Lakefront Luxury Penthouse central Queenstown

The property was located a 5 minute walk to town. The location was perfect and the view everyday was spectacular. The apartment was very clean and had everything in it that we required. The heating was very good, beds were comfortable and linen was fresh. The owner communicated well both before , during and at the end of our stay. I really cannot fault the stay. Would definately stay there again.

Wonderful location and views for days. Easy walk into town. Car park was really handy although it’s a tight space, definitely wouldn’t want anything over a mid size car (we had a rav 4). Huge kitchen with pretty much anything you could need. Bed in main bedroom was comfy (we did not use the second bedroom). Owner was responsive and helpful with a small tv issue.

Unit is getting a bit tired. The curtains were half off their runners in the main bedroom, a lot of the hooks were broken so we fixed it as best we could. Couch felt like it was on its last legs. No aircon so we relied on the wall heaters, which admittedly did a decent job. Cleaners did an average job, found long dark hairs on the bedding and in the bathrooms. I guess I just had higher expectations for the price.

Great location with great amenities. More importantly, staff and hosts were super accomodating and made our holiday as brilliant as possible. Not only would we recommend it, but we’ll be back !

The location is superb. A lovely 10 min walk into the heart of Queenstown where you will find shops, cafes and restaurants

The body washes in both bathrooms were nearly empty but when we contacted Craig he was right on it and we had refills the following morning.

Totally luxurious, panoramic views, proximity to Queenstown CBD an easy stroll, dedicated car parking space. Beautiful clean apartment, well appointed and warm for those cooler nights. Beds were extremely comfortable. Craig's communication was timely and efficient. We'd certainly return and highly recommend this apartment.

A minor matter with the pump soap & shampoo containers that didn't work (either they were empty or the container pump may have been broken).

The size of the apartment was exceptional. The view, you simply couldn’t get better. 7 minutes walk from the main town, so quiet yet very convenient. Free parking. All facilities you need for a short or long term stay. Genuinely highly rate this apartment snd the owners were very welcoming.

I won’t say didn’t like but it’s just starting to get a little dated in a few areas. But that’s a minor niggle. Didn’t change or stay. A small face lift wouldn’t do it any harm.

The views were outstanding, we had great weather. The location fantastic, so easy to walk into main town centre. All the amenities provided, especially in the kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook meals, oil, herb/spices, etc which is always a nice touch when travelling. The owners were especially responsive to any issues we had and we thank them for looking after and welcoming us to their property. Loved the undercover parking and lift.

A minor thing.....maybe a clothes airer, as we didn't use the dryer, but that's just us.

The location and the view were exceptional. The couch in the living room was so comfortable to relax at night. The elevator was a big plus.

The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable for us. Feel like an old mattress… Some TLC and adjustments are required in this condo. The way it is actually it is not a 4* in our opinion.

The house is very pretty, nice kitchen, big living room and stunning lake views from the balcony. Balcony is very large with many seating areas and tables. Short walk to main city centre and overall very comfortable living space.

The view is AMAZING and the location can’t be beat. Everything we needed and more! Such a comfortable place to arrive after a 32 hour journey! Great communication.

Location was fantastic a perfect view without having to walk down the hill to go to the restaurants and back up again. Huge balcony. We had overcast days which made the view change ever few minutes large living areas with comfortable beds. Everything you need they had. I could just have stayed sitting on the balcony with a drink and some food and not moved for the five days we stayed.

Driveway was a bit steep to walk up but very short. Could be a problem for people with a handicap. When leaving on the last day don’t look back at the view as you will go back and take more photos.

For this holiday, we wanted to have a relaxing yet enjoyable and fun-filled activities in Queenstown. At the same time, we also aimed to have some downtime in between activities hence I chose a roomy accommodation during these times. Lakefront penthouse had by far fulfilled our expectations, from the amazing location (short walk to town, lakeside/beach, bus pickup for Milford Sound Cruise) with uninterrupted views of the lake and the mountains, well equipped facilities and accommodating host. We are definitely going back to this beautiful place, and will always love to stay again here =)

It was a beautiful property in a perfect location for holiday in Queenstown, short distance to the heart of town with an undercover carpark which is great for us with our rental car. Thanks to Mae for her hospitality and informative suggestions during our stay.

The view took our breath away! As soon as we arrived we were blown away by the view of the mountains. The penthouse was clean, warm and cozy and felt safe. Loved the lounge. We could all sit and relax after an energy packed day. So close to town so we could walk in everyday. The walk was flat too which was great. Mae and Ron were very accommodating and quick response times when we asked questions. They made our trip feel safe and smooth.Totally recommend!

I think the property needs a few cosmetic changes to keep up with the current trends of other apartments. A repaint to current colors. (Light color tones) And new carpets and new artwork. Very minor. New lounge. And maybe a bbq on the deck.

Excellent location and all the amenities in the apartment were perfect. The manager was constantly in touch with us on WhatsApp. All the restaurants and stores were at walking distance.

The parking was a bit tight

Beautiful views from every windows and front patio. So close to town, easy walking to shops, restaurants and gondola.

The location is incredible, offering stunning views of the lake and just a short stroll into town. Although we encountered a minor problem upon arriving at the apartment, the host was highly responsive and addressed the issue promptly. As a gesture of goodwill, we were provided with an additional cleaning service, which was greatly appreciated.

Property was clean, easy to access, well stocked and the views were amazing. The host is extremely helpful, fast to respond and very nice.

If I had to pick something, I would say the carpet is a bit worn down and could use replaced but overall it is a great place and we would stay there again.

Location is everything in Queenstown and this fabulous apartment didn’t disappoint. The balcony is so lovely and the view was breathtaking. Fully equipped large kitchen and full size washing machine and dryer. We were a family of two adults and a 17yr old and this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment had more than everything we hoped for. Surround sound television and free fast speed WiFi as well as a lovely big lounge to relax on in this generous sized well maintained luxury apartment. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and fabulous with communication giving us lots of little tips and advice for our holiday.

The location was amazing and also the apartment was so comfortable, it felt like you were at home. The beds were super comfortable as was the living area, and the kitchen, dining and the outdoor area had everything you needed. The view was absolutely spectacular. Awesome place to stay for your Queenstown holiday! (would be a challenge to find any better self-contained accommodation close to town). Mae, Ron and James are very engaging, helpful and friendly hosts, and are always responsive to your asks. I would stay at this property again. Location is 10-15mins easy walk on the flat to the centre of town, so to Fergburger, Shotover Street and the wharf area (no hills either way). Apartment is roomy and fitted out as described/ expected + plenty of consumables (e.g. quality body wash, shampoo/ conditioner, body lotion in the bathrooms, and coffee pods, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, etc in the kitchen/ living areas). Bonus things I found > #1. The view from the outdoor space is so much more in reality that the photos. You face directly onto the lake with an east-west aspect and can see from Queenstown Hill around to far down the lake where the TSS Earnslaw goes, as well as a stunning view to The Remarkables. There is always something happening on the lake to engage you. #2. There are great walks that you can effectively start from when you walk out of the apartment e.g. to Sunshine Bay along the lake, Fernhill Loop, and an optional starting point to the Tiki Trail/ Ben Lomond Trek around behind. #3. The bath in the bathroom is deep but easy to get into, great to soak and recover in after a day of walking, cycling, adrenaline activities. #4. Plenty of options for drying wet clothes, including putting the clothes rack in the entrance vestibule. #5. There is a convenient stop for the number one bus 10mins away, which links you into the Queenstown bus system to get you to places like Arrowtown and the Airport (we got to the airport for our flight back to Sydney using the bus). Great place for your time in Queenstown.

The best location in Queenstown - amazing views and walking distance to so many activities. Apartment very spacious.

The view is absolutely gorgeous! The penthouse is very nice, and it has everything you need. The outdoor space is amazing! We actually slept outside while we were there because it was so nice, and we could see so many stars! There is a grill for use directly across the street. We didn't use it, but it is very convenient. Many excursions leave very close to this property making it very convenient. We walked to the gondola, our excursion meeting points, and all restaurants we went to from this location. It was so nice not to have to worry about parking, since there is private parking, or even take the car we rented out while we stayed here. Mae was very available via whats app and put us at ease with staying here every step of the way. It was a great experience! I would recommend at least 3 days in Queenstown. We did1 full day (2 nights) at the beginning of our trip (staying elsewhere) and 2 days (3 nights) at the end when we stayed here. There are so many things to do here and excursions that leave from here this is a great home base, and you can walk to most from this location! I really hope to be back!
