodowa.

KWESTIA PARKOWANIA: Dostęp do parkingu hotelowego jest bardzo ograniczony. Zaledwie 10 miejsc! Brak zatoczki bądź miejsca postojowego do wyładowania bagaży z samochodu. Przy rezerwacji prosiłem o zarezerwowanie miejsca postojowego i nawet nie dostałem odpowiedzi, że hotel nie rezerwuje miejsc i jak wygląda kwestia parkowania (w tym alternatywy).Finalnie tylko pierwszej nocy parkowaliśmy na parkingu publicznym tuż obok hotelu, a przez pozostałe 6 nocy udawało się znaleźć miejsce na parkingu hotelowym. Problemem jest jednak kwestia uczciwej informacji dla gości, przekazywanej w momencie robienia rezerwacji.

La spa con una vasca grande e vari idromassaggio, la piscina esterna, la posizione centrale, la camera molto spaziosa. La gentilezza del personale al bar

La camera affacciava sul parcheggio ed il bagno ha la vasca con doccia. La completa assenza di personale in piscina e alla spa. La disorganizzazione della reception, la poca accoglienza e nessuna spiegazione riguardo la struttura.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enough variety on breakfast buffet. Quiet rooms that seemed almost sound proof. Was able to leave luggage after checking out and come back and shower in spa area then leave for airport. Very centrally located.

I am a tea drinker and loved the kettle on the room but the hot water was never hot enough at the buffet. This is an issue for me wherever I travel.

Les boîtes petit déjeuner qui nous ont été proposées la veille de notre départ tôt le matin n’étaient pas prêtes lorsque nous avons quitté l’hôtel à 6:00 du matin. Sans doute un soucis de communication au sein des équipes.

Parking was my only complaint for lack of available spaces and entering and exiting the facility. On suggestion would be to add a mirror on the opposite side of the entrance so you can see if any cars or people are approaching as it is a complete blind exit

L’hotel è molto ben posizionata nel centro di ponta delgada. Belle le piscine. Personale gentile e professionale. Camere ampie e pulite. Prezzo alto. Unica pecca il breakfast box che abbiamo richiesto (causa volo all’alba) un po’ al di sotto delle aspettative.

This is a 4 star hotel that does Not offer 1. Body lotion 2. Shampoo and Conditioner. Are you kidding me? This is available only for privileged rooms!!. Make this may be a 2 star motel or upgrade by adding most essential stuff.

Desayuno muy sin más para un hotel de esta categoría (la sección salada estaba fría, nada hecho en el momento, poca calidad en general, zumos no naturales, etc). Personal del desayuno/bar nada agradable y sin formas básicas para atender al público.

Perfect location in the center of town, everything is walkable. Breakfast Buffett was excellent with lots of options and even accommodated me with items like ketchup when I asked. Staff was always very friendly. The property was bigger than it looks from the outside! The free spa amenities were a plus for us, we loved the sauna and steam room. Oh and they gave us a free upgrade on our room, for absolutely no reason! 5 stars in our book!

We arrived very late and we had a rental car so we navigated our own way to the hotel property. We circled the block 2-3 times because we could not find the hotel! We did not knock any points off for this because all the local hotels are like this, very hidden, just good information to know before you go. I’ve added a photo of the actual front of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern and very well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms that are also well soundproofed - we couldn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. The breakfast offered a good variety and was consistently very good. The outdoor pool was a great place to relax whenever the sun came out in the afternoon. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any questions. Overall, a great base for exploring São Miguel, and we’d happily stay here again.

Il manque quelques détails sur le service pour être à la hauteur d'un mercure en France. par exemple le tapis de salle de bain un jour sur trois, les serviettes de piscine un jour sur deux, pas de réapprovisionnement dans les chambres en thé ou café. Pas de choix de thé dans le petit-déjeuner et certaines choses proposées au petit déjeuner auraient pu être de meilleure qualité

We stayed here for 7 days and absolutely loved every moment of it. The level of customer service we've experienced is hard to find these days. The staff, especially the front desk and dining team were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh, delicious food. The rooms were spotless, modern, quiet, mattress were really comfy too. The spa and pools were a nice addition to relax after a day of exploring. Great location as it's easy to walk everywhere, with shops, restaurants, the port, and the main attractions of Ponta Delgada just a few minutes away. We always found a parking space in the hotel's parking area, and even if it's full there's a very reasonably priced parking garage just a 1-minute walk away. Once again a huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Very beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean hotel. Excellent location, and we especially loved the pool area and the indoor spa. The breakfast was very good as well.

While the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, our experience was negatively affected by several issues. Our room was facing the street, and unfortunately the windows were not soundproof. We could hear traffic and noise from outside very clearly, which made it difficult to sleep. Also The room included a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. The pillows were also uncomfortable. As a result, our sleep quality was poor and we had several sleepless nights due to the noisy street, the bed, and the pillows. We stayed in a family room that is advertised for up to four people, but the storage space was extremely limited. The small wardrobe could barely fit one person’s clothes, so we essentially lived out of our suitcases for the entire week. The room also had a large balcony, but unlike the balconies facing the inner courtyard and pool area, it had no table or chairs, which made it unusable for relaxing. In addition, the view from the balcony was quite depressing, as directly across the street there was a large abandoned grey building with black plastic covering the windows. In the bathroom, only hand soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel were provided. Amenities such as a vanity kit, conditioner, body lotion, and other items that are usually expected in a hotel of this category were missing. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but the lack of sound insulation, uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, limited storage, and missing amenities significantly affected our stay.

L'emplacement est idéal, près du centre et aussi du port, dans une petite rue. L'insonorisation des chambres est parfaites, on entend aucun bruit des voitures passant de temps en temps sur les pavés de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les patisseries/viennoiseries différentes chaque jour.

Le ménage dans la chambre au quotidien est un peu léger au niveau de la salle de bain. Séjournant plusieurs nuits, il est dommage que la douche ne soit pas nettoyée, et que les essuies n'ont pas été changés. La carpette de bain a été emportée mais seulement remplacée deux jours plus tard.

Wir haben fast immer einen Parkplatz bekommen, aber es gibt zu wenig Parkplätze und wir mussten einmal auf der Straße parken.

We loved this hotel as it is very centrally located to town and to the water as well as being close to the airport. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars closeby. The front desk staff are very patient and helpful. We were even able to check in a bit early as we were thankful for after arriving on an overnight flight. The front desk is available 24 hours a day. The morning breakfast was excellent and varied. Everything is replenished and well presented. There are a variety of seats inside and out to enjoy breakfast. The room was very clean with with a walk in shower and furniture is well appointed . The pool area is lovely outside as well as the indoor pool and sauna. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist nützlich zum Runterkühlen, zumal sich das Zimmer 101 dank der drei großen Fenster stark aufgeheizt hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen ist reichhaltig, auch wenn die warmen Speisen heißer hätten sein können (die Deckel werden vom Personal offen gelassen). Die zentrale Lage ist gut, um die umliegende Gastronomie zu erreichen. Der Pool im Innenhof ist schön, aber eben auch wetterabhängig nutzbar.

Das Kopfsteinpflaster verursacht nachts laute Abrollgeräusche der Autos, die nachts dort langheizen, ebenso einige Bekloppte, die nachts rumgrölen müssen. Hinter dem Hotel führt links die Rua do Castilho hoch, wo es einige wenige kostenlose Hotelparkplätze gibt, die Chancen stehen aber gleich null. Weiter oben in der gleichen Straße dann ein öffentliches Parkhaus. Leider ist die Verkehrsführung genau in Gegenrichtung, so dass man von oben kommend zuerst am Patkhaus und dann am Hotel-P vorbeikommt. Die Tiefe der Kofferablage im Schrank ist ein Witz. Der Koffer blockiert liegend die Schiebetür

Sehr modernes Ambiente, große Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer. Tolles und sehr opulentes Frühstücks-Büffet!! Sehr nettes Personal… Toller Außen-Pool, auch ein kleiner Pool für die kleinen Gäste.

Der Spa-Bereich war etwas dürftig. Die Sauna funktioniere leider nicht, das Indoor-Schwimmbecken war recht verschmutzt… Im Bar-Bereich war die Klimaanlage immer extrem kalt eingestellt, so dass man sich abends regelmäßig einen Pullover anziehen musste, wenn man dort verweilen wollte…

Hotel jest położony w świetnej lokalizacji, dysponuje podstawowymi udogodnieniami takimi jak basen czy spa.

Parking, z miejscami zarezerwowanymi dla pokoi Deluxe, jest bardzo mały i dwukrotnie musiałem szukać miejsca w zatłoczonym centrum, ponieważ cały parking, włącznie z miejscami dla pokoi Deluxe był zajęty. Obsługa hotelu oferowała płatny parking na tej samej ulicy, ale oczywiście bez vouchera od hotelu. Ponadto, śniadania były bardzo podstawowe, zupełnie nieprzystające do standardu z innych 4 gwiazdkowych hoteli. 4 bemary z ciepłymi „daniami” (zawsze słaba jajecznica i wątpliwej jakości kiełbaski, ponadto dwa rodzaje warzyw na ciepło), dwa rodzaje sera, dwa rodzaje wędliny, trochę słodkich wypieków. Po prostu totalne minimum.

A very nice hotel, with an amazing location in the heart of Ponte Delgada. Super easy access to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the marina. The airport is 10 min away. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is basic but good and the restaurant offers a favorable variety of options.

There are absolutely no toiletries apart of a 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash gel which was rather surprising for a 4 star hotel. However, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy literally next door so one can easily buy everything needed.
