Reviewed Sep 3, 2026El lugar muy tranquilo y el propietario muy atento y amable. El desayuno es muy completo. Muy cerca del acceso principal de Tayrona, el Zaino, y de Calabazo (otro acceso menos conocido interesante en temporada alta). Restaurantes cerca y bus hasta la puerta.

The sitcom is not working reliably due to the electricity shortage in the region. So getting the room super cold was not possible but it was enough.

Destacar sobre todo la atención del administrador Cristian, fue muy amable y cercano desde el primer momento. Adicional a eso, atendió nuestras necesidades con mucho gusto. Nuestra estancia fue genial y lo recomendamos 100% si quieres visitar el Parque Tayrona.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026El staff es muy atento y amable. Nos ayudaron mucho con la llegada, y con toda la logistica para nuestro viaje a Tayrona. Nos dieron consejos sobre restaurantes, como llegar a Tayrona, etc.
No funcionaba el aire, y pasamos algo de calor, aunque sabemos que no era culpa suya sino de la compañia electrica. La conexion del wifi tampoco fue estable.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026El personal y las instalaciones. Tiene varias zonas para disfrutar del espacio, muy tranquilo. Cerca hay restaurantes para comer o cenar. Muy Recomendable!! La entrada al parque por zaino esta cerca, unos 5 minutos, se puede ir en uber o en bus justoño enfrente hay una parada, Yuluka. Si vas para disfrutar del parque varios dias, ten en cuenta que al alojarte fuera del parque pagas cada dia una entrada.

El nombre del hostal está oscuro y como llegue en la noche me perdí un poco, pero nada grave

Reviewed May 5, 2026Great location, 20-25 minutes walk to the El Zaino gate. Room is so clean & spacious, probably the nicest room we’ve stayed in on our travels so far. Great breakfast too. The highlight was the staff. There were a few power outages during our 2 nights but they kept us informed and on the last morning let us know about road closures in the area/helped us ensure we got a bus when there was a travel window. Also amazing taco stand up the street (best we’ve ever had) thanks to staff for recommendation. Highly recommend

Un super restaurant en restant sur le même trottoir en descendant la rue : le coconuts café (poulet à la sauce fruit de la passion délicieux et très bon cocktails)

Sadly our room was right by the main road and we had no sleep. There are some beautiful hotels in the forest just off the main road and I'd recommend choosing those if the road noise could be an issue. Breakfast / coffee also not great, especially given the price.

La internet wi-fi no funciona de manera adecuada cuando se aleja la persona del router que está en el primer piso en la recepción. Del resto No hay nada relevante que pueda decir que no me gustó.

Sehr sauber und mit super netten Personal 👍 Lokale zum Essen gehen sind gleich nebenan und zum Nationalpark Eingang mit dem Bus nur 5 Minuten. Aus der Dusche kommt nur kaltes Wasser wie in Kolumbien meist üblich , aber man gewöhnt sich daran !

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Feliz de haber seleccionado este hostal. Nuestra meta era el Tayrona, y la ubicación fue muy favorable. Tiene desayuno incluido, y restaurantes cercanos para almorzar y cenar. La habitación impecable, con aire acondicionado y baño privado. Eso sí, tener en cuenta que la ducha sale con agua fría (para nosotras no fue problema). No pudimos estar en la piscina por temas de tiempo, pero se veía muy limpia. Bella, nuestra anfitriona gatuna, fue muy educada y nos permitió acariciarla🐱 ¡Super recomendado!

1. Cobren un 5% extra si pagues amb la targeta VISA, la qual cosa és il·legal. 2. No hi ha aigua calenta. 3. La informació proporcionada sobre el parc de Tayrona no està gens actualitzada. Cal tenir en compte que dormir fora del parc obliga a pagar l’entrada al parc CADA DIA. No hi ha entrades per a dies consecutius.

The main road it is on is loud and doesn’t have many food options, but that is not their fault and also a minor inconvenience

Bring earplugs to sleep better, as it is situated right next to the main road. That makes it convenient to get to, but also noisy at night.

Our room was right next to the road (which is convenient to walk to) but it was super loud and hard to sleep with trains and buses passing often.

The laundry service was outstanding, with my clothes returned perfectly folded. Breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was beautifully decorated. We truly felt at home at this hostel, which also offers great value. Conveniently located just a short walk from the El Zaino entrance of Tayrona National Park. Highly recommended!

We didn’t have water for a day WiFi was mediocre Cracks in walls of our room so mosquitoes could get in easily Hostess acted a little too familiar. Walked into our room without asking and upon arrival she was naked in the pool. Laundry smelled weird when we got it back and several pieces of clothing later turned out to be missing. Airconditioning wasn’t great

Their advice was great for going to the beaches around the area, and they even helped us when one of us got stung by an odd insect. Super helpful the whole stay.
The water pressure in the room wasn't the best, yet this place is very recommended for any future stay
