Price was not cheap. Could have accepted failures but poor Room condition. Wanted to relax but TV only showed Egypt channels. No sport or movies. Bedroom Lights hanging off. Tiles broken in room. Dirty walls, wallpaper peeling. No coffee machine. Instant coffee in paper cups at breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Check-in - Fast & easy Parking - Secured barrier parking right in front of room. Room - Steps to first floor was not easy to carry luggage and infant, doors were noisy hinges, AC was concealed near washroom which made washroom ceiling soggy and stagnant smell. A chair or sofa inside room would been good to relax. Breakfast - Continental typical breakfast but menu was repeating without any change. Pool - Well maintained and clean but floor tiles were slippery due to improper maintenance.
Washroom needs proper maintenance. Building completely looks outdated, proper painting and finishing will make this property more appealing A bar restaurant will be an advantage for visitors in oman.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026This is one of the best at salalah, in-fact far better than so called international star hotels in there. In khareef season you have a carnival inside the resort compound itself. Good stay good food very very accommodating and cooperative lovely staffs. You feel the relaxation when you start your check in.

1. بالإمكان تحسين وتطوير نوعية الوجبات المقدمة. 2. قاعة الطعام تعج بحشرة الذباب. 3. الأثاث المستخدم فهو قديم نوعا ما. 4. أروقة المنتجع بشكل عام بحاجة إلى إعادة بناء.

The nearby beach is something I would definitely highlight, and the nearby event was another thing that attracted us. I would also mention that the location is away from crowded areas, which made the stay more peaceful and enjoyable.
Cleanliness wasn’t that good, and some of the facilities were old and showed signs of rust, such as the fridge. The food wasn’t that good either, and I think more attention should be paid to its quality in the future. One of the issues I faced, which I found quite strange, was when I requested two bottles of water at night. My request was rejected, and I was told that I had already reached my complimentary water limit for the day and would have to pay for additional bottles. I refused to pay for something as basic as drinking water, so I ended up driving outside the hotel to buy the water I needed instead.
