Found cockroachs in the kettle shower half worked

The Location was excellent!

it needs cleaning, so many small cockroaches especially in the comfort room.

Toilet leaking and shower was dirty .smells bad Tv remote didn’t work Roaches in cupboards and on floor

Si vous n avez pas peur des insectes, l hotel est vraiment convenable.

Quelques cafard mais rien d incroyable pour un grand hotel dans une capital.

La propreté de l’appartement est à revoir Nous avons dû tuer 6/7 blattes avant de dormir puis nous nous sommes résignés à devoir dormir avec.. Il y avait une touffe de cheveux dans le lit La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas vraiment puis elle s’est mise à faire beaucoup de bruit

The location worked well and it was relatively cheap.

Had a fairly bad cockroach problem. The room and the building were a little run down compared to the photos.

Would've like to see some coffee teabags and milk so could make a coffee in morning. Other than that the poor drainage in bathroom would be only complaint

It's a nice studio big bed staff helped with issue i had, and great to have a swimmimg pool on the 5th floor

The apartment has lots of packets of open food attracting insects. On opening cupboards I'd normally find beatles. It made me not want to use any cooking facilities. There were lots of black hairs in the apartment. Even on the walls. Needs a proper clean.

Staff was accommodating and the communication was outstanding. Got everything i wanted.

The shower and the bidet need to be fixed. Other than that it was all good.

Very accommodating even at the most inconvenient circumstances and I like that they have cleaning materials inside the room, as a clean freak it is essential during my stay.

The property is in need of refurbishment Cleanliness wasn’t a strong point, especially in the bathroom The air conditioning is old and very loud, and continues to tick and make noise even when turned off or unplugged, we couldn’t sleep.

It was a studio apartment, walking distance to laundry, church and supermarket. Fridge, microwave, Youtube on TV.

BUILDING has a cockroach problem. I killed 18 in my three day stay, nothing bigger than 1cm. Most around 2mm. A few ants as well. There was a sign in the elevator explaining the building was 'fumigating.' Our water and power was turned off for a few hours while we werent at home. My lady who speaks the local dialect called the Super and it was reinstated. The Manager of the suite, Charmaine called us two hours later, very apologetic, but Emz, her caretaker NEVER returned our call. Also, the shower curtain rod was too high and painted on so the complete floor of bathroom got wet during a shower-but a squeegee was provided.

I like that it has guards and I have nothing to complain about

Close to malls and stores

Excellent value for money accomodation in a good place for restaurants, shops and bars. Security always helpful at reception. Also was met at property on arrival as requested even though it was quite late. All in all very good and may stop again here.

Property is clean, center and accessible. I highly recommend from other traveler to stay at STUDIO ANNA

this is a small studio but is comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well. bed was comfortable.

was not overly clean. there were food items still in the fridge. the kitchen is small and basic. needs better pots. shower head needs cleaning.

Very friendly perdonal and owner. When we had problems with the key opening the door, very quick they came to help us. Nice comfortable room.

All in all not much.

Clean and tidy

The location is superb! It is super easy access to the taxi, and the unit's wifi is extremely fast!

Room was clean and nice decorated. Very nice location too.

We could not take a proper shower as the shower was broken and the pressure was really bad. Also we did not manage to get hot water. Apart from this we tried to use the kitchen but the pans continuously was taking out lot of smoke so the meat we were trying to cook get ruined. I would suggest them to fix the shower and get some new pans.

The room felt cosy and modern.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the property could’ve included a towel. Bedding would’ve been nicer as just plain white like in the pictures.

Communication was pretty weird. For check in/out you have to message them so they come pick you up. Its an apartment in a huge building. Pool was not operational

I had a fantastic experience staying at the studio condo unit. The unit was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing me to easily prepare my meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The building amenities, including the swimming pool, were also a great bonus. Overall, this studio condo provided an excellent value for the price.
