The security guard was also so friendly and helpful with the checking process.. The host was also available after checking hours which made the whole trip such a memorable one... The kids love the rooms and facilities especially the mini outdoor gym..

Reviewed Jun 23, 2024First & foremost, the host is very responsive and polite. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were a group of 8 elder ladies who were staying overnight after an event nearby. The place, within a gated & guarded area, made us feel safe and secured. The home was very clean, the rooms & beds were comfortable, and.one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed in. Truly, you can't get better than this for the value!

There was some difficulty from the Grab app to book cars since there isn't an exact pin location but if you drive your own vehicle you won't be affected.

Porch was dirty. Could have done with a wash. The errection of tents during our visit was an unwelcomed surprise to us . Backing the car out was not easy and we found driving into the porch a bit tricky, trying not to hit the tent supports. The shower in the main bedroom, en-suite was only a trickle in spite of switching on the pump. Returning the gated entrance card key proved to be a problem as the guard was absent from his post. We were forced to leave it with a resident who kindly agreed to give it the guard whenever he returned. Delayed us on our return journey.

Need some upgrades to facilitate old people like my elderly mum who had to stay in the downstairs room but the bathroom has only a squatting type toilet which is really unsuitable for her..maybe changing to the sitting type will be a another great addition to this beautiful homestay
