Great location and facilities would stay again, rooms are a little smaller than expected and in one had an unexpected visitor however everything else is great with welcome fruit platter and breakfast was perfect and rooftop views was amazing

La chambre était propre,le personnel était très réactif.

L'équipement un peu vieux,mais le plus décevant c'est le petit déjeuner, vraiment les produits sont très très modeste, j' ai pas apprécié, pour un quatre étoiles.

L'emplacement,les employeur était trés gentil et serviable.

Le petit dèjeune était bon et variable sauf les jus était très mauvais.le prix de massage est trop cher par rapport ici en belgique alors essayer de révoir le prix.

Mulțumesc mult personalului hotelului și mai ales lui Sofya de la recepție. A fost o vacanța minunată. Mi-a plăcut totul. Micul dejun foarte bun. Amplasarea hotelului perfectă. Recomand acest hotel cu drag. Aș reveni cu multă plăcere.

La habitación era amplia. El desayuno sigue siendo bueno.

Olor a cañerías en baño. Nos dieron primero una habitación que hacían mucho ruido las cañerías, nos cambiaron de habitación, pero la nueva tenía ese olor desagradable en el baño. Suerte que era una sola noche. Me parece vergonzoso que con el precio que tiene tengan habitaciones en esas condiciones.

La habitación era una suite junior y estaba muy bien de tamaño, excepto el baño que era ridículamente pequeño, comparado con la habitación. Las fotos que se ponen del baño son engañosas. El desayuno estaba bastante bien, te podían hacer tortillas al momento. La ubicación muy buena. Se puede ir caminando a la zona céntrica o en tranvía.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, the breakfast was professional and offered a great variety of choices to suit different tastes, the lobby is beautiful, and everything was very clean. The only thing I didn’t really like was the reception service. Unfortunately, the reception staff initially seemed quite cold and not very welcoming. However, my impression completely changed after I had the chance to speak with ms. Ece. She was very warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. At check-out, I also met another female receptionist who was extremely friendly and highly professional. Her warm and positive attitude made a very good final impression on me. In my opinion, if the initial welcome and attitude at reception could be improved, especially when guests first arrive at the hotel, this hotel could easily deserve a 10/10. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back again.

The hotel breakfast was exceptional. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had interconnecting rooms (booked as a junior suite) which was very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The swimming pool was very nice. The hotel was a pleasant and easy 15-20 walk to the main tourist sites and convenient for the metro too.

Очень удобное место расположение, в отеле очень милый и приветливый персонал, всегда были готовы помочь, общались, внизу есть прекрасный хаммам – можно спокойно посидеть и отдохнуть

Номера уставшие, иногда очень долго ждать лифт, так как отель полный. Но это не влияет на качество отдыха

Vse, hotel zelo udoben čist zelo prijazno osebje ,zajtrk kraljevski in baklava vsak dan ,sem bila po različnih hotelih v Istanbulu tako udobno še ne ,bazen večji kot sem pričakovala in čisto , naša suita je je imela celo 2 balkona, hitro se pride do bazarja ali pa do metroja .Meni je bilo super Hvala hotelu Beethoven za prijaznost Ostanite taki kot ste

Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal, vorallem an der Rezeption und bei den Zimmerkräften. Lage ist ideal, um Istanbul zu Fuss oder per Tram bzw. Metro zu erkunden.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sodass man z.Bsp den Fernseher des Nachbarzimmers deutlich gehört hat. Lage des Hotels laut, nachts die Fenster zu öffnen war somit kaum möglich. Pool war 2 Tage wg. Reinigung geschlossen. Zu wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer, Haken an der Wand wären hilfreich.

Super hôtel ! La communication avant notre arrivée a été excellente. Nous avons réservé le transfert avec l’hôtel (un peu plus cher qu’Uber), mais c’était très pratique, surtout lorsque l’on ne connaît pas encore la ville. Le personnel était adorable et aux petits soins. Ils ont même pris l’initiative de placer nos deux chambres côte à côte alors qu’il s’agissait de deux réservations distinctes, une attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Nous avons également eu la surprise de trouver des fruits frais dans la chambre pour le goûter : un vrai plus !

Emplacement genial, a pied comme en transport. La piscine et le spa sont sympa, mais la piscine était fermée tout un jour entier pour nettoyage. Le personnel est gentil. Petit déjeuner vraiment bien.

La chambre était très mal isolée, claquements de porte, bruits de chaise, on entendait le réveil des autres chambres, odeur de cigarette qui entrait dans la chambre. Il était difficile de s'endormir et réveil très tot avec les départs des autres voyageurs que nous entendions. La salle de bain était a rafraîchir, peinture arrachée, pas très belle pour un 4 étoiles. Notre lit était a 30cm de la porte d'entrée.

Хотела е страхотен! Персонала е мил и отзивчив, правят всичко за да се почувствате добре. Мястото е супер комуникативно и на 5минути от главната улица с трамвая. Закуската беше толкова изобилна, че аз такова нещо не съм виждала. Всичко беше вкусно и прясно. Много чисто и приятно. Спалното бельо и кърпите се сменят всеки ден. Нямам забележка. Просто топ хотел!!!Поздрави от България!!!❤️

Great location, near metro station. The staff was friendly and very polite. The breakfast was good, it cloud be better. Many options but on the same time not on European taste.

The bathroom was so tiny and isolation of the shower was poor. The water was leaking out the shower.

The receptionist do not know how to give a customer service first he provided us a very awkward room when we complained he said you checked in, just and if you family made any changes to room and I cannot change your room, we were checked in just checked in mins before and he asked if your family has made a mess I will not change the room. I said you him I will clean myself if any mess has been made in 10 mins, he was super rude and laughing and making a fun.

La camera è il bagno troppo piccoli, dovessi tornare chiederei una stanza più grande. Nella zona piscina ci sono solo 4 lettini e sono sempre occupati.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was great. The room was always spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping it cool and fresh. We had a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lali for taking such great care of our room. She was always kind, professional, and attentive. My wife and I truly appreciated her excellent service, and she made our stay even more enjoyable.

The cleaning staff talks very loudly in the hallway, regardless of the time. The cleaning team's cart is parked in the hallway, near the stairs, which creates an unpleasant visual impact, especially for those staying in rooms near the stairs.

Pool is realy bed, room was ok comfort beds, but we had very bed view.

Clean, modern, distance walk, excellent service from staff, amazing breakfast. The staff arranged our transfers towards airports & taxi service at great prices, did great recommendation about sites to visit, helped with luggage. We had two stays here in one week and we recommend.

Липсваше ми балсам за коса и балсам за тяло. Хотел от такъв клас би трябвало да подсигурява. Надявам се да го вземат под внимание, защото мислим пак да отседнем там другият месец.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, die Tische wurden immer gereinigt und der Frühstückraum war sehr einladend.

Sehr schlechter Kaffee, jedes IBIS Hotel hat bessere Kaffeeautomaten. Keine Eingangskontrolle beim Frühstück. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon. Im Spabereich nur 4 Liegen was eindeutig zu wenig ist. Man sollte im Ruheraum die Stühle entfernen und noch ein paar Liegen reinstellen.

Хорошее местоположение - 10 минут пешком до станции метро и трамвая. Голубая мечеть в получасе ходьбы. Рядом много ресторанов, но цены могу не понравится. Можно найти кафе где питаются местные. В них дешевле в разы. Есть СПА с небольшим бассейном, сауной и хамамом.

Номер не слишком большой. Здание отеля находится среди таких же домов, а значит вид из окна будет на стену соседнего здания разной степени удаленности. Шумно за окном. В нашем номере Wi-Fi работал плохо. Завтрак только выглядит разнообразно. Кофе только растворимый или турецкий, но за 3 доллара.

Everything about this place was amazing. I arrived early and was offered breakfast while they prepped my room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. The spa was good.

Excellent séjour au Beethoven Premium Hotel. L’hôtel est très propre, élégant et idéalement situé au cœur d’Istanbul. Tout est à proximité : commerces, restaurants, tramway, sites historiques et lieux touristiques. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Istanbul dans les meilleures conditions. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son excellent service.

The hotel is very clean, with nice design. Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, nice and clean room. I really liked being here. They brought me a fruit bowl right after my arrival - as a gift from the hotel. Mineral water prepared as a gift every day. Breakfast in the nice restaurant on the upper floor is phenomenal. Close to the metro. I will definitely come back here if I go to Istanbul.

I liked everything, I can't point out anything that was bad.

На протяжении многих лет отель поддерживает комфорт и качество. Хороший персонал, хорошее месторасположение, завтраки(жаль, что соки фреш платные).

СПА слабенький, сауна не сильно горячая, паровая баня еле теплая, пилинг делают девушки из Индонезии, жаль, что не турки.

Все очень понравилось, огромное спасибо персоналу!!! Вкусные завтраки, чистые и хорошие номера, очень хорошее расположение

Атмосфера отеля. Наличие бассейна и джакузи было очень приятным бонусом. Вкусная и разнообразная еда на завтраках, отличный панорамный ресторан. Номер стильный, удобнве кровати, постельное белье потрясающее. Расположение удобное для посещения достопримечательностей. Любим этот район Лалели. Обязательно вернемся опять.
