Great location and attention to detail from the property, underfloor heating, and chocolate and wine in the fridge. The place was so warm and cosy despite the outside temp being freezing - very impressed and would definitely stay again!

The beds were okay but not great and mattress protectors were a bit squeaky/plastic like.

Clean homely property in very high standard of decor and very clean. We felt very at home there and a short walk to town.

Everything, such a quaint and gorgeous home. Both rooms woth ensuites were perfectly laid out and just so many nice touches! The decor/styling of the whole house was simply perfect 👌🏼. Like a display home, all the small touches were on point. And its like every little thing that a guest might need was thought of and added for convenience. The lounge was super cosy, lighting was perfect and the floor to ceiling glass window over looking the stream - just gorgeous. Absolutely loved this place, would 100% stay again.

Feel bad even writing this, but there was one super unfortunate event that disrupted our stay - the power cut out to ur Unit at around 4/5am and didnt come back on until mid morning. Once I texted the owner, they immediately got onto fixing it and was very diligent with keeping me updated with progress - it was actually quite impressive (and I was very grateful).. It was perhaps just bad timing for me as it happened to be a day that I was already quite unwell so the temperature dropping in the house to only a few degrees made that morning very miserable for me. Cannot fault anything else though. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to everyone.

Cosy and newly renovated apartment just a 5 minute walk from town. It was equipped with everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The home stayed really warm all the time. We loved it here and hope to be back!

The bed was comfy but the mattress protector under the sheet gave an odd squeaky feeling, which really bothered me but others didn't seem bothered.

Lovely modern apartment, very homely and warm. Easy check-in - loved that Helen introduced herself when we arrived. Loved the cozy lounge and blankets (loved the blanket throws!) - Netflix provided (on main tv only), the kitchen was nice with a river and ducks just outside the back deck. Loved the jacket hooks. Bathrooms were great with heated towel rails, body wash and shampoo. Helen was lovely, she provided us with some milk, a bottle of wine in the fridge, and my husband loved the coffee pods. Enough amenities were supplied for our 7 night stay including toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets. Helen also offered a service of amenities half way through our stay. There was also a fresh food market right next door and a larger grocer less than 5 minute walk. Nice view of the Gondala outside the second bedroom and back deck.

There is very little to fault. We loved our stay. Probably very tight car parks however understandable so close to the town centre. Maybe also supply conditioner with the shampoo. The beds and pillows are very soft and can tell there is a waterproof sheet on the mattress. I think my husband in particular would have preferred some firmer pillows (maybe one of each would be great). Maybe also a fan in the rooms for white noise option and for those who like to sleep a little cooler. The air conditioners also don’t seem to want to stay on high fan and the one in the second bedroom would sometimes flash.

Great stay. The room layout and facilities are warm and nice. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need – all the cookware and utensils are ready to use. You don't need a rental car – it's still very easy to get around. The supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, and the lake is only 10 minutes on foot. Really convenient and comfortable.

The property was stunning. It exceeded our expectations in every respect. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Helen, was a delight. Even gave us a bottle of beautiful NZ champagne for our 50th wedding anniversary. Our car did not leave the property the three nights we were there as we were able to walk everywhere.

There was nothing not to love about the property.

Small and cozy. Has everything that you would need in your stay. Well equipped kitchen and laundry with a great outdoor deck overlooking the creek (views from the living room indoor as well). Both bedroom upstairs has ensuite which makes it convenient and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet for a restful sleep. Very clean and well designed - exactly like the pictures.

The driveway into the property is a bit steep and parking space was narrow. Therefore, just have to be careful whilst driving into the property and parking. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Our 7-night stay at this Queenstown apartment was truly one of the best we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The bathrooms were excellent—spotlessly clean and stocked with high-quality shampoo, body wash, and handwash that added a touch of luxury to our daily routine. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with every essential utensil you could think of, along with thoughtful additions like a coffee machine with pods, cooking oil, a bottle of wine, and even ice ready for use. It made settling in effortless and enjoyable, whether for a quick breakfast or a relaxed evening in. One of our favorite spots was the charming porch—perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The location couldn’t have been better: just a pleasant 10–12 minutes walk to the city center, yet far enough to enjoy quiet and tranquility. We also appreciated the detailed instruction booklet, which made using all appliances simple and stress-free. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, with thick curtains and plush carpeting that added warmth, and the views from the first-floor bedroom windows were simply lovely. A special mention to Helen, who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a query—her prompt communication made our stay even smoother. Overall, this was an outstanding experience and easily one of the best apartment stays we’ve had. We would highly recommend it and would love to return in the future.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt , die ist ganz neu, liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause 🏠.es gibt eine schöne kleine terasse und einen Balkon. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt , man ist zentral in der Stadt und doch liegt das Haus ruhig. Dies war unsere schönste Unterkunft im ganzen Urlaub und wir wären noch gerne geblieben😊

Nichts , das einzige was besser sein könnte ist ein Check out erst im 11.00 Uhr. Dann wäre das packen morgens ein bisschen stressfreier gewesen

Beautiful apartment recently renovated with what was clearly a lot of love and attention! Fitted out beautifully, extremely comfortable and everything was thought of, right down to all the kitchen utensils and private washing machine and dryer. Lovely view of the mountains from small personal terrace. Helen was lovely and very helpful. Enjoyed our 3 night stay!

모든 것이 완벽한 곳이었어요. 위치도 너무 번잡하지 않은 곳에 있어서 좋았고 숙소 근처에 마트가 2개나 있었어요. 곤돌라타는데까지 걸어갈 수도 있고. 다운타운 중심에서 좀 떨어진 곳은 경사가 심한 곳도 많은데 경사가 없어서 좋아요. 집 안에 인테리어는 너무 고급지고 깨끗했고 세탁기와 건조기도 잘 갖춰져 있고 주방에 시설도 훌륭했습니다. 뉴질랜드 여행내내 코팅팬이 구비 된 곳은 이곳 뿐이었어요. 우유도 제공되고 침대에 양모 이불은 너무 따뜻했습니다. 인테리어부터 시설까지 너무 완변한 곳이었어요^^ 참고로 밀포드사운드 가는 버스 픽/드랍도 집 바로 옆에서 가능했답니다.

Quiet apartment close to town with all modern and good quality facilities/appliances. Beautiful floor to ceiling window overlooking a little creek really made it a relaxing place to rest. Ducks and ducklings in the backyard were delightful.

We had 2 nights in apartment No 1 which had only just been renovated. It was wonderful - Helen has put a huge effort into the design and the facilities which has resulted in a modern, comfortable and welcoming apartment. The beds are really comfy and with blackout blinds / curtains to help keep them dark at night. The bathrooms are well equipped with excellent showers. The living space is bright and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with excellent appliances. There is a high standard throughout. Helen was super helpful with any questions we had. All in all the apartment was hard to fault and I would heartily recommend it.

Nothing really. One minor note is that being next to the road there is some traffic noise although the house's sound insulation does a good job of minimizing that.

The property was very beautiful to walk into, it’s location was also fairly close to the center of town and the walk is quite nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this very new apartment with excellent facilities. It’s the best property we’ve stayed at so far on our South Island trip. The host was very considerate and provided everything we needed, which made our stay extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the bush creek right by the apartment, with ducks visiting daily. This was a huge bonus for our kids — they loved feeding them twice a day. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to the town centre and Skyline. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Such a wonderful property and only a short stroll to shops, restaurants and local sites, we really loved our stay. Very clean, brand new renovation and lovely decor and lounge to relax in.

We were very impressed with this stay. The unit is spotless, beautifully renovated, and very cosy, with high-quality finishes, hardwares (faucets and showers etc), and top-notch appliances. Utensils are quite complete too, great if you cook. It’s thoughtfully designed and sits right beside a little creek, where we enjoyed seeing ducks and birds, absolutely stunning! We would go out on our deck to feed them sometimes. Parking is available, and the location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to town, and right beside a small grocer. We stayed at many places in New Zealand in a similar price range, and this was by far the best. Would love to stay again.

- The beds were a bit too soft for my liking but this is just personal preference. - It would have been nice to have a wall-mounted bathroom mirror in the back bedroom, though it’s completely understandable given the slanted roof. Perhaps a mirror could be installed on the wall above the bedside countertop instead? It would be a convenient spot to get ready in the mornings.

Location was perfect. decor and set up of apartment was excellent.

Only 1 comment was the small motion sensor lights in the bedrooms. They were very sensitive and bright. when you got up to go to the bathroom it lit up the whole room. One in bathroom by toilet was great and worked well but one in bedroom wasnt needed. Even came on if you moved in bed or flicked covers off.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It has been fully refurbished and feels brand new. Jeremy, our host, kindly provided us with a bottle of milk and a block of chocolate, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is stocked with brand-new utensils, and the bathrooms are spotless and beautifully designed. Both bedrooms feature very comfortable new beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, making the apartment comfortable throughout. Its location is excellent — within walking distance to the city center and the Gondola. Overall, this apartment combines modern comfort with convenience, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Wilden Apartment was very thoughtfully renovated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was only a 5 min walk into town, which made it very easy to take advantage of restaurants etc. There is a very handy supermarket next door and we were able to cook for ourselves in the well equiped kitchen.

This is a well considered and lots of attention to detail in the design of this property. It is stylish, cosy but spacious for two. The fixtures and fittings are to a very high standard. All the home comforts are included - blankets on the sofa, wine and chocolate in the fridge. The location was absolutely perfect. Short walk into town.
