Didn’t feel clean and I think experience was dampened by the people in the room which I’m aware is not the hotels fault.

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pictures don’t even resemble the property, it’s a completely different building. My “deluxe” room was just a 6 bed dorm with 4 single wide mattresses stacked together to make a queen size bed. My room was dirty when I checked in, same with the bed sheets. The staff kept their personal belongings in the wardrobe inside the room. I had ants crawling inside my bed the second day we were there.

Linh was amazing receptionist, I would comeback many time for sure !! The Ha Giang Loop through her was the best experience i ever had.

昨年に続き、今回ラオスの行き帰りの利用。場所は食べる所、散歩に最適な良い場所です。 スタッフの方々がフレンドリーで　安心感があります。

The best hostel I would say, came back twice and it’s become my travel base !! Would recommend booking Ha Long bay and Sapa trekking through Linh, she was the best receptionist I ever meet. Thanks to all of you ☺️

The manager ( Linh) was supper supper helpful for my stay and booking trip in the North Vietnam. Stay for a night and extend for many because of her. Would definitely recommend this hostel for all the backpackers :)

Well there is many workers not only one and they all are good. Bed is good and lot space ur stuff.

Linh made us feel very welcome and helped us organise a trip to Hia Giang. The rooms were clean, cool and we slept very well.

The property was clean and all staff were friendly.

This is a wonderful place to stay — everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the value for money is excellent. The location is also great, right in the city center. A special mention goes to Lynn at the reception — she is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a stay!

the location is good in the old quarter of Hanoi. the hostel gives a breakfast every morning and the option for tours. the beds were very comfortable.

It was difficult to climb five flights of stairs.

Great location, quiet dorm at night and a bit more anonymous as it's a huge hostel, but the price is totally fine for what you get, fresh clean towel, staff is available 24/7 and always willing to help. Great to explore the city and have some good sleep. Very spacious bed area and great for storage!

It wasn't as clean as other hostels I've stayed in for this price range, but still totally fine. The bathrooms were always clean, just the dorm floors weren't. Still would recommend to go here and have a good and nice stay 🙂

Great location - a quiet street near to the lake, old quarter and amazing coffee places ! Linh at the hostel was lovely and very helpful in organising tours and I had a great 3 day trip to Sapa with smooth pick up etc. the beds were also comfy, with stairs up to the top bunks. Lockers were spacious too.

This has now changed but there was no breakfast on my first two days which meant it was hard to meet anyone else and it was almost too quiet. But they started serving it on my last day which will help a lot !

Amazing hostel and Linh was best

Alex at the reception was really helpful, he kindly helped us when booking our buses to Sapa. When we came back 2 weeks later he remembered us and accepted to take care of our bags (flight was in the evening so did not have any reservations at the place) Would recommend absolutely ! clean new room (dormitory) and perfect location ! i’m

The location is great, only a few minutes away from the Old Quarter. There's hardly any noise and the room is clean. Staff is helpful and eager to help with booking different activities.

The staff was mostly abrupt and didn’t really speak English when I checked in and then again every night. The day staff is much better. The beds are very hard.

Great location, just a couple of minutes walk and everything is close by. The train street was only about 10-15 mins walk. The staff were really helpful and they helped arrange my ha Giang loop tour which i loved. Quite at night

Great location, clean building

Staff members are just amazing, just smile, they are really trustful people and they gave great recommandations, can book you with decent price (unlike traveling agency) buses, help you renting scooters with their networks. Thank to them I could have my bus to Ha Long in a few hours. I asked to stay another night the day I was supposed to check out, they did it right away. I did 3 hostels in Hanoi so far and this one really good, value for money. Recommend you to spend your nights if you are in Hanoi. (If you can play with An, also one of the staff member's boy, please do so, he is a good one :))

The guy talking at midnight on his phone like he was alone.. For me, my bed tend to be humid in the 6 floor which bother me a bit and they don't have a rooftop/quiet place to exercise. (did it on the balcony tho)

Lovely staff that helps with absolut everything. It‘s easy to do bookings for trips, car-rides, bus or train rides there aswell. Big beds in dorms, clean and have small balconys.

Very hard, uncomfortable beds. Réceptionist (night) was not very accessible and welcoming. Sheets did not look clean.

Luxury Backpackers is in a great location with easy access to most of the things you’d wanna get to, and the bed was comfortable enough.

It felt very much like a party hostel but without any of the social interaction. There wasn’t really space to meet or talk to people very well. The staff was very pushy to book tours through them even when I said I didn’t want to. The outlet in my bed was located below the surface of the mattress, making it very difficult to actually plug in to charge. Idk, it wasn’t terrible but I also def wouldn’t call it luxury and I’ll be looking elsewhere when I go back to Ha Noi.
