コスパ良し！スタッフさんの対応もいい ベッドエリアにシャワーとトイレ洗面台があるので、着替えやシャワーがとても気楽でよい

エレベーターなしは大荷物だときつい

No me gusto que tuve un problema con el pago y el personal no tuvo ninguna intención de poder ayudarme a resolver el problema viéndome obligado a pagar dos habitaciones de mas por una noche ( que nadie uso ), en las mañanas desde temprano comienzan a hacer aseo y con ruidos muy molestos evitando que podamos dormir teniendo 0 consideración con los clientes, los baños estaban medios sucios y el ultimo día nos pasamos un par de minutos y nos hicieron pagar de mas, lo encontré insólito ya que me vi obligado a pagar 2 habitaciones de mas regalándoles mi dinero, por lo que me fui con un muy mal rato perdiendo mi dinero y una sensación de desagrado y disgusto del hotel.

とても清潔感を感じました。かなり快適でした。屋上の部屋だと誰でも共有が出来るイートインスペースがありました。お湯も浄水器も　完備されてました。　居心地はバツグンです。

喫煙場所まで　セブンイレブンのコンビニまで出向いて　吸って下さいとホテルの従業員さんから説明を受けて　セブンイレブンまで行って吸いましたが　お酒が入るとタバコを吸いたい人が多くなるので　私もその1人ですからとホテルの従業員さんに説明をするとホテルの従業員さんは　以前は喫煙ルームは完備されてらしいけど　自分達が　掃除するのが　嫌だから無くした　無くしたお陰で　ホテルの外で　タバコを吸うお客が居る場合だと近所の住民から　苦情があるからセブンイレブンで吸って下さいと促されたのは　とても残念に思いました。

The staff were polite during check in and check out.

Extremely noisy with paper thin walls. The mattress was essentially an inch of foam on plywood. We decided to stay at a different hotel immediately after check in. Recommend to look closely before booking.

交通の便が良くなくて、20分ほど歩いて到着した。

I really enjoyed the bunk I was given. It was less than a capsule I was expecting and the room was comfortable.

I wasn't able to request a towel because I was only there when the staff was on away hours. I was only there for sleeping and showering.

喫煙者なので,喫煙ルームが欲しかったです。従業員さんに　タバコ吸える場所は,聞くと近くにセブンイレブンがあるのでそこで吸って下さい　以前は喫煙ルームありましたけど閉鎖したので　お客が外で吸ってたら近隣から注意されるので　セブンイレブンまで吸いに行かれて下さい　　結局,喫煙者でも直ぐに吸う人は玄関の外でも直ぐ吸いますから結局は自分達の首を絞めてるような感じがしました。

接客も丁寧、施設も綺麗です。 長期滞在でもストレスなく利用できます。 ありがとうございます。

I was not expecting my "capsule" to have an extra space in front with a small built-in desk and stool, but that was a nice little spot to store my over-the-shoulder bag. Furthermore, I really appreciated the space on the fifth floor, where you can do your laundry, relax on some bean bag chairs, or sit at the tables and eat, drink, or do work. Staff were exceptionally friendly. It was a comfortable hotel that was incredibly modern, and the amenities for the price couldn't be beat.

My only complaint is that the fan/vent in my pod wasn't particularly powerful. I'm incredibly sensitive to heat, so I had to sleep without using the comforter. The closest train stations were also at least 15-20 minutes away by foot, which is borderline unbearable in the summer heat. If it was just a bit closer to either Marutamachi, Nijo, or Emmachi stations, that would've been wonderful.

カプセルってのもあってその日くる客によって寝心地がかなり変わる。仕方ない部分ではあるけど… 話し声が聞こえたり、いびきがうるさかったり…etc イヤホンして寝る分には問題なかった (ちなみにその日は外国の方が多かった) 上段で寝る人に関しては少々移動が面倒かも(個人的に) 寝床での飲食は恐らく禁止(飲み物程度なら良いかも？) 他の人の迷惑にもなるため 5階に飲食可能なルームがあるがかなりの人が使ってたりするので場所が無かったりして窮屈だった。 ＋‪αウォーターサーバーはあるがコップなどが無いため自分でコップなどを準備する必要あり あらかじめ近くのコンビニなどで飲み物を買っとくのがオススメ もうひとつ言うとしたら荷物置き場が共用なので盗まれるのが心配って人はなにか対策したほうがいいかも。(私はバッグ1個を寝床にほっといても無事でしたけど) 一応キャリーケース用？でチェーンロックがいくつかあった

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially for a non-Japanese speaker. Room was very comfortable and perfect for a couple nights stay on a budget.

Vraiment pas très bien placé car loin du métro et des bus pas très pratique qui passent à côté.

The capsule room was relatively comfortable and nice to sleep in. The amenities and other facilities were very good, had no problems using them.

An initial difficulty in find the building at first but got there with some kind direction.

空いていた。5階のフリースペースは自由に使えて良いかと思う。

ドミトリールームを利用したが、 ①荷物を置く所がない。→出来ればダイヤル式のロッカー等有れば良かった。 ②エレベーターがなく、４階までの昇り降りは階段。非常に疲れる。 ③コインランドリーがあったが、洗剤は持参しなければならない。ならば、洗剤、柔軟剤の自販機を設置するとかフロントで販売するとかの工夫をしてください。

スタッフの対応がとても良かった事。 全体的にとても綺麗で清潔だった事。 インバウンドと時期的な事もあったが宿泊価格がとても安かった事。

フリールームが5階にあるがエレベーターが無いのでとても不便で使えなかった事。 就寝の部屋は目覚ましはバイブで通話も禁止のはずがルール違反の利用者が複数人いて気になった事。

施設も全て綺麗だった、トイレもお風呂も複数個あって、とても使いやすかった

One morning in the women’s only quarters a male staffer came in to do some chores. He should have waited until every woman was out or sent in a female employee.

清潔で静かでした。 宿泊数を間違えていましたが、たまたま空いていたのもあり、柔軟に対応していただきました。

Was a quite hostel.

No open windows and nothing in the lunch area except a microwave and water. No cutlery glass or tissues provided. You cant even walk inside the hostel with your shoes.

寝具、洗面所、トイレなどは清潔でした。シャワー室前に脱衣所もあり不足なし。ベッド割りごとにカーテンが備わっており最低限のプライバシーは守られます。

どこでも同じですが同フロアーの宿泊客のモラルに善し悪しは大きく依存します。利用当日は大いびきの客が一人いて大音量のいびきが一晩中鳴り響いていました。また、朝の目覚まし音が大音量で鳴り響きスヌーズで4～５回ほど繰り返し鳴り全員たたき起こされました。また巨大なバックパックを狭い通路に置かれ通行に苦慮。仕切られているとはいえ防音性は皆無。隣室のファスナー開閉音や札を数える音さえも手に取るようにわかります。それだけにこちらも音を立てないようにたいへん気を使います。ホテルは地下鉄丸太町駅など、どの駅からも早歩きで15分を要します。夏の徒歩移動は日陰もなく大汗をかくことになります。

清潔が行き届いており有難かったです。スタッフの方の印象も良く、特に問題はありませんでした。ラウンジにお湯やウォーターサーバーがあるのも助かりました。

海外の宿泊者が多く、遅い時間帯(21-23時以降)のラウンジはあまり居心地がいいものでは無かったです。(臭い、話し声、利用態度等) 食事など、ラウンジを使う用事がある場合は早めの時間帯(早めの朝・夕方の日が暮れる前)利用が人が少なくおすすめです。 エレベーターが無いため、大きな荷物の方は狭い階段で運ぶのは大変かもしれません。 5月でしたが、客室のエアコンが少し弱く感じました。眠る時暑かったです…。特に、ラウンジは空気が籠っており長居はできませんでした。

My capsule gave me the privacy I needed at the end of a long day for a very reasonable price. It was clean and had all the necessities.

The walls and ceilings are thin so you hear a lot of noise — people’s alarms, snoring, running water, etc.

I appreciated that we could borrow towels and hair dryers. It was clear what to do with the towels afterwards. The showers were a good size, easy to change in as well. The room had a desk and a big bed. It was big enough to have your suitcase open on the floor. I would stay here again.

A man had to much to drink one night and was throwing up almost the entire night. We could hear everything. That was the only time I heard the toilets being used, otherwise it was very quiet.

・主要な駅から遠い ・シャワーの音や振動がベッドまで伝わり眠れない ・チェックイン前の荷物預かりサービスがあるが、入り口のスペースに置くだけであり、置く時拾う時いずれも特にチェックもされない。盗難等は自己責任との張り紙もあり、非常に不安であった。

The stairs are a bit much.

Beds were alright and showers had nice pressure.

Drying machine didn’t properly dry, therefore had to spend extra money to have dry laundry. Some of the staff members were very friendly and assisted me to the best of their abilities. On the other hand one of them was very rude with an uptight demeanor, when I asked to leave my rice hat behind the desk in a storage room after my checkout for just 2 hours he declined with a snarky remark.

近くに飲食店が少なかった

The bed was really comfy and it was spotless. This is a good place to stay if you are out all day touring and just need a place to rest. The lovely girl at reception when she realised I had a big case moved my room to the first floor which I appreciated as they don’t have an elevator.

There is not elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you need to be mindful of that. Towel is not included so factor that in. There is not space to open your baggage bar the hallway into the room and people coming in and out so getting organised in a cramped space can be alot. The chill area was limited but that’s fine.

The staff were nice and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

No elevator, so it's not good to stay here with heavy luggage. The break room was uncomfortable and had a very loud vent.

シングルは閉塞感もそこそこに、デスクやチェアーも使いやすい物が扱われていて、快適さは確保されていた。

冷房が少し寒かったが、フロントに行けば即対応してくれた。

新しくて清潔でした。 駅から少し歩いたけど、道順はわかりやすいし、そこまで遠すぎるわけでもなかった。駅前にはスーパーや、飲食チェーンも充実していた。 フロントのスタッフさん達の感じがとても良かったです！

・寝室は女性専用フロアがあるとはいえ、トイレやシャワールームが全て男女共用なのにはびっくりした。女性にはあまりおすすめできません、、、 ・寝室のフロアの換気が悪かった。 ・スマホをマナーモードにすること、アラームはバイブのみにすることを、看板や部屋のパンフレットだけでなく口頭でしっかりアナウンスしてほしい。みんな平気で破っていました、、、

Pretty easy to get to major attractions via bus lines. Clean bed and linen

Bathrooms, sinks, and showers were together in the room with the capsule beds. You will hear, smell, and feel (humidity from anfter people shower) everything. My neighbor snored all night long, it was horrible. Plus my ceiling was not flat. There were big holes that should had been filled with Sheetrock. Plus, luggage storage is not secured at all. It’s located at a small place right near the entrance. No staff until 10am and there’s a sign that says they are not responsible for any losses. Never had I seen such unsecured luggage storage place before. Overall, would not recommend unless it’s the last resort.

5階の共有スペースに手洗い場がなかった。

あまりの低価格にチェックインまで少々構えていた。雑居ビルを改装した変則的な構造だったものの、予想外に施設の環境整備が保たれており安堵した。トイレやシャワーの水回りも綺麗にキープ。終日、空調が充分に効かされて快適に過ごすことができた。

カプセルタイプの上段に割り当てられたが、昇り降りのステップがとても小さくて苦労した。雑居ビルの改装だからか、カプセルと同じフロアに強引にトイレや洗面所の設備が据え付けられており、使用音が響いて結構、不快に感じた。

安い！

便が悪いかな。
