The property was clean, air conditioning home environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return when n in area.

The place was nice, well spaced and comfortable.

The ad states the property has *private* parking when it has sidewalk parking in front of the location. This is *not* private parking which was a main feature we were looking for when booking.

We loved the security of the property and the strategic location with easy access to mayor highways. The host and property care taker were super friendly, accommodating, easy to reach and quick to answer any questions that came up. The apartment 1 was basic but fine for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette had all the basics, and the Livingroom area had a good sofa and nice smart TV plus a great air conditioner. The room had two beds and the king bed was very comfortable, plus another smart TV and a great AC that make the stay super comfortable. The bathroom was ok, and with an in line water heater, there was no lack of hot water. Street parking right in front of the property was convenient.

Nothing, but a dish drying rack could be of benefit.

Die Entfernung vom Flughafen war gut, auch die Entfernung zur Innenstadt / Stadtzentrum. Die Ortsübliche Umgebung interessant.

Leider hatte das Apartment keine Fenster sondern war eher ein Teil einer Garage. Die Anfahrt war nicht einfach für Ortsfremde wegen nicht klaren Ortsangabe. Google Map zeigte einen anderen Ort an. Leider fehlte auch eine Gebrauchsanleitung für den Herd / Fernseher.

Location and size. Very fast answers and communication from the host.

There is no natural light at all. We can hear some noise from activities located on the garage on the other side of the wall. The payment of the stay was difficult as it is only PayPal or cash, I would have appreciated to know it ahead of the day of the stay.

Love everything clean very nice

The apt was brautiful, comfortable and clean. The location was great, beach chairs, umbrella even snorkleing gadgets. Would LOVE to rent again in the future.

There is a business next door that started work relatively early in the morning around 9 am that did make a lot of noise

Unsafe neighborhood, no where to walk to safely. I tripped on loose green rug outside and bruised my leg. Left after one night with no refund

The host was available to meet us and assisted in accessing the apartment. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen, and sitting area were well furnished. With convenience appliances: air fryer, microwave, and expresso maker and coffee maker.

The bathroom did not match the rest of the apartment. The shower was unappealing and the bathroom didn't seem quite finished. The water in the bathroom did not get hot.

The mattresses were hard, not enough pillows. Parking is outside on the side of the street in front of the property. The plugs beside the beds did not work.

She was great. We arrived late and last minute. She accommodated is very well considering how late it was. She stayed in communication with me the whole time. It was great for s quick stay

Close to airport. Apartment was mostly clean.

Had issues getting keys upon arrival. The room we received was like a hole. Very dark with the only window in the door (which was blacked out), all other windows blocked. This room borders a wall where they work and do laundry on the other side. Was very loud when trying to sleep late at night. Host didn't know how to use PayPal and had to pay with cash. No hot water.

Place was convenient, clean and comfortable. Comunication was great, fast and informative response. Will definitely recommend.

Just what you need when visiting PR. If you don't care about hotels or fancy hotels and just need a clean spot to lay your head at night with a nice bed, AC, tv youre goo.

The taxi driver had a hard time finding the place as the address giving to me wasn't quite right. Also, the person there had to give me a different code for the door than the one I received in the email.

Security key pad at gate entrance and in each apartment entrance. Great location. The apartments were spacious and had new bed sheets and towels.

From apartment 1, we could hear everything that was happening/conversations in the garage. From apartment 2, we could hear the hosts conversation. The cleaning needed more attention, especially the sofas in both apartments.

Everything! The property has nice features and decor. We liked having our own beds (one full size and one Queen size) and the separate living/dining area. We felt safe and secure. The location is ideal as it was a short distance from airport, from restaurants, and shopping. Street Parking was plentiful in front of the property. All amenities listed were provided for the time we were there.

Not as clean as I expected to be and you can hear noise from the conversation rooms.

this is real clean apartment restrooms , big beds confortable the people that take care that honest, serviciar humble people i recomended anytime the best
