We stayed for 6 nights and had a 1 year old, it was our first family holiday and all the staff were absolutely fantastic. They made us feel very welcome and engaged with our baby everyday, making her laugh and playing with her. In general the staff were amazing at their jobs. Helen, Iro, Stella and all of the women were so lovely. The food at the restaurant was amazing, for the price as well, we ate there 2 nights. The breakfast was really good as well, nice options and good quality. The pool was a nice bonus and available every day we wanted to use it. The cleaner was really lovely and did a great job every day. The receptionist organised taxis for us most days which was great. It will be hard to find a better hotel experience for future holidays, thats for sure!!!

Honestly nothing we didnt like. We would come back in a heartbeat!!!

Συνολικά, μια πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία που μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Beautiful building, very helpful staff - loved the spa on the roof. The indoor small pool is so lovely and the massage I booked was amazing. Breakfast was great.

Our sun umbrella on the roof terrace was broken, but breakfast was taken off our bill to compensate - which was a lovely surprise.

Truly excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, both before and during our stay. The pool downstairs was able to be booked for a private swim at no extra charge, which was very nice despite also having the hot-tub on the roof. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Chania old town.

The only real downside was the parasol on the roof couldn't be moved, and so we were unable to make good use of the sun-loungers. I like to spend time reading in the shade too, and that was difficult without adequate shade.

Everything was amazing. From the rooms (clean and well equipped) to the whole crew who were very friendly and helpful ❤️ we got the breakfast which was very delicious and diverse. A special note to the architecture of the hotel. highly recommended.

The hotel is in an excellent central location but off the main busy areas and in a very quiet location. The staff are fantastic and very attentive and make the stay most enjoyable. We had breakfast included and it was very good as well. The hotel restaurant is also excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Chania.

L’accueil était d’une grande qualité, avec une équipe mobilisée pour rentre notre séjour agréable. La chambre était belle et confortable, l’emplacement était sympathique au cœur de Chania et à proximité de beaucoup de cafés et restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. Le restaurant (le soir, en supplément) est également très bon [mais la carte n’est pas forcément adapté pour les enfants].

Nous étions dans l’autre bâtiment donc n’avons pas profité du cadre magnifique (c’était écrit, pas de surprise). Notre chambre donnait sur la rue donc nous avons un peu subi l’ambiance des bars voisins.

Gorgeous room, very helpful staff, extremely comfortable stay. Located in the heart of the old town but on a very quiet street. My friends used the spa services and enjoyed them very much. We weren't able to fit in our pool time unfortunately but it's a great amenity.

Veldig bra frokost, som vi kjøpte utenom. Vi fikk ha rommet litt lengere ved utsjekk, det var også fint.

Det var veldig kaldt vann i spa-badet, og ingen steder å varme seg etterpå. Det ble derfor en kald fornøyelse.

Yakuzi could have been a bit more private. Bad sound proof from the hallway to the room.

Hotel was in a amazing location and staff were very nice. Hotel was new and rooms were very clean.

Building was going on in the morning which was very load. The aircon also is extremely loud i couldn’t sleep with it on. I requested an early check in which they couldn’t garuntee which is understandable but said they would make the room a priority and call me when it was ready but I never recieved the phone call at all. The pool in the spa was also dirty you couldn’t go in.

We had some rain which was pretty loud on the terrace entrance given it is in the roof of the bedroom. As this was overnight it was quite disruptive which we think is a a design fault

Excellent location, just a short walk from the harbour. Comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were well looked after.

Such a gorgeous hotel, beautifully designed!! The honeymoon suite was absolutely stunning with modern touches. Being in the hot tub during sunset was the moment of relaxation that I needed. Thank you to the staff for being so attentive and welcoming.

The balcony fences on the roof top were too transparent. Would definitely prefer not so see-through, for sense of privacy. Also, unfortunately there was construction happening in the building next door. Drilling noise wasn’t exactly what we had hoped for, however the staff made everything they could to make the situation better which was so appreciated.

Spa området er meget lille og vandet er meget koldt. Indretningen af hotelværelset kunne være bedre og designet mere lækkert. Der mangler et skab til tøjet, og det kunne være godt med et større badeværelse, med plads til en håndvask. Der er Tilgengæld to håndvaske på værelset nær sengen. Toilettet er sort og fremstår ikke rent, selv om det lige er gjordt rent.

The location was very central, yet peaceful. The staff in the hotel provided an excellent service, providing us with local knowledge and recommendations. I would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate and idiosyncratic (a good thing) and the staff were accommodating and just the right level of involved. The location is ideal and this was especially the case during the off-season, when we were visiting. The breakfast was also outstanding and filled us up for the entire day. It really felt like a special place. Chania is beautiful and this was a great base for exploration

I wish the Hamam (in the spa) and hot tub (in our room) had been functioning, but this didn't have that big of an impact on the trip.

Lighting in bathroom could be better.

Staff were fantastic. Very engaged and happy to offer assistance in any inquiries. The only drawback was finding parking in high season was extremely challenging in the free area we were directed to. We often had to find paid parking which was very time consuming and difficult. A valet service would be a valuable service. Even the free parking was not close to hotel.

The location and building were spectacular. Food was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly.

The roof top terraces of the penthouse suites lacked the privacy I would have expected. They would have benefited from higher fences between them that were less transparent.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff Very lovely old building. Unfortunately sleek, minimal design lacked any kind of soft chair or furnishing in the room. The air conditioning was controlled at reception. User unfriendly. Despite requesting some warmth we froze. This was particularly bad our first night. The breakfast was good.

Central location, staff were lovely- very attentive.

The style is very minimalist- almost brutalist, it is a monastery theme but a little more cozy would suit us better, but that’s our personal taste.

The hotel was in a great location walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Though small the hotel was well appointed with an indoor pool, spa services and a great restaurant that served an amazing breakfast. My personal favorite was the Cretan breakfast for 2, the yogurt is the creamiest I've ever had. The room was comfortable and spacious and had everything you need. The best part of it all was the staff who went above and beyond providing recommendations and simply ensuring we had the absolute best stay. Huge shout out to Georgina and Maria who made our short time in Chania extra special.

Excellent location, spacious room with a huge bathtub and a nice balcony. Wonderful service – the staff treated us with wine and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Very kind and welcoming. Overall, an excellent experience.

Excellent location, staff super helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy with twice a day room service. Only down side was TV didn't work for 4 days despite being brought to house keeping attention which minor but not a true 4 / 5 star service. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Lo único que resulta muy complicado es aparcar, si el hotel dispusiera de un parking sería ideal. Aparcar en el centro de la ciudad en agosto es una ardua tarea.
