Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The room was spotless! We loved the bed inspired by tatami, yet very thick and comfortable. The adjoined bathroom next to the bedroom gives so much privacy. The design of the room gives you calm and style. All the shampoos are organic, and smell amazing! The common area was so magical! With always fresh herbal water, and fresh cold water too. Enough space to chill, work or have a snack downstairs. We loved everything about this place! The staff was patient, welcoming, and the room price was so fair! The location next to Marutamachi metro station and the Kyoto National Gardens made our stay a dream!

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026I absolutely loved the hotel design! The staff were so incredibly kind and attentive, especially when I needed help with my breakfast and cleaning choices. Plus, the breakfast was good and the coffee was truly excellent.
I couldn't find a hook or anywhere to hang my wet towels. The bathroom smelled musty every morning. The rule about picking your breakfast and a specific time before 9 am is tough, especially since everything is booked up if you’re late. Not everyone is here for vacation, and when you’re traveling for work or conferences, you’re often at dinners or busy late at night and can’t remember to book. They should ask why you’re staying and try to be more flexible with those rules.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026非常舒服的京都風，飯店有提供花草茶給旅客。 房間空間大，家具都很有質感且舒服。 位置雖然不在最熱鬧的地方，但旁邊就有全家、7-11。交通的部分，丸太町地下鐵站就在旁邊走過去大概2分鐘，也有公車可以直達八坂神社、清水寺、伏見稻荷大社…等，對想要神社巡禮的人來說非常的方便，。
還是希望有大浴場

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Hotel bellissimo, moderno, accogliente, profumato, pulito, staff cortese, camera da 4 grande e comoda per gli standard giapponesi (abbiamo chiesto un upgrade per quella con bagno con accesso diretto alla camera, l’altra era leggermente più piccola e trovavamo molto scomodo usare la chiave per accedere al bagno sebbene fosse ad uso privato e adiacente alla stanza), belle zone comuni e a disposizione acqua, tisane, boccette rinfrescanti… non abbiamo mai mangiato perciò non posso giudicare.
Non ho dato 10 come punteggio perché è un pochino fuori mano rispetto alla zona che uno solitamente visita da turista. Diciamo che necessitava sempre di 20 min di camminata per raggiungere le zone più centrali/turistiche. E’ comunque in una bella zona residenziale con servizi e collegamenti bus e ci sono ristoranti, bar e supermercati.

Reviewed Aug 28, 20268月16日に宿泊しました。 大文字焼きを屋上から見ることができ、最高の体験でした。 朝食は最初はホテルなのにビュッフェじゃないのかと思っていたのですが、選べるサンドイッチと美味しいスープでオシャレな上、美味しく丁度いい量でした。 スタッフも親切で大文字焼きの見える方向や時間などを教えてくれて、とても助かりました。 風呂トイレ別なのもありがたかったのと、浴槽も広くて快適でした。 客層は外国人の家族連れが多かったですが、夜も静かでぐっすりと眠れました
朝食の時間が予約制なため時間を決めていかないといけないので、少し不便に感じました

Het water en thee die complimentary klaar staan in de lounge en hun huisgemaakte ‘room spray’. Het dakterras waar je aan tafels kan zitten met mooi weer. Het vriendelijke personeel is enorm behulpzaam end de gastvrijheid was voelbaar vanaf aankomst!

スタッフに飲み放題がありますのでと言われ行ってみたがお部屋にあるティーパックと同じのが置いて有りました想像していたのと違って少し残念でした。モーニングコーヒーを頂きたかったがお部屋にもコーヒーのティーパックがあったら良かった。

видимо в этом отеле переплачиваешь за общие зоны, а вот сам номер нас ужасно расстроил (соотношение цена качество настолько плохи, что я плакала после заселения от того, насколько меня это расстроило…)

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La habitación era gigante. Tenía dos futones, una mesa pequeña y otra grande (como para 4 personas), sofá… vamos, que era el más grande de todo el viaje que hicimos en Japón. El diseño del establecimiento está muy cuidado, aunque un poco más viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos. Tienen lavandería que funcionó muy bien en nuestro caso. En recepción tienen muchos amenities, agua fría, microondas y un espacio amplio para trabajar o estar. El café de la cafetería es delicioso. El baño muy grande y bien equipado.
Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fue que para ir al baño (que sigue siendo privado) tienes que salir de la habitación y tienes que estar pendiente de no olvidarte la llave de la habitación. Además, el baño no tiene llave y, en realidad (aunque no dejes cosas de valor), puede entrar cualquiera. Aun así, no fue una cosa problemática para nosotros, funcionamos bien.

Único item que poderia ser melhorado, em nossa opinião seria a questão do banheiro privativo que, por ser fora do quarto utilizado, sempre que precisássemos usar, tínhamos que levar chaves do quarto, etc.

Avevo una stanza con il bagno adiacente dove però non si può chiudere a chiave dall’esterno quindi se sei in camera chiunque può entrare nel “tuo” bagno anche se è a uso esclusivo

L’enregistrement sur les bornes à faire sois même…dommage lorsque l’on paie un certain prix et que l’on a voyagé et accumulé la fatigue on attends une prestation plus humaine en terme de formalités administratives…et d’accueil.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026hotelli on ihastuttava ja rauhoittava. Olohuone seesteinen, josta saa teetä ja yrttijuomaa. Kätevää oli myös, että vettä voi hakea huoneen jääkaappiin. Jotkut ovat pitäneet erillistä huoneen kylpytilaa/wc:tä hankalana, mutta perheenä se toimi oikein hyvin, kunhan muistettiin avain mukaan.
Aamiainen ei ollut kovin hyvä. Tähän hotelliin olisi sopinut jokin muu kuin täytetty leipä, jotka olivat vähän tylsän makuisia ja lapset eivät syöneet niitä lainkaan. Kahvi ei ollut ollenkaan omaan makuuni (hädin tuskin maistui kahvilta). Lisäksi huoneessa oli teetä tarjolla, mutta ei kahvia. Aamiaisen keitto kuitenkin plussaa ja asettelu. Lisäksi lapset saivat parina aamuna kysyttäessa croisantin / muffinssin.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026good shared areas clean environment fast check in and check out process friendly staff. Actually the staff did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I t is an experience to stay in this hotel if you are ok with below..
the breakfast actually is an option of 3 sandwiches good luck with that if you have kids. If you stay for more than 3 days we'll there is 7 eleven near by.... the room was very dark with small windows that we personally did not like (room 208) also spiders and dust behind the curtains.... sorry but I have to say it.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026El diseño del hotel, la sala de descanso solo para huéspedes con bebidas gratuitas, el rooftop terrace, el desayuno, la amabilidad del personal. Nos organizaron el envío de las maletas a otro hotel, solo tuvimos que indicar el nombre y la dirección del hotel adonde queríamos enviarlas.
Que la noche anterior tienes que decidir la hora a la que quieres desayunar y QUÉ quieres desayunar.

조식이 매일 같은 샌드위치여서 좀 아쉬웠다. 하지만 건강한 맛이어서 좋을듯 하다. 방으로 들어오는 나무 미닫이 문은 잠금장치가 없다. 그래서 안전에 조금 걱정이 되었다.

_ Le petit déjeuner ne change pas, les 3 mêmes sandwichs sont proposés tous les jours, il faudrait proposer plus de choix. _ Le rooftop devrait être mieux aménagé, plus de lumière, des guirlandes, un haut parleur avec la même musique qu'à l'accueil rendrait l'ensemble plus chaleureux, plus vivant. On y a dîné un soir, presque dans le noir.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026청결함과 뛰어난 어메니티 퀄리티, 직원분들의 친절함 모두 아주 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 베딩 퀄리티가 아주 좋았습니다. 피곤한 여행에 좋은 쉼이 되었습니다. 룸 사이즈는 다소 작았지만, 도쿄에서 이 정도면 나름 크다고 생각해요. 캐리어 보관할 수 있는 수납 공간도 따로 있었고, 화장실도 꽤 커서 아주 편했습니다. 인테리어 자재도 물론 조명 및 소품 스타일링도 잘 해놓은 것 같아요.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Atmosphere was pleasant, serene. Service attentive. Although some people in google where blaming about the separate toilet (outside room), we found it excellent and practical. Lobby was beautiful.
No real windows. Breakfast sandwiches were not our taste, although beautifully set and soup wa ok. Something else than sandwich would suit better to the hotel image. Nicely, children got croissants/muffins after the first morning when we asked as they did not eat the sandwiches at all.

Estuvimos en una habitación superior de estilo japonés muy amplia y preciosa. Todo limpio. Dispone de agua, té para tomar libremente. Buena ubicación, está a 25 minutos andando del centro y con boca de metro y bus al lado. Se pueden dejar las maletas.
Nos pareció excesivo fue el precio del desayuno. 5000 yenes dos personas.
