We did not get the room codes in time. We had to walk to a nearby (around 400m) reception to get the codes sorted.

Spacious and clean appartment. Very central and walking distances to many sites. Lots of windows and good aircon! I think it's great for couples.

The road is noisy but we had good earplugs so it didn't bother us much. The TV remote is very old and made it super difficult to use the TV.

Very very spacious apartment at a great location. The bathroom and shower are good with plenty of space. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, you could bring earplugs for sleeping. No noise from bars or restaurants for us. The mattress of the bed could be better, but not too bad. There is no reception (you can walk to another close by nüa if you need anything), but there are 4 lockers to store your luggage before check in. Everything went smoothly for us.

Minor point: the rug under the dining table has a bit of a weird feeling.

Spacious, modern and the location is brilliant. Likes that there’s coffee machine and pods as well as kettle! Buy your milk and sugar (as they won’t top up!) Lovely bakery downstairs where we go to everyday and pizzeria next door too lots of bars infront of the apartment. Restaurants are literally stones throw away you can never ran out of places to go! Host messages you the code for the doors at 3 pm on the day of check in. Free Lockers downstairs but make sure you have €1 coin but it’ll be refunded when you collect your luggages.

Only gave 8/10 sorry as the apartment wasn’t spotlessly clean. Lots of fingerprint marks on the tv and glass tables. And some crumbs on the rugs but not the end of the world. Also very very noisy as the apartment is on the main road you could hear a lot of traffic noise which can’t be helped especially ambulances and fire trucks but I have brought some earplugs with me so I could sleep. I don’t understand when some reviews said that the apartment was quiet when windows are closed but we made sure the windows were closed tightly as well as the shutters but still very noisy. It won’t put me off coming back again though as long as you accept that it’s noisy and you bring earplugs with you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Très bel appartement, idéalement situé ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est vraiment stratégique, proche de la plage, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à quelques pas. La literie est très confortable et la cuisine est très bien équipée. L’appartement dispose également de deux très belles terrasses, très agréables pour profiter de l’extérieur. Il ne manque vraiment rien dans la maison, tout est prévu pour passer un séjour confortable et agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir !

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, and all the main attractions are just a short walk away. The rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine and a dishwasher. The staff checked on us and cleaned the room regularly, even on a daily basis, and the towels were changed frequently. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the wonderful ladies from the housekeeping team for their care, kindness and commitment. 😁 We truly appreciate everything you did to make our stay so pleasant!

Situado en pleno centro de Sevilla, permite llegar caminando a algunos de los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad, como la Torre del Oro, la Plaza de España y el Parque de María Luisa. La zona es tranquila, segura y cuenta con una gran oferta de restaurantes, cafeterías y comercios. El apartamento es cómodo, limpio y perfecto tanto para una escapada turística como para una estancia más larga. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para disfrutar de Sevilla y de todo su encanto."

Todo estaba genial. No faltaba un detalle, apartamento muy grande y todo muy limpio. Nos colocaron una cama extra, ya que reservamos para 3 personas y fue todo un acierto. Nos encantó.

Un 10! Estuvimos solo un par de noches pero muy agusto. Apartamentos amplios, prácticamente nuevos y muy limpio. Cero ruidos. Ubicación por parking cano y cueto, en la famosa puerta de la carne. Zona llena de bares y restaurantes. Centro a 5 minutos de paseo. Al llegar, tuvimos un problema con el pin de acceso/cerradura del apartamento, pero llamamos al teléfono de contacto, y una chica nos trajo enseguida una llave. Agradecidos por la rapidez pese a ser 10 de Agosto a las 4 de la tarde...

Por poner un pero... Eché en falta una plancha para la ropa, y que la cama no tenía sabana encimera, solo una funda nórdica con un edredón bastante grueso para ser Agosto

L' appartamento è bellissimo, moderno e pulito, al piano superiore c'è una terrazza spettacolare su cui abbiamo potuto fare colazione; inoltre la posizione è ottima vicino a ristoranti e bar e a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell' autobus per l'aeroporto

El patio de luces genera inseguridad, ya que la puerta no cierra bien y da a la habitación y a fuera del apartamento.

El sitio está en una excelente ubicación, todo super limpio y aunque esté en el centro no se escucha nada de ruido.

Excellent location short walk to the alcazar and cathedral and many restaurants nearby. The property had lift access and aircon and is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and spacious, exactly like the pictures. There was also a small lovely rooftop spot to watch the beautiful sunset and washing machines facilities on site.

Extremely modern and clean. Our room had a private terrace which we loved and used lots. We also loved the shared terrace areas. Would stay here again.

We liked the large apartment with a generous living room and separate bedroom. Did not expect to have a washer and dryer on the top floor which was available at most time we needed to do a laundry. Was very helpful during the heat of Seville's summer. The location was perfect on the edge of the old town and walking distance to all main attractions. There is a small space on the side of the road to stop by the door to load and unload your luggage but you can't stay there long. Paid parking across the road which normally had available space but was full a few evenings. Lots of living space and storage. Feels like home away from home if you stay for a few days.

The mattress was too firm for us. No free parking space and garages were full a few times but this is normal for anywhere in Spain near the old town.

The check-in instructions were clear and very simple to follow. The location of the property is great. The beds are very comfortable, the AC works great and it was on before our arrival, so we entered to a very nice and cool apartment from the high summer heat of Sevilla. The property and the building were both very clean and very well maintained.

The windows could be upgraded to double pane. Despite the fact that there is a wood inner shutter, the street noise was impossible to mute. And this is being Sevilla with a Cerveceria open late right accross the street, and morning trucks starting early for deliverie or trash pick up, it was impossible to sleep. The property staff answers to messages quickly, but honestly, they have a long way to go in customer service. I travel consistently, 3-4 times a year and I usually stay in apartments like this. There has been ZERO apartments without coffee... Every single one of them has pod coffee maker and a few pods. This one had none. When I inquired about it, they told me that "whatever is provided is free, the rest, I have to buy it". A 10-pod pack is 2 euros. Sure, I can buy it, I know that. But the property did not even consider to offer a solution for something that would cost them pennies (3 pods for 3 guests who are staying for a single night... come on!) This would have been an "8" or even a "9" should I not have the unpleasant conversation with the clearly inexperienced staff member.

Het appartement was prachtig met een fantastisch mooi terras. En de ligging van het appartement was voor ons perfect. Het oude centrum van Sevilla was op loopafstand en de wijk naast het appartement was erg gezellig met restaurants en bars van ontbijt tot laat in de avond.

Een paar kleine technische mankementjes, maar dat stond een fantastisch verblijf niet in de weg. Verder helemaal niets in negatieve zin op het appartement aan te merken.

地理位置非常好，离机场大巴走路十分钟，大皇宫就在隔壁，离都市阳伞也很近。房东会满足对房间的要求，房间很干净，空调非常足。（在塞维利亚搜了很多公寓，最后选择了这一套，非常满意）

L'alloggio è assolutamente eccezionale, con tutti i comfort possibili. La posizione è incredibile: esattamente all'entrata di Santa Cruz, con servizi di tutti i tipi, compresa un'ottima bakery nello stesso palazzo dell'alloggio. L'attico con patio offerto gratuitamente a tutti gli ospiti è veramente una chicca, con una vista molto romantica della cattedrale. Sempre sull'attico c'è una comoda lavanderia.

In realtà era tutto perfetto. Forse sarebbe carino lasciare delle bottiglie d'acqua all'arrivo degli ospiti.

Spacious, comfortable appartment, very clean and just on the edge of the downtown. All major attractions can be reached in minutes on foot. Looks like there is a network of Nua hotels in Seville and they all are very nice. It was a bit confusing with self check-inn app, so we had a short walk to the nearby Nua hotel with reception - no trouble for us and very friendly and helpful staff. The street where hotel is can become a bit busy with social life in the evening, so I would suggest to have an earplugs. And everything else was just wonderful. They even give you an opportunity to use a washing machine.

Location is really close to everything with nearby supermarkets, old town , train station. They change towel everyday without asking. Very helpful staff

Endroit bien situé, très propre, gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons adoré cette endroit.

La seul commentaire est que le petit frigo n’est pas assez froid.

Ons appartement had een prachtig groot zonnig dakterras. We waren er tijdens Semana Santa en konden vanaf het terras de processies volgen. Verder wandel je vanuit het appartement direct het oude centrum in.

Het appartement ligt aan de kruising van twee héle drukke straten met veel verkeer van auto's en stadsbussen. Overdag is de geluidsoverlast nog wel te doen, maar 's nachts komen de veegwagens in actie en rijden er ambulances en politieauto's af en aan. Je kunt er alleen slapen met oordopjes in.
