Edificio storico finemente ed elegantemente ristrutturato. Posto auto riservato davanti alla struttura . Colazione abbondante, ottima e curata in ogni dettaglio dalla gentilissima Tammy. Stanza molto bella ed il solo vano doccia sembra un monolocale 😮. Assolutamente consigliato farvi coccolare in questo luogo meraviglioso.

Piccolo boutique hotel (6 o 7 camere) in un piacevole palazzo storico, recentemente ristrutturato con molto gusto. Ho trovato un' accoglienza e un servizio sorridente, gentile e professionale. Menzione particolare per la comodità di letto e cuscini e per la colazione. Evidenzio, per chi abbia una macchina a noleggio, la comodità della posizione. Fidandomi dei commenti letti on-line, ho scelto l'albergo anche per la facilità di parcheggio: in effetti pur essendo agosto ho sempre trovato subito parcheggio nella stessa strada dell'albergo e da lì, con una piacevola passeggiata di meno di 10 minuti, si è nel pieno centro storico.

Uno spazio magnificamente ristrutturato, di recente apertura, curato nei più piccoli dettagli. 7 camere, la nostra confortevolissima, dotata di ogni comfort e arredata in stile contemporaneo: bellissima. Colazione preparata al momento, con prodotti di qualità, sia dolci che salati. A disposizione biciclette per raggiungere le spiagge dei dintorni. Punto di forza George, Tammy e Alexandra: dall’accoglienza ai suggerimenti, alla disponibilità e gentilezza: uno staff al top!!! Bravissimi!

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος και σε πόλη καλή περιοχή Όλοι όσοι μας εξυπηρέτησαν ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή στη δουλειά τους και με θετική ενέργεια

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr geschmackvoll modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Von der Lage her nicht ganz im Zentrum aber es ist alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und vor allem für uns als Reisende mit Auto war es hervorragend geeignet, da wir das Auto kostenfrei in der gleichen Strasse parken konnten. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, aber ich würde es auch für ein paar Nächte empfehlen, wenn man Chania in Ruhe besichtigen möchte. Das Frühstück ist der absolute Wahnsinn - es ist kein Buffet sondern wird am Tisch serviert und wirklich sehr liebevoll mit allem was das Herz begehrt - griechisches Joghurt, Brote, Käse, verschiedene Eierspeisen nach Wunsch gemacht.

Everything was wonderful! The room was clean, beautiful, and had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and parking was really easy. We had a lovely stay!

Πρόκειται για ένα στολίδι στο κέντρο των Χανίων, με τις παροχές, την ποιότητα, την εξυπηρετικοτητα, τη διάθεση και την ευγένεια όλου του προσωπικό να ολοκληρώνει θετικά την εμπειρία μας. Το δωμάτιο έχει όλα όσα θα χρειαστείς για μια άνετη διαμονή και ο σχεδιασμός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και έξυπνος ώστε να αξιοποιείται κάθε τετραγωνικό του κατά τα άλλα σχετικά μικρού-αλλά ψηλοτάβανου- δωματίου. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, η εξυπηρέτηση στο χώρο του πρωινού αλλά και στη ρεσεπσιον άριστη! Η διάθεση θέσης για πάρκινγκ έπαιξε επίσης καθοριστικό ρόλο για την επιλογή μας.

Ορισμένες φορές υπήρχε πρόβλημα με ελλιπές σήμα του τηλεφώνου στο δωμάτιο, πιθανότατα όμως αυτό απασχολεί γενικότερα την περιοχή.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ προσεγμένο και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!

Very new and modern, super neat, very clean. Very kind and helpful personnel. Central location, at a beautiful and quiet street in Chania, yet walking-distance to the old port. We also found it relatively reasonably priced considering its beauty and elegance.

There was only one issue that we discussed with the hotel owner and his justification was reasonable, so eventually it did not affect our overall impression, nor the score. I would like, however, to write this for other guests: when you set your room to “do not disturb”, do not expect the hotel to clean your room. If you falsely create a fuss about this, it creates a problem for other guests like ourselves who mean it when they ask not to be disturbed. :)

A me sinceramente è piaciuto tutto,ha dei servizi questa struttura veramente di lusso e credetemi che sono molto critico nelle cose...In questa struttura vieni per fare realmente la vacanza,vieni coccolato in tutto e per tutto.. Realmente un 5s complimenti a tutte le persone che lavorano in questa struttura. Camere dotate di ogni confort ,compreso di accappatoi e teli da usare per il mare.. servizi di lusso (potevi usufruire dell acqua potabile ogni qual volta volevi) e soprattutto una colazione da 5 a tutto fresco... Grazie

Très charmant boutique-hôtel, accueil très agréable, prestations de qualité, équipe arrangeante pour un départ tôt le matin et pour la réservation des restaurants. Proche de la vieille ville (10 min à pied), au calme dans un quartier agréable et facilité pour se garer dans la rue.

Das instalações e do cuidado de todos com os hóspedes. Especialmente a recepcionista Alessandra que além de extremamente simpática era muito eficiente e prestativo. O café da manhã era excepcional, tanto para comer no hotel, como boxs preparados com extrema delicadeza quando precisamos comer antes do horário de início do café.

Gostamos de tudo, a única observação a fazer é que o quarto não dispõe de um espaço para secarmos as roupas de praia. O que é significativo já que em Creta , vamos todos os dias para alguma praia.

Hotel di classe in struttura con poche camere molto curate architettonicamente e gestione familiare. Colazione interessantissima e di ottima qualità servita in giardino interno circondato da piante verdi.

The whole hotel was super well designed and located. We arrived earlier than our room was ready and were greeted warmly by George. He showed us the hotel's app which had a host of recommendations for our stay including what beaches to visit and restuarants to try. We stayed for 5 nights and had a car so really made use of the free parking available outside the building. The rooms were designed with everyone in mind and had everything you needed. you could tell everything was thought through from the black out blinds to the breakfasts which were yummy. But what topped off our stay were the friendly staff like Tammy who were always ready to say hello, give recommendations and help out.

Only only one set back (which we understand for sustainability reasons) was that we couldn't keep the air con on when we left the room, meaning the room would be super hot when returning making it a difficult to sleep as there were no windows that could be opened.

We had a fantastic week staying at the Nearchou hotel, we stayed with our children and had two beautiful rooms next to each other. Tammy, George and Alexandra were great hosts making us feel so welcome. Everything about the hotel is first class, so much attention to detail from the rooms to the breakfast to the atmosphere when you walk in. The hire car company they arranged for us to use were fab too, so I would highly recommend getting your hire car from them as well. We found there was always parking available outside the hotel or on a street nearby, we never had an issue. The hotel is located in a great area for exploring Chania town and the harbour, most places are a pleasant 10-15 min walk. You can access a lot of fantastic locations nearby as well if you have a car available, Tammy, George and Alexandra have a wealth of local knowledge on beaches, restaurants, hiking routes, botanical gardens all sorts of interesting days out. By the end of our week we felt like part of the family at the Nearchou and were very sad to leave. We plan to return to this hotel sometime in the future. Thank you so much for making our holiday a memorable one.

It’s just a short walk into the Old Town, making it easy to explore, and having convenient on-site parking was a huge bonus. Our room was warm, luxurious, and beautifully curated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The coffee machine, bar fridge, and generous space for our luggage made it incredibly comfortable and practical. The traditional breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully tailored to our needs, making each morning a real highlight. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality from Tammy, George, and Alexandra. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel like family, and nothing was ever too much trouble. This is a truly special place that combines the elegance of a restored mansion with outstanding service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Alguns quartos ficam muito próximos à recepção, o que dá impressão de perda de privacidade. Mas, como são poucos quartos, isso acaba não atrapalhando em nada.

La chambre était parfaitement conforme aux photos sur Booking. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Le personnel est incroyable, à l’écoute et disponible pour toute question. Un grand merci à eux ! L’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à pied dans la vielle ville et au port.

Its quite rare to find a hotel that makes you feel like a royal guest, and Nearchou hotel does it big time! Staying there was one of the best experiences we had in the accomodation industry, and for sure this is a hotel we will return to, stay at and enjoy every moment of our stay. I will save the details as they have been written by other guests. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and stay there in your next vacation in Chania

The fact we had to leave.

A gorgeous hotel with gorgeous rooms in a gorgeous part of town. It is family run and the owner, his son, and his wife couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect. We booked several rooms for a friend’s wedding and after our 4 night stay, we felt like part of the family! The breakfast was included which is such a rarity in this day and age and it couldn’t have been more wonderful - real Greek yogurt with a selection of seeds, real Cretan pastries, and eggs of your choice cooked to order. We had a few dietary requirements between us and they accounted for all of them. The rooms were equipped with everything you might need - including things most hotels wouldn’t have thought of (scales for your luggage, a black flannel to remove make up, and vitally, for a wedding party, a clothes steamer) we were always going to have fond memories of the wedding, but now we will forever have such fond memories of this hotel, Babis, George, and Tammy - thank you. We hope that one day we will have the opportunity to stay here again.

There was only one issue - the way the rooms are categorised on booking . Com - I had purposefully booked a more expensive room expecting a better view - instead our room was identical to the one I booked for my friend. I found this frustrating. However, the experience we had at the hotel made up for this completely. In future I would re categorise the rooms to make sure people receive the room they thought they were booking - or, simply, charge the same price for every room.

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem wundervollen Hotel. Schon beim Empfang waren wir begeistert von der Sauberkeit und dem außergewöhnlichen Design des gesamten Hauses. Unser Zimmer ein Traum! Jeden Morgen zum Frühstück eine freundliche Begrüßung von "Tammy", die mit ihrer Mitarbeiterin den absoluten Überblick hatte und jeden Wunsch erfüllte. Vielen Dank dafür!! Wenn möglich, würden wir eine höhere Punktzahl vergeben! Wir können dieses Boutique Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Boutique-hôtel neuf, très belle déco, matériaux de qualité. Très bonne odeur dans les chambres. Chambre (203) très bien insonorisée, nous avions l'impression d'être seules dans l'hôtel. Personnel attentionné et charmant. On se sent VIP. Excellent petit déjeuner , servi à table sur le modèle des "tea time" des palaces parisiens. Composé principalement de spécialités crétoises (sucrées et salées), jus d'orange pressé, yaourt, etc... Cela nous a permis de découvrir de très bons produits locaux. L'hôtel est à 10 mn à pieds de la vieille ville et à 10-15 minutes de la petite plage de Koum Kapi. La gare routière est également à 10mn ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans l'île ou aller à l'aéroport.

La partie "chambre" est un peu petite mais grande salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre (douche et wc séparés). Il manque un peu d'intimité quand on sort de la douche. Heureusement il y a les peignoirs ! La chambre (203) n'est pas très lumineuse (la fenêtre donne sur une ruelle). Cela nous a déçues en arrivant, mais finalement ça s'est révélé être un avantage car nous étions au calme (la chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue passante).

The best part of our stay was without a doubt the hotel team. From the very first moment, they made us feel like part of a family. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care for every guest were truly exceptional. Nothing ever felt forced – they sincerely wanted everyone to feel comfortable and happy. Every request was fulfilled with a smile, and they were always there whenever we needed anything. The hotel itself was beautifully designed: modern, stylish, and incredibly thoughtful. Every detail seemed to have a purpose, and every corner of the room was carefully planned. We never missed a thing – everything we could possibly need was already there. I have traveled extensively around the world, but I have rarely felt so genuinely welcomed and personally cared for. The combination of authentic hospitality, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made this stay truly unique and unforgettable.

Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. If anything, leaving at the end of our stay was the hardest part.

Das kleine Hotel (6 Doppelzimmer, 1 Suite) liegt ruhig, ca. 10 Fussminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet und entsprechen genau der Ausschreibung. Der Service ist herausragend und familiär. Es gibt ein individuelles Frühstück nach Wünschen des Gastes serviert. Wir können das Hotel in vollem Umfang empfehlen und kommen bei unserer nächsten Kreta-Reise auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin.

Beautiful boutique hotel, the room is compact but comfortable, very easy to reach the center by foot.

We had a nice breakfast, however it would be better and less waste to ask us what we would like to eat, rather than giving us all those different option choices that we hardly didn’t eat. But it was a nice touch and something different! We will definitely come back here when we visit Chania again! Thanks

A new, very nice and calm hotel close to the old town (a few minutes walk). George and his team do a great job to make their guests feel comfy. To breakfast in their lovely garden atrium. As a city hotel for Chania a top recommendation (day trips by car, and in the evening no need to take the car)

Sehr schöne und moderne bzw. neue Unterkunft. Sie ist schön gelegen, sodass man fußläufig in die Altstadt von Chania kommt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns sehr viele Ausflugstips gegeben. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Zimmer sehr cozy.

I honestly don't know where to start with my praise for this hotel. Communication with Tammy was excellent from start to finish. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and even helped organize our excursions prior to our arrival. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Old Town, but after a long day of sightseeing, it was so nice to come back to the peace and quiet of our room and the hotel in general. It was obvious that so much thought and care had gone into creating a sense of well-being - comfy beds and linens, upscale toiletries, right down to the aroma as soon as you came through the door. And the breakfast! It was over the top, with so many choices and all of them delicious, served to your table in the atrium restaurant. And then there were the excursions. We were lucky to have George, one of the owners, escort us all over Chania. Nothing was too much of a problem for him and we so enjoyed his company. We loved everything about our stay at Nearchou and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. It was our first stay on a three-week trip around the Greek Isles and they set the bar incredibly high.

A perfect hotel experience! Nearchou is such a beautiful hotel and so peaceful there. Everything has been so well thought out from beautiful well appointed rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows to the shower and toiletries, charging points, lighting and plenty of space to hang and store clothing during your stay. Breakfast there is exceptionally good with great choice. Its just a short 10 minute walk to the Old Town. George and Tammy could not be nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Would recommend pre-booking taxi through hotel also.

Οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένοι, με όμορφη αισθητική και μια ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα που σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική, στον πιό ομορφο δρομο των Χανίων, που συνδυάζει ηρεμία και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης και σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Το πρωινό ήταν απλά θαυμάσιο — ποιοτικό, πλούσιο και με μεγάλη ποικιλία! Ξεχωριστή αναφορά αξίζει στον ιδιοκτήτη και στο προσωπικό, που με την ευγένεια, τη φροντίδα και τον επαγγελματισμό τους έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Η φιλοξενία τους ήταν πραγματικά υποδειγματική. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο στα χανια.Σε παρέχει τα πάντα άνετο κρεβάτι,μπάνιο τέλειο και οτιδήποτε άλλο θα χρειαστείς για μια άνετη διαμονή.Πολυ σημαντικό το πάρκινγκ που έχει και ειναι μόλις 5-10 λεπτά με τα ποδια μεχρι το κεντρο και τη παλια πολη.Πολυ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο όλο το προσωπικό και ο ιδιοκτήτης Γιώργος.Πεντακάθαρα δωματια με τέλειο πρωινό. Ολοκαίνουριο ξενοδοχείο πολύ προσεγμένο στις λεπτομέρειες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω όταν επισκεφτώ την πόλη των Χανίων.

Great location for walking to Chania old town but far enough away from it to be peaceful. The staff were very nice and also very helpful. Tammy and Georgios went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extremely comfortable. The decor and rooms were stunning. There were excellent in room amenities. Very tasty breakfast. Amazing shower. Very clean and modern rooms. Powerful air conditioning.

We had a delightful stay at this boutique hotel. The location is perfect with about a 10-15 min walk into the old town. Parking can be tricky but the hotel has a couple of reserved spots directly outside of the hotel. The rooms are carefully thought out and the beds were comfortable; we really appreciated being given two types of pillows. The breakfast and bar area is a calm oasis and the quality of food for breakfast was very high. Our stay felt very personal and George and Tammy were always on hand to help and give recommendations. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxed vibe within easy walking of Chania Old Town. I couldn't recommend Nearchou Boutique Hotel more.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during a recent visit to Crete for our Honeymoon. The quality of the renovation on this historic property is outstanding. As a boutique hotel the owners have invested their funds into creating an exceptional experience for guests. Every detail in the rooms and communal areas is so tastefully done - stylish and contemporary. We arrived at the airport and our pre-arranged transfer was there ready and waiting. It only transpired mid-journey that it was in fact the owner George driving us! He is absolutely outstanding as a hotelier and you can tell that he cares so deeply about hospitality and all the guests who come through his doors. He had even gifted us a nice bottle of wine for our honeymoon - although admittedly we were too tired to drink it, but the gesture was a very lovely and welcome one. Breakfast was, again, very tastefully done - served on a tiered stand in a 'Afternoon Tea' type format. All delicious. The room is enveloped by greenery and has a retractable roof for the summer months, a lovely setting to start the morning. We only stayed one night as we were spending the rest of the week at the newly opened IKOS Kissamos but would definitely consider staying longer in the future. We would suggest the hotel as a good base to explore Chania for a few nights which itself is a very lovely place to visit. The hotel also offers exceptional value for money. We couldn't believe the room rate also included breakfast! Thank you again George and team for your superb hospitality.

There are some rooms which immediately adjoin the main reception/check-in areas although due to the design of the hotel not sure how this could be avoided. The concierge leave in the evening meaning it still feels private.
