Vienna Central Panorama

I like the location,comfortable access and how is the flat situated. Apartment perfectly fit for stay with small kids. There is everything close by,including. parks, public transport,restaurants (literally next doors). Also communication with landlords was smooth.

There is no possibility to drop in luggage before your apartment is ready. But it is possible to pay extra for early check in and late check out.

Perfect location, big rooms !

The location makes this a perfect spot for a stay in Vienna. Located in the inner city, it is just far enough away from the very touristy areas, but you can easily walk to all the major sites and subway stops. The apartment met our needs and is located in a beautiful building. Having a washing machine was a plus!

Such a nice and comfortable apartment The location is perfect, very central and walkable to the main attractions, it’s literally 7 minutes away from the cathedral The apartment itself is clean and nice and tidy and has big windows that overlook the Judenplatz It was warm, which was perfecttt for the very cold weather in Vienna The entrance to the building is also nice and it had an elevator, great for people with big luggage since it’s on the second floor Communication was good and the staff were helpful, it was through booking but they’re very responsive Self check in and very smooth and easy

The property was located in the centre which is walking distance from all the hotspots in Vienna. Loved the stay there.

Die Lage ist toll und für einen Städtetrip mit Teenies ideal. Auch mit den beiden Räumen als Schlafzimmer hat es super funktioniert.

Kein Handtuchhalter für Handhandtuch und keine Duschablage für Seife, kein Schreibtisch.

El departamento y la ubicación

We loved the location, being so close to shops and restaurants. The accomodation was perfect for what we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

Serine and private

There was hardly an adequate support system. We needed urgent advise on WiFi , inability to open the main door on one occasion and the calls went unanswered. We had to work out ourselves the complicated plugging systems and took a long time to Plug the fans to calm down the heat! There wasn’t a booklet explaining to a new occupant the details. Finally we had to find out ourselves how the system works. We are from far away in NZ and the service wasn’t worth the cost.

l’hôte ne répond que via booking et n’a pas pu résoudre un vrai problème d’internet 4G installé. Déconnecté 90% du temps passé, j’ai dus acheter un forfait pour mon séjour Il y a un bruit à côté le matin des 5h30, donc pas très bien dormis durant une semaine

Perfect position on a square without without cars

The location was perfect, in the heart of Vienna. Very walkable to many main sites, restaurants and shopping. The larger shower room with the washer wash nice as there was extra room to hang laundry to dry. We travelled with two teens, it was nice to have their sleeping quarters separate from ours.

This isn’t really a negative exactly, just a suggestion. There was a small toilet room separate from the shower/laundry room. The toilet room did not have soap or a place to hang a hand towel. Those small additions would make that space more user friendly.

Location was amazing!

The apartment was centrally located and was very spacious and bright! The kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean! The host was very communicative!

The corridors were a bit dark and there were no instructions to turn on the lights. The elevator was very small so we had to take some of our luggage up the stairs. I wish these were communicated to us! However the host was very communicative and responsive so we were able to navigate with no problem!

Excellent location. Spacious and clean room. Great for families. Perfect heating. Well equipped appliances (but an espresso machine could be great to have :) ) Great and responsive host. I will definitely stay here next time we are in Vienna.

We loved our stay at Vienna Central Panorama. We were there for four nights including Christmas. Vienna is very busy at this time of year and, despite the accommodation being close to markets and sight seeing destinations, it was very quiet because it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The living room looks out to the Judanplatz square and a huge statue of German poet Gotthold Ephraim Lessing. The place is spacious with plenty of room for luggage. The bedroom is huge and the bathroom was big as well which also has a washing machine and the shower was the best we had up to that point in our European vacation. Everything worked and was well maintained or new, and the sofa bed was already made for us which was great. Even with the sofa bed down, there is plenty of space. The room was super clean. The building itself is charming and is right next to a bar / restaurant which serves good food and drinks (no noise was heard from the restaurant so it won’t bother you in that way). The Christmas markets were many and the best we’d been to compared to London, Bruges, and Prague. Each market in Vienna has its own mug when you buy mulled wine which you can keep or return and get your deposit back. We loved collecting the different mugs. Communications with the owner was good. A tip for Vienna at Christmas (and probably anytime of the year) is taking a horse and carriage ride with one of the Fiakers is well worth the money - especially at night (note that they’re not cheap and only take cash).

European pillows. Ohmygoodness. To be fair, It’s not just here at central panorama - we’ve had them at all our accommodations on the European continent so far. I’ve seen these things by the dozens in houses to style bedrooms and they look great as an aesthetic, decorative, styling tool. As a pillow… they are the most uncomfortable head rest I think I’ve ever experienced. If I return to Vienna, I’m bringing my own pillow.

It’s in a perfect location! And having access to a kitchen for home cooked meals!

The heating was too warm for our comfort during the nights.

1. This room is managed via an online check in process so it gave me a lot of re-assurance that I won't be stuck outside trying to figure out keys or waiting for my host. 2. Room is sufficiently big. It is also reasonably priced for the location. The room overall was clean 3. Has a high chair so very friendly for family. Judenplatz is also quite a quiet square at night

1. Now, the key to access the apartment was hidden underneath the doormat. Host could do better by at least providing a lockbox outside the apartment. 2. Note - your taxi won't be able to access the Judenplatz. So you need to wheel your luggages through approx 5 mins of cobbled walkway to reach the apartment. Be prepared for that! 3. I can't help but notice the astronomical amount of electrical sockets available in the place! I wonder what the place used to be 4. The lift is so small. I had to do 2 lift trips every day - one with me and the pram, and the other with my wife and my other kid. My pram would graze the lift door when closing 5. Deliveries to the ground floor shops start early, so do close the bedroom windows or be awaken by lorries and slamming doors at about 7am in the morning 6. The sofa is a sofa bed - I tried coverting it back to a sofa but somehow it just sinked in everytime i sat into the sofa.

Excellent location of the apartment, 100m from the Am Hof ​​garage. Everything is close. We would choose this accommodation again.

The host is overloaded with work, he was not polite on the phone.

Fabulous, central location yet quiet.

No regular TV stations only smart TV. Wifi underperforms terribly. Kitchen cutlery drawer and fridge door shelf broken and appear to have been so for months. No coffee machine as claimed but an antique French press. Soulless apartment which could do with a bit of brightening up. We placed the table in front of window to maximise beautiful views onto square

Perfect stay in central Vienna. The apartment was lovely, really spacious and in a beautiful square. I would highly recommend.

Location is central and close to many of the touristy places and attractions. Very clean. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. (We also paid extra for early check in at 1pm as our flight landed at 9am) We were traveling as a family of 3 adults and 1 toddler and the place was very spacious and comfortable. Also the restaurants very close to the apartment are fantastic and we highly recommend them!

Nothing, everything was great!

The apartment was fantastic, with everything we needed. The washing machine was a wonderful surprise, allowing us to properly launder our clothes during an extended European vacation. The property was clear, fast, and efficient in communications and it was easy to make our way into the apartment. The location was ideal - in the heart of the old town of Vienna, but on a quiet square so that car noise was pretty much nonexistent. I highly recommend booking a place like this over a traditional hotel - you get much more space in a clean, modern environment.

It was about a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest subway station, and like so many European Old Towns, the streets (in a circular, rambling pattern instead of a grid) can be confusing to navigate. Having a GPS map is highly recommended.

The location is perfect: all the sights of the old town are within walking distance, and there are cafes and restaurants nearby. On the last day, there was a problem with the front door key code panel (it did not accept the code). It's reassuring to know that the apartment key also works for the front door. We will definitely consider coming back next time.

This room was very lovely; lots of natural light and superbly located.

The layout was a bit disjointed with the toilet separate from the shower.

Well maintained property in a central location. Highly recommend it. We stayed there during new years eve and was definitely worth the money.

Explanation of door code (which was supposed to be used only for the first time) could have been better.

The location was amazing. It was very close to the turist attractions. The apartament had everything you could possibly need and the quality was perfect. It was also very clean and comfortable. Worth every cent!
