Beautiful two story unit. Lovely view over the lake and the Remarkables. Everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Very close to Queenstown and grocery store..walkable in about 10-15 minutes

The hill up to the unit was quite challenging but if you have a couple of stops it's doable. We are in our early 70's so maybe younger people wouldn't have a problem.

This is an absolutely amazing property!! I think I’ve found my new ‘home’ when I come to Queenstown! The staff were so lovely and accommodating, the house is INCREDIBLE, clean, comfy and is so spacious with a wonderful view. It’s a short walk into town and has driving access from 2 ways, plus a park at each townhouse.

The view of the lake and the remarkables mountains was STUNNING! We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. Location at the top of the Main Street was convenient (although very steep hill to access the appartments). Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very quiet area. Also excellent value for money.

The steep hill really tested my cardio! But loved everything about the apartments.

Loved our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect, being able to walk to town was a big bonus. There was plenty of room and a great functional little kitchen. All facilities and the staff were fantastic! Highly recommend.

Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. We didn’t realize there was a spa so that was a bonus! Awesome views and location.

Absolutely everything! This is the only place we will ever stay when visiting Queenstown. The entire apartment was exceptionally clean with everything you could possibly need! The staff were lovely to deal with and the location was amazing!

Not child safe. We had a 3 year old who was able to open external doors. Top floor windows also not good for children. No safety catches.

Modern, clean and an amazing view

We loved the location, cleanliness and size of this townhouse. We were in unit 9 which looked like it had been renovated fairly recently and was very well kept. It was great to be able to get fresh towels everyday, especially as it’s difficult to dry things in the cold weather. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a very short walk to town with plenty of shops, grocery stores, restaurants and attractions. The size of the townhouse is a great and the carport right next to the front door is a plus. The views over Queenstown from the lounge room are also lovely.

The property is at the top of a very steep hill. It didn’t bother us, however this might be limiting if you want to walk into town with small children or have mobility issues. The main bed was also extremely hard/firm to the point of being uncomfortable. We ended up putting some spare doonas over the mattress just to soften it a bit after a couple of nights. The single beds in the 2nd bedroom seemed to be softer.

Proximity to Queenstown mall was very convenient to walk it. The unit's design itself had a modern simple vibe with complete basic necessities. Picture window of the mountains were amazing! No one cleaning during the whole duration of our stay. Supplies like kitchen towels, bath towels, dishwasher soap and washing machine/dryer can be replenished by getting it yourself in the supplies/stock room.

The very steep almost 45 degree uphill climb on the road is not at all convenient to reach the entryway.

Friendly staff, communication on getting to accommodation and how to access the townhouse out of hours, so easy. The townhouse has absolutely everything you need and is so comfortable. We loved everything about staying here. The location is amazing, you just have to tackle the steep hill when coming back from town. Everything is so close.

View and location are fantastic, kitchen more than adequate.

Beds could have been softer, heating in winter is just acceptable.

The townhouse is very comfortable & spacious with a comfy bed, well equipped kitchen & spectacular picture windows with fantastic views. The walk from town is short, but is quite steep, however, there is an alternative more gentle walk via a well stocked supermarket to avoid the big hill!

This was our third stay at Turner Townhouse we love it so much. Quick walk down the hill into town, views, up the hill to access Queenstown Hill. Easy.

Everything in the unit, especially the laundry (washing machine and dryer). We love the living room setup. It is so cozy and comfortable. We read, chat, and play while watching wonderful views from the window. Thanks to the friendly staff who make sure everything works during our stay.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Townhouse was clean with a nice lake view. Close to walk into town the stroll back up the short steep hill is a workout for the leg muscles. Nice, comfy place to chill out, well fitted kitchen and nice, hot shower. Second time staying here and would definitely stay again.

Great place loved the setup and the views from our window and balcony. More modern inside and very clean place. Office personnel were friendly and helpful.

Neat townhouse above town of Queenstown. Walk down a hill into the main centre. Clean. Liked the washer and dryer facilities. Didn’t cook so not sure about the kitchen equipment.

It was good enough to live in. And the hill was no where near as steep as some people say. It was a plus for us and happy to stay there again!

The view was outstanding. We had huge windows which were overlooking the town and lake whakatipu and the mountains. It was a comfy unit with all we needed. It was so close to the town, closer than we thought it would be.

Nothing could be better. We saw people complaining about the hill you had to walk up from the town if you wanted. But if we couldn’t be bothered we caught an uber or taxi. It was very cheap and worth it.

浴帘挡不住水，容易弄湿地板。次卧两个小床，空间比较局促（此次我们没有睡这个房间）。三楼餐桌处的暖气是坏的，所以吃饭有点冷。

The townhouse (4) was great with spacious clean and comfortable rooms and an amazing view overlooking Queenstown. It is in a great location and has car parking onsite . Very close to shops, only a few minute walk

The hill if walking is quite steep but it is worth it for those views .

The town house had everything we needed and more for our stay. Very spacious, clean and had lovely views.

Excellent well appointed kitchen. Fabulous views and a warm and comfortable apartment.

This property had the best lake view of Queenstown. There also was a good view of the local rugby field as well. So you can easily walk to town, the Gondola and all other attractions. There is a fresh choice grocery store close by. The BBQ works great ! We walked down and ubered back. Runa checked us in, gave us a map of town and helped us figure out the laundry . She was awesome.

So with the View comes the hill you walk up from the city. Its a good one.

Everything was amazing. Beautiful view, very close to the city centre, clean and comfortable, and had everything you could possibly want (parking space, laundry, kitchen etc).

The view was spectacular, the hotel was centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and main roads yet also quiet. The room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was an ensuite, which did not work well for the guest sleeping in the living area as they had to pass through the other guest's bedroom to use it. Also the separate bedroom had an open ceiling so it wasn't altogether private in terms of guests who are sleeping in the living room.

We loved everything about the property. Very spacious, clean, good location, staff were wonderful and the VIEW !!! Kitchen had all you need, from teabags, cutleries, cooking utensils, crockeries, salad bowl, scissors to chopping board. Bed and pillows were comfy. Ww stayed at no.10, it had the new modern bathroom, kinda nice. Parking was exactly on the side of the house. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back again and highly recommended ! The townhouse itself was one of the highlights of our 6 days trip in QT

Beautifully set up townhouse that was spacious and clean, near to the shops. A very comfortable stay and a pleasant experience😊

The only downside was that we couldn’t see the lake view from our room as expected.

The steep hill walking access wouldn’t be for everyone, but was fine for our family.

Location, staff, townhouse itself, and the views! There were no issues, or downsides (apart from the hill but we had a car) I could not recommend this place enough! The location is perfect, the whole townhouse blew is away - beds were comfy, everything you need and omg the gorgeous views! To top it off the customer service before hand and staff interactions were sooooo good. Definitely will stay here again when we're back in QT!

I could only say the hill if walking.... to get to the place (if not driving or in an Uber or taxi). The place itself there is nothing we would want to change.

Large, clean townhouse with a gorgeous view. Great staff. Able to store our luggage before check in. Short walk to town.

The hill up to the property is very steep so be mindful of this if you aren’t driving and have luggage. Couple of minor issues like no cutting board or drying rack, and the armchairs need a little side table.

Eigenlijk niks op aan te merken. Helaas was de jacquizzi in onderhoud.
