The staff stood out at this property. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. We stayed in the ground floor studio apartments and it was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen and apartment was well equipped and everything worked well. Heating was spot on, plenty of room. Nice, comfy lounge. Beautiful views of the gondola and Douglas fur forest right outside our door. Easy, pleasant stroll to town and short walk to supermarket.

I liked everything about this property. If I had to say anything, the bed was the on the firmer side and could use a topper but that’s minor in terms of the apartment in general.

Nice and close to town, walking distance. Beds were comfortable and good kitchen and laundry facilities.

Slightly smaller than we anticipated and what we saw from the photos when booking. Just a little cramped for a family of 5.

Property was close to town, on a quiet street. It was warm and had everything we needed as a family.

It was all pretty good, if I had to comment the sofa/furniture could have been a little bigger for. 2 bedroom family apartment, but it did us ok.

Close to the heart of Queenstown & easy access

The property was in an awesome location , always warm, kitchen had lots of equipment, beds were soft , 6min walk from town and a bus stop to Coronet right outside ! Loved my stay !

Booking.com was having issues with card changes for the deposit but it was not properties fault . Loved the property !

There wasn’t really anything i didn’t like if I had to pick something can be a bit noisy from the busy road but would definitely stay there again

Great to arrive with lots of tea bags & coffee satchel. But unfortunately there was no milk & I so wanted to white tea after our arrival in New Zealand

It’s a lovely place to stay, but this is our 5th stay at this facility and it’s getting tired. It could do with a bit of love. It’s lovely and quiet, great location, kitchen is set up well, though cutlery is very old. There’s plenty of room, we obviously think it’s good or we wouldn’t come back.

Heating system wasn’t obvious and we spent the first 2 days rather cold. The shower door needs to be slammed shut. The shower nozzle is terrible, you should try standing underneath it. The rug in the living room looks quite scruffy. Options for pay Tv would be good.

Lovely apt. Very central to town centre. Great to have parking.

Kitchen implements mediocre, eg only one tiny frypan. Only bare essentials provided, eg no milk, no extras. Shower poor - water sprays everywhere. Only a fairly old (?10 + years) washing machine. Sofa oriented at right angles to the TV

Parking, particularly for 15A is hard. The space was very limited compare to other units.

It’s spread over two areas. We ended up in an area not identified on the website. Our car was two fights of metal outside stairs from the apartment.. Carrying suitcases up and down would be physically impossible for some in the community. There was no face to face meeting with staff. Reception was not manned.

The apartment in a neighborhood setting was beautifully decorated with everything one might need including a bona fide espresso machine! An easy walk into the city center. Would eagerly return!

Easy to find. Conveniently located near down town.

Bathroom was upstairs when there’s a bedroom located downstairs. Kitchen was located downstairs and it was too inconvenient going upstairs and downstairs. The configuration of the condo was terrible for older couple like us and our friend.

The bathroom is really nice. We also had a small balcony which we really loved.

The apartment was a hard to find. We arrived in the dark and struggled to find the correct apartment. It's quite the walk to the city center.

The location is fantastic - an easy walk to the centre of the city, the cable car and Queenstown Hill.

Location was brilliant. A little cramped kitchen area but def all the facilities we needed. Loved our stay and staff were amazing hosts.

The view of the gondola out the window was great! Well appointed kitchen and facilities. Having a washing machine and dryer was useful. Location was just close enough to town to walk without feeling arduous.

Even though we had our own parking spot it was tricky to park without blocking the main thoroughfare and then we couldn't open the boot of the car without half blocking the neighbour.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything (town centre, supermarket, and Skyline). Very comfortable and has all the amenities you need.

It can be difficult to locate the specific building within the large complex. Our unit required access from the street behind because the Google Maps navigation was a bit off. There are also many stairs, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage.

A little basic in quality.

Pretty good location. We had Apt. 15A a one bedroom with living area and it was excellent. Had all the facilities and in very good condition. It was very comfortable and clean and had a washing machine and dryer. We’d stay here again.

Parking is a little tight but was ok. Needs a few extra mugs for coffee.

It is very newly renovated. The whole house is spacious and sparkly clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Shower super strong. Linen are thick and new. I had the best stay for the past three days, which I had stayed at the 5 and 4 star resort. I would recommend it with no reservations. One thing to remember, you cannot tell a book by its cover. The motel look very average from outside. And the parking is a bit tight. Other than that, this is a perfect stay for values and comfort level.

The beds were really comfortable. The location is ideal and we could walk into town in 5 minutes. It’s close to many restaurants and bars.

Parking was ridiculously difficult with almost no space to maneuver. It is a miracle that my car didn’t get dented by other cars trying to navigate the cramped parking spaces.

All clean and tidy, a good location for us and a short walk into the town centre.

Our apartment was very close to the road so I found the apartment quite noisy with passing traffic and people coming home late at night in the area. I’m sure this wouldn’t worry most people but we are country folk!

Great unit for 4 people. Very close to CBD, but quiet. For winter stay it's well equipped with lots of wall heaters, towel heater, warm sheets etc. Very clean, good facilities and otherwise very happy about it.

Great location with beautiful mountain views. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Parking was easy, and it was quiet yet close enough to town. Staff communication was clear and helpful.

The walk to the town centre can be a bit uphill, which may be tiring for some guests. Otherwise, no major issues.

Just absolutely fantastic from the location to the quality and finishes of the apartment (or mini house as it really is!) Extensive range of tea and coffee with sugars and the beds/bedding is just gloriously comfy! Just the most perfect base for a stay in Queenstown (which is somehow a very short walk but far enough not to hear a thing!)

Totally personal as a parent, but no window lock on top floor window so had to use string to tie it to stop our toddler climbing on the bed and taking flight plus all sharp knives - note. FANTASTIC range of knives for cooking - situated in low drawers so had to quickly scoop those out and leave up above during our stay. Can't stress enough that this is very personal to us as parents but so easily fixed/rectified (and if another parent sees this, this place is PERFECT as a family - just keep these two items in mind and you'll be set!)
