Family room is small as it's not clearly mentioned they have one bedroom and for lounge they put sofa bed which is not mentioned in details.

Утром прохладно, голоса птиц, много цветов... Интерьеры - камень тёплых оттенков, дерево, ковры... Завтрак: вполне достаточный выбор для неизбалованного горожанина - зелень. овощи. сыры, оливки колбаска, горячие яйцо или омлет с картошечкой; десерты - мёд, орехи, изюм. курага, бисквиты и ещё напитки ( безалкогольные ). Ресторанчик ( или кафе ) находится на 3-ем этаже с выходом на террасу и видом на городок, Учхисар - лучшее место из всей заповедной округи: возвышенность, бескрайние горизонты, ненавязчивость транспорта, спокойная жизнь гостеприимных жителей. · Location: quiet area, close to views of the surrounding beauty - valleys, mountains, castle. A separate two-storey elegant building surrounded by fruit trees and a green lawn with cozy outdoor furniture. The neighbors are small private houses. The breeze is constantly blowing, there is no heat and stuffiness. It's cool in the morning, the voices of birds, lots of flowers... The interiors are made of warm-hued stone, wood, and carpets... Breakfast: quite a sufficient choice for an unspoiled citizen - greens. vegetables. cheeses, olives, sausage, hot egg or omelet with potatoes; desserts - honey, nuts, raisins. dried apricots, biscuits and more drinks (non-alcoholic). A restaurant ( or cafe ) it is located on the 3rd floor with access to a terrace and a view of the town, Uchkhisar is the best place of the entire protected area: high ground, endless horizons, unobtrusive transport, quiet life of hospitable residents.

Чудесные деревянные потолки в комнатах снабжены детекторами дыма ( противопожарная сигнализация ), расположенными над кроватью. Они мерцают короткими световыми вспышками, которые ночью вообще-то раздражают. Приходилось чем-то закрывать глаза ( это для людей со светочувствительностью ) Можно было бы добавить к раковине стаканчики для полоскания и шапочки для душа.

We chose to stay just outside of Göreme and discovered the Flavia Hotel. It’s only a short taxi ride from the town center, and the hotel itself is warm, cozy, and welcoming. We loved the spa baths in our room and the underfloor heating—a wonderful surprise given how cold it was during our visit. Breakfast was fantastic, with a beautiful selection of both Turkish and Western dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home and really enhancing our experience in Cappadocia. Overall, staying at Flavia Hotel was the highlight of our travels around Turkey!

We loved our stay at Flavia. The staff was exceptional! Seda was especially friendly and helpful. She gave us very good recommendations for restaurants, transports and activities. Thank you Seda! The room was beautiful and comfortable and the Turkish breakfast was very good.

This was our favorite hotel of our whole trip. The small size makes it feel more personal. We loved walking the short distance into Uchisar for dinner. It was much less touristy than Goreme and we really enjoyed our week here.

Notre séjour au Flavia Cappadocia Hotel a été tout simplement parfait ! Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande bienveillance, et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison grâce à tout le personnel. Un immense merci à Çet, qui nous a énormément aidés : il nous a trouvé des vols en montgolfière ainsi que d’autres activités et services à des tarifs imbattables. La chambre était impeccable et idéalement située, à proximité de Pigeon Valley. Le stationnement est facile juste devant l’hôtel ou aux alentours. L’emplacement est calme, apaisant et retiré, tout en restant proche du centre touristique (Uchisar Castle). Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil exceptionnel et leur gentillesse 😊

Excelente opción para visitar Cappadocia. El pueblo es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. El personal ha sido muy atento durante toda la estadía. Llegamos a las 9pm y nos han ayudado en ese horario con la reserva para al otro día realizar el globo! Han sido increíbles. Las instalaciones y desayuno es tal cual se ve en la foto! Súper recomendable!

Loved the clean facility and nice room. Little green garden on property was a lovely place to sit and relax after hot dry day of site seeing. While close to the core of town (10 min walk), it is not in the heart of town which made it quieter which we liked.

La posizione un po fuori dalla cittadina ma con pochi passi a piedi si arriva in piazza. La disponibilità di Seba la ragazza della reception sempre pronta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La colazione buona ed abbondante. il giardino per fare un aperitivo.

Il receptionist ragazzo di cui non so il nome forse neanche si è presentato poco empatico sembrava proprio che non gli piacevamo. Alle 4 ero in attesa che mi passassero a prendere per il giro in mongolfiera lui giocava con la playstation neanche una parola tranne il buongiorno. Non ci hanno rifatto la stanza il primo giorno abbiamo trovato i letti disfatti e i prodotti da bagno mancanti.

Un accueil chaleureux avec un personnel toujours disponible et attentif. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter pleinement de la région. Mention spéciale pour le petit jardin, un véritable havre de paix où il fait bon se détendre après une longue journée de découvertes

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : le petit-déjeuner ainsi que l’accueil au niveau de la cuisine mériteraient plus d’attention. De plus, la position de la climatisation et l’absence de climatiseur dans le séjour peuvent gêner le confort par forte chaleur.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Seda empfangen. Frau Sedan hat uns Informationen aus der Gegend gegeben und war immer über WhatsApp erreichbar. Freunde haben uns spontan besucht, auch die wurden freundlich empfangen. Frühstück war in Buffetform mit verschiedenem Käse, Marmelade frischem Brot, Rührei, getrocknetem Obst uvm. , von allem ausreichend vorhanden und immer frisch nachgefüllt. Personal im Früchstücksbereich waren auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal und ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto ca. 15-30 min. erreichbar. Einige aber auch bsp. Güvercin Valley in 5min und Uçhisar Castle ca 15min zu Fuß in nächster Nähe. Bettwäsche, Zimmer und Hotel im Ganzen war sauber. Es sind wohl zwei Familienzimmer vorhanden. Allerdings mit Klappbett und Ausziehsofa. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern wohl gefühlt.

Alles hat wirklich super gut gepasst bis auf ein Manko, Toilette im Zimmer könnte sauberer sein.

El hotel es epectacular, a solo 8 minutos del centro de Uçhisar. El lugar es encantador. Tiene un jardín precioso acondicionados con sillas y mesas y algún elemento más. La habitación es pespectacular y está muy limpio todo. El desayuno es muy variado. Me gustó, que en este hotel, la sección dulce, es decir los bizcochos y demás, son realmente del día y están calentitos. Si quieres, como el comedor está en la segunda planta, puedes salir a desayunar a la terraza y ver tanto el castillo de Uçhisar como los globos, si han salido ese día. Un aspecto muy importante a destacar, es la predisposición del personal. Una empresa externa, nos canceló la excursión en globo (7 horas antes de la salida) y a pesar de ser las 22:30 de la noche, ellos nos gestionaron la nueva reserva de la excursión tanto con el globo como para hacer la ruta roja, por lo que recomiendo contratar con ellos las excursiones, porque ofrecen garantías y además comodidad a la hora de contratarlas.

Price was amazing for what we got. The place is gorgeous and well maintained. FAR from intercom announcing call to prayer (announces twice in the middle of the night). In other places that was waking us up. QUIET AREA. Clean and SOOO well decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner can be delivered for a very cheap price. Staff was the BEST!!! I had 3 different hotels over 6 nights because I wanted a balloon ride during our stay. We rode morning one but there were several days they didn't run (wind issues). A block away from Pigeon Canyon which is spectacular all lit up at night.

I didn't try to take public transportation yet (turns out to be super cheap and easy) but facility is just a tad bit away from EVERY convenience (though plenty of essentialones). Not a problem since we booked tours and got picked up. Lighting in room a bit dim and outlets are minimal. Shower 🚿 was great everything except had trouble with shower head. This place exceeded expectations and for the price it was the BEST value.

It is located within the quite part of the uchisar but not so far from Uchisar Castle. Goreme town is about 15 min away. Rooms are adequately spacious, breakfast was good. Staff within the hotel was very courteous and helpful.

Interior design looks but gloomy within the room. But it is personal preference. Location is but away from main attractions and activities. But having an own transport or pick up and drop off by activity providers is an alternative.

Staff were nice, breakfast was pretty varied and the rooms were nice. All in all was good for the price.

The power went out a few times while there. Each time it came on within an hour or two but was still not that convenient.

Bardzo ładny hotel – czysto, zadbanie, przed budynkiem piękna, zielona trawa, aż chce się posiedzieć na zewnątrz. W środku przyjemny zapach, wszystko schludne i estetyczne. Obsługa fantastyczna – uprzejmi, pomocni, zawsze uśmiechnięci.

Niestety, duży minus za jacuzzi – po uruchomieniu z dysz wyleciały setki nieczystości. Nie dało się tego wyczyścić, więc służyło tylko jako zwykła wanna.

Лучший прием отеля из всех возможных, администратору Седе отдельная благодарность за такую радушную встречу, организацию дня рождения мужа- завтрак с шампанским и тортом, целым тортом, большим и вкусным, и за то не взяли никаких денег, за фотосессию, организованную Седой, а также за классные фото, за сэндвичи, организованные ввиду раннего отъезда, за внимательность и помощь с любым вопросом. Место уютное очень, если на машине- это очень удобный вариант размещения, если нет- могут организовать любую экскурсию, цены очень приемлемые. Надеемся увидеться снова!!!

La colazione è incentrata sul salato ma questo va a gusti. Mi sarebbe piaciuto sapere alcuni alimenti che cosa fossero, non ci sono cartellini.

Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war der Gegend angepasst. Der Wunsch nach einer zweiten Decke wurde gleich nachgekommen

I stayed at Flavia Cappadocia Hotel for three nights during my birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a more magical, thoughtful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and kindness of the staff set the tone, especially Seda and Chet, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel is tucked away in peaceful Uçhisar, just near Pigeon Valley. It's beautifully designed, calm, and ideally located — close to major sites but away from the crowds. We had a rental car, which made exploring nearby places like Avanos incredibly easy. That town, by the way, is perfect for authentic local food without the bustle. What truly stole my heart was the birthday surprise: rose petals, a handwritten note, and a cake waiting in my room—all done with such care. It was such a touching gesture that I'll never forget. I even hung my first Nazar boncuğu (evil eye bead) in their tree as a token of gratitude and memory. Though the breakfast was modest, the hospitality more than made up for it. The entire experience felt personal, welcoming, and grounded in genuine Turkish warmth. If you're looking for a quiet, enchanting stay in Cappadocia with heart, charm, and soul, this is it.

Flavia Cappadocia Hotel is a charming boutique hotel, centrally located in a quiet area. Able of street parking right out front. Great breakfast and lovely and incredible helpful staff.

L'emplacement très bien pour se balader aux alentours et pas loin de Goreme. A 15 min à pieds du château. Le personnel très gentil et attentionné et on devait partir à 7h30 ils ont fait le petit déjeuner exprès plus tôt pour nous. La chambre très agréable et joliment décorée.

The hotel is nice, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are exceptional, Seda organized our balloon, ATV adventure, pottery visit and green tour. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and fun to talk to. The breakfast is fresh and delicious!

The property is very close to Pigeon Valley, which is breathtaking. However, the immediate surroundings are not attractive.

The hotel was comfortable and charming. The staff there are very accommodating and friendly. We used Hotel Flavia as a base for our 7 day Cappadocia bike-packing tour and its location worked really well. We especially liked the lovely garden, rooftop breakfasts, quiet location and its easy access into Uchisar. We would recommend the Hotel Flavia and given the chance come here again!

Tous les membres du personnel sont très serviables et sympathiques. Les chambres sont vastes et propres. Le bâtiment est beau et situé au calme tout en étant proche de tout.

Le petit déjeuner est très basique pour un établissement de ce prix. L'entretien laisse à désirer : rideaux défaits, lavabo mal fixé...

員工熱情耐心，有求必應，有問必答。男員工還很耐心的幫我找便宜的首飛熱氣球，第一時間給我報價。看到我在花園工作還主動幫我泡咖啡。花園很棒，很適合在午後曬著暖洋洋的陽光看書/工作。房間風格復古，很乾淨！

Struttura nuova molto bella, la pietra ed il legno utilizzati sono in armonia tra di loro ed è arredata davvero con gusto. Colazione dolce e salata molto varia all'ultimo piano dove c'è una bellissima terrazza. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima alla Pigeon Valley.

Die Unterkunft war einfach in jedem Punkt top. Ambiente: Unser Zimmer war geräumig, nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Hotel beeindruckt mit einer sehr schönen Architektur. Die Außenanlage des Hotels besticht durch einen schönen Garten - hier kann man den Tag bei einem Getränk gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Die Lage: Viele Restaurants und der Burgfelsen sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Kappadokiens sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Besitzer und das Personal waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

It’s a really nice hotel, perfect decoration, clean and wonderful. Everybody is really friendly and they helped us giving really interesting information about the area, reccomendations and helping us booking activities and transfers. It is not in the old part of the town, but it gives a nice peace and relaxing situation, being the piggeon valley viewpoint so close. Definetly, totally recommended for a wonderful stay in Capadoccia!

The staff at Flavia are really lovely and were fantastic at helping us book things like transfers, tours and good food. Would love to stay here again! Didn't want to leave at all, regret booking a morning flight. Location is great, next to pigeon valley and 10minutes walk to Uchisar castle. Taxi to Goreme for 250 tl, staying in Uchisar is great to avoid the crowds.

Bella struttura, ben tenuta e ben arredata. Ottima colazione nella sala sul tetto. Staff fantastico, soprattutto Seda, che ci ha aiutato a organizzare attività extra. E ci hanno anche preparato colazione da asporto la mattina della partenza!
