Exceptional stuff - very kind, assisting and friendly. Comfortable room, very clean, very good location. We had a rental car and the arrangement concerning parking was really good.

Das Personal ist sehr höflich und freundlich.

Nous avons adore les équipements de la chambre (TV incroyable, super salle de bain, super clim et literie). L’emplacement était également très bien et adapté à la visite de la ville. Le parking est très pratique (je recommande de le prendre) car il permet d’éviter un stress supplémentaire, il est difficile de se garer dans la Canee.

Camera ampia, molto comoda, cortesia del personale, colazione abbastanza varia e con una buona qualità. Posizione vicinissima al centro senza grandi problemi di parcheggio a settembre.

Andrebbe migliorata la pulizia nelle camere e purtroppo le pareti sono deteriorate dall'umidità il cui odore è anche percettibile. Affaccio non strepitoso ma nel complesso lo consiglierei comunque.

Struttura molto recente,5 Min a piedi e sei nella old Town, poiché già si trova in centro;stanze ampie,di design e servizio di pulizia giornaliero impeccabile. Offre moltissimi servizio degni di un .4 stelle, tra cui, asciugamani e ombrelloni spiaggia gratis e imprescindibile ,data la zona centrale , parking di fronte in un silos.(A pagamento). Impossibile ad agosto non avere parcheggio a Chania Letto comodissimo Colazione continentale buona e varia Personale gentilissimo

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca,la colazione servita in sala reception non è il massimo tra i check-in e checkout

La gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel, la propreté des chambres, la décoration, l’excellent petit déjeuner…. tout était parfait! Nous sommes restés 12 nuits et nous reviendrons!

Micul dejun este cam puțin variat pe partea de sarat, omleta este fada, iar servirea de la ora 8 nu permite celor care fac excursii sa ia masa de dimineață. Într-adevăr exista breakfast boxul oferit de ei, dar nu este cine știe ce doar un Sandwich un fruct un ou și un biscuite pentru 80 de euro de persoana pe noapte ma așteptăm la mai mult sincer. Alesesem hotelul pentru aspectul îngrijit și mic dejun și am plătit mai mult ca să scap de stresul micului dejun prin oraș dar m a dezamăgit.

The Lady that served us breakfast attended to my family well because we had a cancelled flight. Her help made our day stay quite memorable. She also helped us with a bteakfast pack.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment adorable et bienveillant ! Très bon emplacement permettant de se balader dans la vieille ville facilement et petit déjeuner très bon.

Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati durante tutta la permanenza in hotel. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff... sempre gentile e disponibile ad aiutarci con ogni nostra richiesta. La camera era davvero ampia e confortevole e ne abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia quotidiana. La colazione, varia, abbondante e adatta a iniziare al meglio la giornata. Ottima anche la posizione: tranquilla e defilata dal caos cittadino, ma a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Una nota speciale per Fluffy, la simpatica mascotte dell’hotel! 🐱

Struttura accogliente, staff super disponibile e simpatico, posizione bella in centro ma fuori dal caos, colazione in box su prenotazione per chi esce presto la mattina, colazione in loco a buffet tutto molto buono.

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto ma se potessi dare un consiglio fare una convenzione con il parcheggio per poter pagare di meno il parcheggio a giornata o averlo incluso già nel prezzo del soggiorno. Magari negli Appennini dei vestiti sul balcone metterei a disposizione qualche molletta.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, sempre ben pulito e curato. Stanze grandi e dotate di ogni confort. Il personale, tutte gentilissime Colazione varia sia dolce che salato.

Nos encantó estar alojados en este hotel. Ubicación muy buena, habitación muy amplia, cama cómoda y muy limpia, gracias al trabajo de Matula (perdón si no se escribe así) que, a parte de que le gusta lo que hace, y se nota, hace una labor extraordinaria y es encantadora. Todas las mañanas hablábamos un poco con ella y es estupenda como profesional y como persona. Y eso destacamos principalmente de este hotel, las personas, mención especial a Christina, en recepción. No pudo ser más maja, colaboradora, servicial, amable y simpática! Gracias por todo, Christina! También destacamos el maravilloso desayuno buffet, y a la otra Christina de cafetería. Muy abundante y buenísimo. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Une salle très cosy et une magnifique terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner qui était très bien. Dans la ville nouvelle mais à 5 mn à pied de la vieille ville et 10 minutes du port vénitien.

Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόσχαρο να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε τους ζητήσαμε . Πραγματικά νιώσαμε πολύ όμορφα και αν ξαναπάμε Χανιά σίγουρα θα μείνουμε στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.

The property's customer service and communication policies require significant improvement. First, charging for an additional daytime espresso following breakfast felt poor, especially when paying 226 euros per night; it isn't about the money itself, but rather how guests are treated when paying a premium rate. Second, we politely notified with pictures the front desk about several hairs found on our room floor upon checking in—explicitly stating we did not want to change rooms, but simply wanted improved housekeeping the next day. Rather than addressing the issue in person or offering an apology, we were told via a booking that we were free to check out. This dismissive attitude toward valid feedback is entirely unbefitting of a professional hospitality provider. That said, I would like to make an exception for the receptionist who checked us in, who was genuinely kind and professional throughout.

A beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very clean. It is located very central in Chania and an easy walk to the old town and all the main attractions. The room was comfortable and with a lovely balcony!

La struttura è nuova, moderna e ben arredata; curata nei dettagli e ben insonorizzata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’igiene e la pulizia quotidiana. La colazione a buffet è varia e abbondante. La posizione è ottimale in quanto a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità del personale che si è adoperato per soddisfare le nostre richieste da clienti vegani. Ci sentiamo di raccomandare la struttura!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, modern, and recently renovated. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

One downside of the hotel is that it does not have its own parking, and unfortunately, street parking is not available either. This means that guests who arrive by car have to use a private parking facility nearby, which costs €15 per day. This is an additional expense that is worth considering when booking, especially if you are travelling by car.

Tive uma excelente experiência no Epavli Grace Hotel. A localização é muito boa, a poucos minutos a pé da Old Town de Chania. O pequeno-almoço é variado, com produtos variados e locais. As amenities também merecem destaque, oferecendo tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. O maior ponto forte é, sem dúvida, o staff: toda a equipa é extremamente simpática, atenciosa e sempre disponível para ajudar.

Clean, fresh and comfy hotel with an efficient air con. Perfect quiet location but was still near to harbour area old town. Breakfast was really good and we liked the parking garage option since we had car. Would highly recommend this hotel. Hope to be back one day.

Nicely decorated,very close to the center yet on a calm street,great room design and very good breakfast.

La struttura è centrale, molto pulita, moderna, con belle suites curate nel dettaglio, piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza (acqua in frigo, caffè e thè in camera, accappatoi e ciabatte, prodotti da bagno di buona qualità) e ottima colazione, con tanta scelta sia di salato che dolce. Il personale poi è molto gentile ed attento, oltre che friendly, e non è scontato. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

The location of the hotel was perfect, a 5min walk from the old downtown area of Chania. Nice and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean and big. The bed was very comfortable. Also there was a 15euro a day parking lot across the road which was super convenient. The staff were very kind and welcoming, like a family - next time we come to Chania we will go back here!

Einchecken hat super einfach funktioniert. Wir konnten einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz noch bei Ankunft dazubuchen (15€/Tag). Man hat richtig gemerkt, dass man im Urlaub ist. Man bekommt beim ersten Frühstück unfassbar leckeren Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine kostenlos dazu und das Buffet hatte für jeden etwas vorbereitet, süß und salzig war reichhaltig. Es wurde immer aufgefüllt und auch das Personal ist unfassbar aufmerksam. An der Rezeption gab es immer frisches gemischtes Wasser mit Früchten umsonst. Es war rundum perfekt! 🩷

Wenn überhaupt, die Aussicht vom Balkon. Aber das ist völlig „unwichtig“.

We had a very pleasant stay. One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its excellent location. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and a wide range of services, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and getting around the city. The staff deserve a special mention for their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. They were always attentive, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious, bright, and have plenty of natural light. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the Smart TV is a nice extra for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast is simple but good. It offers everything you need to start the day, including options such as yogurt, eggs, and other basic breakfast items. For us, it was more than enough and met our expectations perfectly. The hotel also offers access to a private parking facility located directly across the street. Although it is not owned by the hotel and requires an additional fee, its proximity makes it a very convenient option.

The only small drawback we found was that quite a lot of natural light enters the room early in the morning. The blind above the headboard lets in more sunlight than expected, and although the bathroom door is made of frosted glass, it also allows daylight to pass through. As a result, we tended to wake up as soon as the sun came up. Aside from this minor detail, everything else was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel molto carino, accogliente e curato. La posizione è ottima: in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Chania, permettendo di visitare la città senza dover usare l’auto. La colazione è buona e offre tutto il necessario per iniziare al meglio la giornata.

Non dimenticheremo mai i sorrisi e i consigli su cosa fare e vedere dateci da Eleni, Christina e Galena (Reception). Menzione speciale anche per Christina (colazioni) e per la fantastica chef Eleni. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa! Un abbraccio e vi aspettiamo in Italia! P.S.: un ringraziamento anche a Fluffy (la gatta) e al personale del parcheggio convenzionato.

L'albergo è posizionato a circa 10-12 minuti a piedi dal porto veneziano di Chania, davvero molto bello. La stanza era molto bella ed in ottime condizioni. Colazione buona e staff super gentile. Doccia davvero super! Il parcheggio, anche se a pagamento (15 euro al giorno), davvero super comodo.

It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the warm welcome the moment you step inside to the modern yet minimalist design, you immediately feel welcomed and at ease. The room was always spotless, and what we loved most was that the shower, toilet, and sink were all separate. This meant that while one person was using one area, the other did not have to wait. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtful details, such as the towel/clothes hanger on the balcony, were a great addition. The breakfast was exactly to our liking. Having homemade traditional Greek specialties every day was the highlight of our mornings. I cannot wait to return. Our experience in Chania was truly unforgettable, and the hotel made it even more special.

Colazione ottima, varia ed abbondante.

We had a wonderful stay at Epavli Grace Hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, we immediately switched into holiday mode thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, calm and genuinely welcoming, making us feel relaxed from the very beginning. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard, and everything was spotless. The location is another big advantage. It is close enough to the city centre to reach everything easily, yet situated in a quiet area where you can truly relax. We also rented a car. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, they have an excellent arrangement with a secure garage directly across the street, so parking was easy and completely hassle-free. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Ολα καθαρα και τελεια συγουρα θα ξαναπαω οταν παω στη κριτή

Le personnel était très accueillant et souriant, toujours disponible pour nous aider. Une chambre superbe avec une literie confortable. L’emplacement est parfait à 5 minutes du centre et le lieu est très calme.

Le seul petit bémol que nous avons constaté est la présence importante de lumière le matin qui parfois nous réveille , les rideaux et le store ne suffisent pas à stopper la lumière.

מלון נפלא. במרכז העיר. הגענו ל-2 לילות. ממש ממול חניון מסודר ששמנו בו את הרכב תמורת תשלום (שווה. לא להתפשר על זה במידה ואתם עם רכב). הלכנו ברגל לעיר. המיקום נהדר. פקידת הקבלה המקסימה שדרגה אותנו לחדר ממש גדול ונוח ונקי. ארוחת הבוקר הייצה מצוינת. כל אנשי הקבלה היו פשוט נהדרים, יחס חם ומכבד. נהננו מאוד!

Excellent petit déjeuner Personnel très agréables et donne volontiers des suggestions Proche de la vielle ville Chambres très spacieuse avec balcon. Les fournitures sont réapprovisionnées chaque jour (eau, café, etc) Partenariat avec le parking sécurisé vis-à-vis, 15 euro la journée mais vous pouvez entrée et sortir autant de fois que vous voulez. Attention fermé le dimanche mais la réception s'occupe d'ouvrir la porte. Il faut juste laisser les clés du véhicule, très commun en Crête

Chambre très bruyante : on entend la rue devant l'hôtel comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. On entend également le bruit des étages en dessus (chaise, chasse d'eau, douche, etc) ainsi que les bruits du couloir. Chambres également très lumineuse une fois les rideaux fermés. Lumière des miroirs de salle de bain inétreingnale, nombreux interrupteurs avec de la lumière, éclairage surpuissant pour la sortie de secours. Salle de bain particulière, la chambre possède deux toilettes et deux douches chacuns avec sa propre cabine opaque mais la porte donne sur la chambre. Pas d'espace salle de bain à part entière. Si bien que quand vous sortez de la douche vous êtes directement dans la chambre, peut être problématique si vous voyagez avec des amis. Attention contrairement à ce que disent certains commentaire et laisse sous entendre certaines photos, toutes les chambres ne disposent pas d'un jacuzzi. Celle que nous avons louée non et c'est la majorité des chambres.

Our stay at hotel Epavli Grace was incredible and exceeded our expectations. From the cleanliness to the staff hospitality, it was all more than we could ask for. Breakfast was good, and the iced lattes I ordered every morning were delicious. My mother and I were exited to go back to our comfortable hotel room every night, and even more exited to wake up and sit on our balcony soaking in the morning sun. The location was also perfect, not too far not too close to the old town. No complaints, highly reccommend this hotel!

No complaints to be said, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff were attentive and helpful with giving recommendations with our intinerary in Crete.
