I had a wonderful stay for 6 days. It exceeded my expectations as regards the location. 2 minutes walk from taksim square. Very cozy rooms. Special thanks to Mohamed and abdelsalam, their manners and behaviors are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. They were more than brothers to us during our stay.

Great value in a perfect location I stayed 7 nights as a solo female traveler and had a great experience. The location is the hotel’s biggest strength — 4 minutes to Istiklal Street and 8 minutes to Taksim Square, with bars, jazz clubs and restaurants literally around the corner, yet the street itself is quiet at night. Rooms are clean and modern, the staff is friendly and helpful — they even allowed me a late check-out on my departure day, which I really appreciated. The neighborhood borders Tarlabaşı, so at night it’s best to walk via Istiklal and the main streets — standard city common sense. As a solo woman I felt safe throughout my stay.

It is a small hotel, well located and the staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable.

We were a group of six persons n we're all so very impressed by the amazing staff at the hotel, especially Moath n Abdullah. They were always there to help n guide us whenever we needed some help. We couldn't see Moath when we checked out, but he still called us while we were on our way to the airport , to wish us all the best. Abdullah even took time out from his job to show us where to get better deals while shopping. As for the hotel, well it's a small place but perfectly situated. Everything that one needs is literally right at your doorstep. Taqsim Square is only a few metres walk from the hotel. Buses, Metro, Taxi, restaurants, grocery stores n even the Hava airport bus are all under ten minutes walk from the hotel.

Like everything else in life, this hotel also comes with some imperfections. The thing that occasionally disturbed us was the night club near the hotel. They played music all night long n it was loud enough to keep a bad sleeper up at night, but we personally were able to sleep through the night.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and well organized, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is excellent, with many of Istanbul's main tourist attractions within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. I also really enjoyed the breakfast it was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, and I have no complaints about my stay.

we went this hotel after our long night bus travel 9am , Robin hotel offered us 10am checkin (actual our checkin time is 2pm) , it will very useful us to take rest . Thanks for the property persons very kind .

The place is great for the price. It’s right in the city center, once you step out of the hotel, everything you need is happening just in the next street. All kinds of public transport are nearby too, so you can easily get anywhere. The hotel has a small, family-style vibe, which we really liked. And a special shoutout to Mami at reception: he’s amazing. He answers all your questions, always checks if you need anything, recommends places to visit, and is just genuinely kind and helpful. Definitely recommended!

I booked at the Robin Hotel for 8 nights. Upon arrival I was met by a very friendly and professional person, Mohammed. I had booked a Deluxe room with a balcony, but prior to arriving was sent a message asking if I wanted a smoking room. Since I didn’t, in fact, want a smoking room I replied no. But I assumed of course, I’d still be smoking on the balcony that I had paid for. However, when I checked in they were under the impression that I didn’t want the room with a balcony that I had booked and paid for, which unfortunately was no longer available. It was misleading, confusing, and very frustrating. Also, I’d just traveled over 24 hours via Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, and was coming to Turkey as to escape the current war with Iran. Due to my distress about this, the person working (very helpful and professional) suggested they could put me up in another sister property (La Vitrene) which was a short walk away and had a balcony (which I had booked at Robin Hotel). So, we went there and he kindly carried my bags up 2 floors (no elevator). The rest of my stay was nice, quiet, and I felt safe. The owner also reached out and was quick to fix the WiFi issues I had, as I was there for remote work, and not purely tourism. It was overall a good visit, and I’m thankful for my time in Istanbul. However, there were in fact multiple issues that arose. I’m sure I overpaid, but it’s ok since I felt safe where I eventually stayed. Was it the Robin Hotel in Istanbul that I booked for? No. Did they put me up in another adequate and nice property? Yes. Should this issue have happened at all? No. Do I feel like I overpaid for what I received? Yes. I really took my time in leaving this review, as the owner was so kind. He also graciously took me out to dinner, which was so lovely and wonderful. However, the problem came from their end, and even though it was remedied, I still did not, in fact, stay in the Robin Hotel that I paid for. They were gracious, friendly, and professional though.

The location was perfect — convenient and close to center, Taxsim Square, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality of the amenities to the overall atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul!

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και οι 2 κύριοι στην ρεσεψιόν απόλυτα εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοι. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει να κάνουμε όλες στην Παρέα στον Μο.

Hôtel avec un emplacement exceptionnel, récemment rénové donc niveau propreté et équipement parfait et la propreté était mon critère numéro 1 donc agréablement surprise et cerise sur le gâteau le personnel était au petit soin très aimable et serviable et nous ont procuré le transfert de et vers l’aéroport avec un bon prix et une ponctualité parfaite. On les remercie pour cette bonne expérience

Я думаю вам надо улучшить туалет, точнее функционалность унитаза. Потому что в востоке так не приемлено, надо возле унитаза поставить ручной шланг, для мытья.

It was clean, worth of money and close to stations and many attractions. Receptionist was helpful and also the little guy, the son of the owner was very helpful too as he help me arrange a taxi, helped me to weigh my bags by providing scale.

Some information on booking.com is wrong. Room are clean but the room service personnelnot properly check everything fine. 1 st two day i havenot get any showers gel and shampoo. I informed to reception but I have not received. Room doors are not soundproof. I heard outside noises. I always pass the reception and its always filled with someone it's make bit less private. This is only good for fewdays stay.

Staff were very polite and helpful

Noise from the nightclub nearby was quite loud til 4am

Un excellent hôtel, très propre, avec un réceptionniste nommé Mouad qui est extrêmement serviable. Il agit également comme guide, vous indiquant où manger proprement et à petit prix, ainsi que les lieux à visiter. L’hôtel est calme, impeccable, et offre un confort de sommeil remarquable. Vous y trouverez tous les équipements nécessaires, et du thé gratuit est disponible dans la chambre. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de Taksim : tout est à proximité, même l’accès à l’aéroport.
