The rooftop is not working / they don't serve fooods or organise activities compared to the other Surf Houses in the area. Normally a good common area in a surf house gives you the chance to meet people.

The shower does not drain well and water got everywhere. The tile in the bed room is crazy slippery and so we had to have one person manage the water from flowing into the room as the other showered.

Reviewed May 8, 2023We stayed twice at LaFamilia during our surf-trip in morocco. Our rooms were very nice, clean and confortable, with confortable beds and private bathroom. The property also has a nice terrace with indoor and outdoor chill-out areas and perfect wifi connection. I believe the surfhouse was recently renovated, because everything seemed brand new (wc, beds, linens, walls and doors freshly painted..). Last but not least, the young surfer running the guesthouse is a really nice guy, sweet, friendly and very accomodating. On our last day, he also allowed us to keep our bags in the room and made sure we took an after-surf shower before we left in the late afternoon. Overall, the place has a great value for price, we loved every minute of our stay here and would definetely come back to La Familia when we'll come back to Imsouane.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2023Wonderful place to enjoy surfing. I have been traveling working remotely. Lot of space to work, nice kitchen and common space. Lovely terrace on top, apparently almost the highest one in Imsouane. Place is clean and well kept by amazing people. It's close to both the cathedral and the bay surf spots, you can see people surfing waves at the cathedral from the terrace.
