Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage und hat alles was wir brauchen.

Lobby looks nice, and the room is clean. Location is good for the long-term stay. Wash & dry service is nearby. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Hot shower did not work, just as other guests had mentioned. I noticed it at almost midnight and I gave up washing my hair as I did not want to catch cold with a cold shower. Bed does not have a comforter, and you need to cover yourself with sheets. This was especially tough after having a cold shower. Motorcycles were noisy until midnight and dogs were barking until 3:00 a.m. I recommend bringing earplugs, if staying here.

Clean and nice standard room. Comfortable bed and good AC. Everything required. Clean bathroom.

Nothing much. Not very central location if that's important, but close enough by taxi.

Breakfast was superb. Location is perfect.

Room was a bit dark even with all the lights on. Towel for feet will always be wet due to the water from the shower, esp if the water was strong, the water will not drain quickly enough and would end up making the towel wet. The blanket was too thin while the pillows were too thick and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Good location, staff were fantastic and very polite and helpful….good WiFi as well..!

We stayed here for one night after a flight, arriving very tired and expecting to rest immediately, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Our first room was not prepared—there was dirty toilet paper and the bedding looked used. We were moved to another room, where we immediately saw a cockroach, so we had to change rooms again. Then the key card didn’t work, and overall we spent about an hour going from floor to floor with our luggage, exhausted and in hot corridors. There was also no drinking water in the room, only an empty jug. We were told water should be available on each floor, but there was none on ours, so we had to search other floors. Most disappointing, no apology was given at check-out. If you want a smooth and comfortable stay, I would recommend choosing another place.

La chambre est propre, et le lit est confortable.

Mauvaise isolation, on entend les travaux à l'extérieur. Lavabo qui fuit. Un peu cher pour la qualité je trouve. Et une caution est demandé, je n’ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel.

Faucet and lavatory were not fit. I need to ask for an extra towel to stop the water from running outside the lavatory when washing my face or hands.

Breakfast buffet was great, Staff awesome Rooms were nice

Friendly helpful staff. Just off the main area so not too noisy. For the money the room was a good size. The lift was quick and great internet.

The hallways echo very badly making the rooms appear not very soundproof. Some of the staff in the restaurant seemed to be in training so muddled up the order, but no real issues

The pillows were a bit too hard in the first room I had and the faucet doesn’t sit well over the hand basin so you tend to make a bit of a mess when you wash your hands

Room was clean and comfy, particularly just for 1 night. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Das Frühstück war eher spatanisch Um das Frühstück up zu graten war das personal nicht flexible und könnte es nicht verrechnen

Es gab einen kostenlosen Wasserspender auf jeder Etage. Das Hotel lag zentral und war fußläufig zu den Malls.

Der Wasserhahnkopf war locker und das Waschbeck en hat getropft. Es gab keinen Fön.

スタッフ皆さん対応が良かったです。設備の不備ついてもすぐに見に来てくれました。備品が欲しい時もすぐに対応してくれてサービスはとても良かったと思います。 カフェでのスタッフの対応も良く、一度だけパンケーキとジュースを頼みましたが、とてもおいしかったです。セブに行ったらもう一度食べたいと思いました。

シャワーの水圧が弱く、お湯の温度も満足ではなった事。国が違うのでその国のスタンダードが違うのだと思います。

The night receptionist girl was very attentive and brought us a blanket to the room when requested. Very friendly.

The room is very small and the distribution makes it feel like there's wasted space. Most of the staff is very neutral, not a single smile did we get from them.

Muito pouca coisa, na verdade… o quarto estava limpo!

Várias coisas: - Não fazem troca de toalhas, não fazem a cama, nem a limpeza em nenhum dia da eatadia. So pedindo e por favor… - a simpatia das rececionistas deixa muito a desejar - a disponibilidade, simpatia e profissionalismo das pessoas que estão no restaurante é muito fraca, muito mesmo. - o pequeno almoço é médio/fraco e não tem tudo disponível conforme mostra na lista, por exemplo, sumos naturais… nunca tem fruta suficiente para fazer um sumo.

The place is quiet and very accessible to places we planned to visit.

Clean and near mactan airport. They have complimentary water along the elevator.

They dont have a place where you can buy and eat outside food.

The staff was amazing, the convenience of the restaurant, everything was very clean.

A bit of noise in the morning, but I guess it’s like that everywhere. The blinds could be a bit more dark for my liking.

Everything about this hotel was superb. The rooms were immaculate and well furnished with everything you might need. TV, coffee, kettle, fridge etc. Perfectly located but tucked away in a quiet street. Easy to get taxis and grab to/from and the girls on the reception desk are super helpful as well. Highly recommended.

El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. Nos reservaron el taxi para salir temprano por la mañana. Nos guardaron el equipaje unos días mientras íbamos a visitar alguna isla, teniendo reserva con ellos posteriormente a la vuelta, sin ningún coste adicional. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias.

The location was good. There is also a 24hr service and elevator.

There’s no hot water and the pillows are uncomfortable that it gave us neck pain. Also, there were some staff that were very nice and helpful but there are some that were weren’t.

Clean, great room, comfuly bed, good shower and hot water, the cafe in the hotel is nice.

The location is not optimal, a bit far from the central areas.
