Location location ! Perfect location for checking out Haarlem . Liked the small boutique feel. Clean comfy modern room. Rooms cleaned immaculately daily with fresh linens, coffee. Even tho it is located in heart of town , and we stayed Thursday-Monday….the weekend was not noisy…which surprised me a bit . Would stay again and recommend.

I would say nothing . Just be prepared for all the stairs. It was quite warm when we stayed so perhaps I would have liked a small fan.

Beds are HORRIBLE! I wasn’t able to rest :( I’m 165cm/60kg and i barely fit into the mattress, it also felt like inflatable bed,so bouncy.

Heerlijke locatie om midden in de stad te slapen, ook een heerlijk bed en mooie moderne kamer.

The stairs were quite difficult to climb and I would have liked to know this beforehand. There was also nowhere to store luggage before check in.

Very modern accomodation, very stylish. Everything we needed was there. Check in and digital keys were easy and perfectly working. Located directly in Haarlem.

The drains smelled a little, and it was very noisy at night; the walls were thin.

Great location, very nice room and bathroom. Also quiet although being in the city center. Staff was easy to communicate with.

Twin room beds are really on the small side but comfortabel.

It’s impossible to beat the location of this hotel. The rooms are on the small side but very clean.

Beware that the stairs up to the room are very steep. It’s my fault for not reading the description but I found the lack of staff on property, when you arrive super jet lagged is not practical and the keyless room with a phone after a 24 hours traveling when phone is almost dead is stressful.

Todo nuevo, limpio y muy bien ubicado. El cuarto de baño cuenta con una ducha magnífica. La habitación es suficientemente espaciosa y las camas son muy cómodas. Buena climatización de la habitación en verano. Para repetir siempre que vuelva a Haarlem.

El acceso a la habitación es mediante unas escaleras muy empinadas. No recomendable para personas mayores o que tengan dificultades para hacer pequeños esfuerzos intensos. El resto es maravilloso.

La habitación está bien. Amplia y las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación está genial.

Lástima que el aire acondicionado no nos funcionó del todo bien en plan ola de calor… y el check in demasiado tarde

airco was locked en kon niet lager dan 19c wat die ook niet haalde. Het was buiten ongelofelijk warm dat hielp ook niet. Echter een goede airco kan het gewoon koud maken.

Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt und geschmackvolle Einrichtung! Trotz Zimmer zur Straße ist es ruhig, die Betten sind schmal, aber sehr bequem. Für einen kürzeren und längeren Aufenthalt ein tolles Hotelzimmer mit allem, was man braucht.

Ein bisschen störend sind die auseinander rutschenden Matratzen und die doch sehr laute Klimaanlage. Die Klimaanlage war jedoch bei der Hitze eine sehr große Erleichterung!

Very private and uncomplicated stay in sleepy Haarlem. Perfect for a daytrip to Amsterdam or the sea.

Muy linda habitación. La vista era linda, las almohadas eran cómodas y estaba todo limpio. El baño era espacioso.

No me gustó tanto que la ducha no tuviera puerta, quedaba todo mojado y no se secaba tan rápido.

Location was awesome. Nice, decent sized room. Bathroom was new and very spacious.

Single bed mattresses seemed bigger than the bases - felt like you were going to roll off the bed. Not very comfortable. Towels felt thin.and worn. Newer towels would have been nice.

The stairs were very steep and narrow but we got used to them. The two single mattresses kept sliding off the base. Wasn't really a twin bed arrangement

Bien situé au coeur de Haarlem, cette établissement est l’option parfaite pour dormir hors Amsterdam sans être trop loin (15 minutes en train de la gare central d’Amsterdam). Chambre avec tout le nécessaire. Check inn et gestion des clés pour les gens qui n’ont pas peur des technologies mais très efficace.

Noisy air con Soft beds

The location in Harleem was central and nice and quiet at night. Good air conditioning/ heating, mini fridge. Very clean and tidied and cleaned each day. Large bathroom.

The bed seemed comfortable but was very soft and woke up with a stiff back each morning (though my companion did not so just a personal dislike) The bathroom smelt a bit musty though it was perfectly clean and the shower was good. There is a lack of a place for doing hair/makeup and poor lighting for those tasks, nothing a mirror with lights at the desk wouldn't solve. There was also no dressing mirror or hangers for trousers. Would have liked some instructions for the coffee machine too! We could not get in on our first return to the hotel so needed to call the company up they were very helpful but could not solve the issue, in the end I turned off wifi on my phone and was then able to access the front door. We were on the top floor (lots of steep stairs but we knew that in advance) but means missing out on the lovely tall windows on the lower floors.

The property was very convenient to the train and bus stations and right in the heart of the city.

The refrigerator did not work and the bed wasn't that comfortable (too squishy).

Very smooth process despite it being contactless as there is no front desk. Location was central Haarlem so little shops and cafes nearby.

Posizione facilmente accessibile. Quartiere centrale (ad Haarlem) ben collegato ad amsterdamo con treni veloci e frequenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimi servizi di ristorazione nelle vicinanze. Self check-in assistito. Stanza pulita e confortevole con grande bagno, tv, frigo (vuoto). Macchina del caffè/ bollitore in camera.

Mancanza di ascensore. Avrei gradito una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo.

I requested a twin room. We ended up with a double bed. Luckily we were good friends! More light needed in the bathroom. Bathroom sink requires soup!

City center en dus prima locatie als je daar van houdt. Dat hoor je wel een beetje en weinig privacy met de gordijnen open. Verder prima, lekkere koffie, fijne douche, schoon, relaxt om zelf in te checken.

I liked the central location, that the building and room had interesting character. My top-floor room had large roof beams and gable windows. I also greatly appreciated that staff were quickly reachable by email, which I did need to do on at least one occasion (remember the check-out time, was one hour earlier than I expected!). Bathroom was well appointed, and everything in the room was neat, tidy, clean, and spotless. Can highly recommend a stay here.

De ligging was perfect en de kamer heel mooi en schoon.

Liever een groot matras in plaats van twee losse….

Geen ontbijt mogelijk in het hotel, wel veel leuke zaken in de buurt. Douche werd vaak koud en geen receptie om na aan door te geven. Ook deed onze deur het niet met inchecken of naar binnen gaan.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Self-check-in, 3 Tage lang niemand gesehen im Haus.

Licht: kein Nachtlicht am Bett, Deckenlicht lässt sich nur am Eingang bedienen. Wasserleitung sehr laut: man hört die Nachbarn duschen

Het was een mooie en schone kamer, midden in de stad. Je kan alles lopend doen.

Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist super. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich.

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass es keine Plastikbecher gibt, sondern Tassen für den Tee / Kaffee.

Locatie is perfect, kamer en badkamer zijn heerlijk.

We hadden twee aparte bedden geboekt. Die waren er ook wel, maar er lag een tweepersoons hoeslaken op, waardoor het een tweepersoonsbed leek. Twee aparte hoeslakens zou fijner zijn geweest.

Prima locatie in het centrum, neutraal ingerichte kamer, fijne bedden en goed werkend sleutelsysteem via je telefoon.

Veel trappen omhoog, we zaten helemaal bovenin. Wel wat omgevingsgeluid, het is midden in het centrum. Allemaal niet te storend naar onze mening, maar wel goed om je bewust van te zijn.
