Located in a beautiful quiet area. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Gorgeous traditional building, lovely corner front facing room with two windows, central location.

Lack of cleanliness in places eg top of radiator, no tissues.

The noise from the bingo downstairs but it stopped at an appropriate enough time where I was still able to sleep peacefully for a work event.

Used Ravenswood before for accommodation and is a great place to stay - especially if you've been at a function there.

Was disappointed you don't do breakfasts. We were at a 90th party and the meal served had no fault was excellent.

Friendly staff, good food selection, fabulous terrace with great views when the weather is kind.

Shame breakfast is not available but plenty of places in Banchory within walking distance.

Good location and quieter than I expected given it was World Cup final weekend. Good sized room with tea & coffee facilities. Large car park

Staff were great. Good size bedroom with front facing view. Bedroom and en suite clean and well presented. Food looked good although we were meeting family elsewhere that evening and didnt actually eat there. Drinks very reasonably priced.

Nothing. And if visiting our family in Banchory again it will defo be where we stay. Having breakfast as an option would have been great. But if they dont have the guests for it then you cant expect it to be put on. There are options locally for breakfast a 5 min walk away. Wouldnt stop us re-booking.

La mancanza di disponibilità della colazione e in generale di qualunque pasto, anche al sacco. Ci è stato suggerito di utilizzare il delivery e lo abbiamo trovato un po' deludente, essendo arrivati dopo le 19. Abbiamo risolto guidando 15 minuti fino a Tesco per prendere qualcosa per la cena, la colazione e il pranzo al sacco del giorno dopo.

Good central location in Banchory. Good restaurant food reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Welcoming staff who went out of the way to show us our room. Good value for the money and decent hand pull in the bar.

Sliding bathroom door runner was very sticky and was difficult to open from the bathroom side in particular.

They have stopped serving breakfast. Which is a great pity. Probably won't use for my regular trips to banchory in future because of this.

la qualité de l'accueil : une personne toujours différente devant le bar d'un club et qui a peu d'intéret pour la location accueil très neutre sans contact positif j'ai payé cet hotel avant de parir de france et cela devait etre débité 2 jours avant mon arrivé il semble que cet etablssement se plaigne de non paiement je demande à booking de reègler ce problème : j'ai dejà joint le service client , sans effet

Was close to Banchory park where I was doing the aberdeen kiltwalk so was beneficial for that purpose.

The room was very dated and in need of an upgrade or refurbishment. Bed and pillows where very hard. 1 of the towels where dirty with stains. The receptionist was absolutly fantastic and made me feel welcomed. Paid £80 for the night with no breakfast as they are in need of funding for upgrading or refurbishment. I would say this is a £40-£50 hotel room per night. All in all I would give this hotel a 7/10.

Friendly busy social hub for the town, good prices for food and drink, varied menu. Ample car park, and sizable room with desk for working, good shower. There had been torrential rain in the afternoon and floods throughout the town, the kitchen and some staff quarters were flooded, but the kitchen still manage to provide some soup and sandwiches at night for supper, full menu was back on the next night.

There was a bit of noise from a zoomba or line dancing class going on downstairs, but no big issue and it stopped at 9pm.

Gute Lage, überaus freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber.

Fabulous location. Clean, comfortable and staff were wonderful. Food was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I cannot say good enough things about this hotel.

Staff were very welcoming. Although the room wasn't very modern it was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking outside. Convenient for the town. There was music playing downstairs on the Thursday evening which was audible but enjoyed the Scottish jigs. a bit noisy on the other nights but had expected this as rooms are over the bar etc so it wasn't an issue. No breakfast available but had access to a fridge on the landing for milk, food etc

Both evening meal and cooked breakfast were very good. I felt I had excellent value for money and the location suits perfectly for my work

We were in room 20 and because the weather was so warm we would like to open the windows but the noise of the fan was loud and on all the time we had to keep the window closed.Last year was cooler so it wasn't a problem ,windows closed.
