posto molto carino e curato, stile thailandese, i proprietari sono gentilissimi oltre alla struttura, molto carina, ottima anche la posizione e i servizi offerti. Nel cortile interno, proprio di fianco ad un meraviglioso albero di mango, e' situata anche la loro caffetteria, il caffe' e' buonissimo e di altissima qualita', loro stessi si occupano della tostatura dei chicchi e il proprietario e' un vero appassionato. I loro caffe' sono da provare, anche se non si alloggia nel loro albergo infatti moltissimi turisti vengono anche solo per la caffetteria , io nello specifico poi ho comprato alcuni sacchetti del loro caffe', zona provenienza Chiang Mai e Chiang Rai, che mi sono fatto fare appositamente per la Moka italiana , e riconfermo la qualita' e la bonta' del loro caffe'

I really enjoyed the breakfast options and the cafe with excellent Thai tea connected to the property. The owner was very sweet and kind and even made a delicious homemade breakfast for me when I needed to leave at 7:30 in the morning. The room itself had a very large bed and also a sleek bathroom.

Lovely stay here, very friendly owner, delicious breakfast, excellent location! Provided us with a takeaway breakfast when we had an early tour. Very tranquil feel to the place and very clean. Just wish we had had time for a Pegasus coffee!

Отель небольшой и очень уютный. Находится недалеко от аэропорта. Отель расположен в 2-х минутах ходьбы от центральных улиц города, в самом центре Старого города Чиангмай. До всех храмов можно дойти пешком. На территории растет манговое дерево (удивительно). Хозяева отеля очень радушные. Завтрак по меню (выбрать блюда можно накануне) в виде разных блюд из яиц. На завтрак есть нарезанные фрукты, тосты, масло-джемы, чай-кофе. Завтрак проходит во внутреннем дворике отеля. На территории отеля есть небольшая кофейня, для которой хозяин сам обжаривает кофейные зерна и готовит очень вкусный вареный кофе. Номер небольшой, но уютный. В санузле - душевая кабина. Мы получили большое удовольствия, остановившись в этом отеле. Отель очень советую!

Excellent location - it is within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel is at the end of a little side lane, so it is quiet at night, and your sleep will not be disturbed. Breakfast every morning was a treat. I especially liked the Thai omelette. Mango with sticky rice was served with breakfast which ended the meal on a sweet note. Bottles of drinking water were provided in the room, and these were replenished daily. The hotel is managed/owned by Nom, who is always ready to help, and always has a smile on her face.

I found having to take off my shoes before entering the hotel to be a little inconvenient, but being Asian, I do understand that it is the custom to do this.

Struttura famigliare con camere spaziose e con arredamento thailandese. Letti comodii e malgrado l'albego sia situato in pieno centro essendo in una corte è tranquillissimo. A scelta si può scegliere ogni mattina una colazione differente cucinata al momento. Accoglienza calorosa e la responsabile ci ha aiutato ad organizzare i trasporti per le escursioni e per andare all'aereoporto.

청결도, 조식, 위치, 직원들의 친절함까지 전부 만족스러웠습니다. 조식은 메인 메뉴(6메뉴 중 1택)랑 망고스티키라이스를 디저트로 주시는데 정말 맛있고 푸짐했습니다. 식빵, 과일, 주스 등은 원하는 만큼 알아서 가져다가 먹을 수도 있었습니다. 이 숙소의 가장 좋았던 점은 청결도였습니다. 4일 묵는 동안 방에서 벌레를 단 한 마리도 보지 못 했습니다! 사장님도 엄청 친절하시고 위치도 완벽하니 치앙마이에 오신다면 이 호텔 추천드립니다.

Decor of the room. Big bed but not so comfortable

Not a Boutique Hotel by any means. Felt more like a cheap motel. The fact that the property was locked by padlocked gate after 22.00 Expensive for what it was. Would have paid more to stay at a proper boutique hotel.

The owner and the team are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and homemade with many options. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the facilities are very charming and well decorated.

Lovely, idyllic and quaint hotel in the middle of the old town of Chiang Mai. A lovely couple who own the hotel and give very personal attention to each visitor. The husband runs a small coffee shop and he roast coffee beans himself. This give the courtyard a lovely coffee smell. They have laundry service and good breakfast.. The place is highly recommended.

Perfect hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Chiang Mai. It was very clean, our hosts were super friendly, the room was spacious and we had a good time. Plus: they have a separate coffee roaster on their property, where you can get perfect coffee (need to pay separately but worth it). Would definitely come back.

Posizione perfetta nel cuore di Chiang Mai ma in un cortile interno tranquillissimo senza rumori. Struttura pulitissima e accogliente. Ottima colazione, con 6 piatti combinati a scelta, soprattutto salati, servita nel giardino. La proprietaria è una persona gentile e disponibile. Stesso all'interno del cortile, c'è un minuscolo bar appartenente alla famiglia che fa un espresso con caffè locale tosato dal proprietario stesso davvero eccezionale.

Loved the authentic Thai feeling it had to it! It was warm, welcoming and very clean. I addition, the breakfast was much more than we were expecting! Fabulous Thai food for breakfast, like who could ask for more!! Location is perfect as close to the night market and many restaurants and cafes. Another nice touch is that there is also a lovely cafe and roastery on the property called the Pegasus.

Very friendly staff, the coffee shop was amazing! Loved the fact that they roast their own beans. Bed was comfy if a bit on firm side. Very quiet at night and very walkable to many things. Breakfast included was delicious with lots of options.

Absolutely lovely! This place feels like a warm and welcoming home, staff is very kind and helpful, here you will truly enjoy! Breakfast was 👌👌 thaifood breakfast was superb, clean rooms and very central, this place is perfect! 👍 If you love coffe, Pegasus coffe (connected to the hotel) shop serves the best coffe I have tasted!

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It's not luxurious in the pompous sense but very clean and comfortable, the rooms are beautiful, all the staff endeavour to make everything run as smoothly as possible and that worked really well. For example, I arrived at the hotel far too early, but because the room was already available and clean, I was allowed to move in right away. The manager also made me extra vegan food for breakfast. That's the nicer kind of luxury. There are all the shops nearby and if you're looking for a really good restaurant for lunch or dinner, you should of course go to ‘So Sood’ just down the road. Just a great stay.

The homie atmosphere and the bed and breakfast vibes make this hotel a standout. The courtyard with a koi pond and coffee shop really make our stay an unforgettable experience. Our hosts were so nice and they cooked us the best breakfast ever!!!

The bed was a little stiff for western standards and the room only came with a TV with cable.

The location is very good because inside the old town.

Not very friendly for those who got big luggage and heavy bcoz need to climb the staircase. We need to walk all the way inside the alley to get into the premise. Layout inside the room is just a nice room, I don't really like the location of the closet in front of the toilet making the alley very narrow.

Rooms were really nice. Great position .breakfast was limited with only cooked options available .no cereal or yogurt.had a problem with the toilet which took 3 days to fix. The courtyard could be lovely but currently filled with a car and motorbikes. Poor owners dog was roped up a lot.

From the moment you step foot on the property, you can tell a lot of time, attention to detail, and love is put into the hotel and coffee shop. The owners are a very sweet family who make you feel welcome and like you’re a part of the family. Their excitement to share Thailand with you, makes your stay a delight. Some of the best food we ate every morning at this hotel and hands-down the best coffee in all of Thailand is served here if you’re lucky you might even get a pet a cute little bulldog or have your coffee next to the Koi fish while you watch the mangoes and the birds up in the trees above. The rooms are extremely clean and relaxing. The bathrooms are outstanding, and the showers are warm. I cannot wait to come back next year and spend another week with the sweetest family in all of Thailand.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. They had a separate coffee bar with great coffee. Location was great in terms of walking around the city. The choice of furniture and hotel decor was beautiful.

This is was an excellent stay and it is a family run business. It is in the heart of chiang mai. Tons if restaurants, coffee shops and massage clinics near by. The morning breakfast is great and you choose from her menu. She is very accommodating and the husband runs the coffee shop. Great coffee. They have a mango tree and a nice dog too. She can suggest places to see and organize taxis too if you need.

Had a great stay here in October. The hosts were lovely - helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, home cooked each day with love (have the Pad Kaprow, the holy basil is grown on the premises). The small coffee shop on site was a fantastic addition, particularly as we could see the blending/roasting taking place in the mornings.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but this is a minor gripe.

A perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai. Central to temples, markets, coffee shops, and restaurants, all in walking distance. The husband and wife who run the coffee shop and hotel are very friendly and helpful. The patio area is perfect for relaxing with a coffee or eating breakfast. Beds are firm and the area was fairly quiet. The breakfast was very, very good and filling. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is amazing! It was our first time ever in Thailand and this small quiet family owned hotel cottage was an absolute dream! The family is incredibly friendly and really goes above and beyond to make your stay perfection! Add on the breakfast! It is a limited menu but all do authentic and fantastic! A perfect way to start off every morning! Everything is walking distance with a 711 less then 5 minutes away! The AC worked great and everything was so clean! A simple room perfect to sleep and get out and wonder. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

From the moment we got there, everyone was so nice! The room was clean, bathroom was perfect (love how the shower is separated by a glass wall from the rest of the bathroom. The location was great too! They even gave us fresh beautiful flowers for our honeymoon🥰 I highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent place to stay if you prefer a quite place but still close to restaurants and shops. It is not located on the main street, but it a is huge plus. We had very good breakfast, in Thai type of food. It is not a buffet style but it is still very nice and you get sticky rice mango every morning. Room is very spacious with good air conditioning and amazing view at evening. Near by there is tourist center, souvenir shop, restaurants. Enough bikes parking place and it also has a excellent coffee shop that people are coming from outside to drink

Charming oasis in the heart of Chaing Mai! Proprietors are devoted to guest comfort and relaxation. Home-made breakfasts are delicious and enjoyed in a beautiful courtyard. Their coffee shop “Pegasus” makes awesome drinks from beans roasted on site! Would stay again in a heartbeat 😊

Wonderful guest house in a quiet private courtyard set back from the road. Great location to explore Chiang Mai. Nom and her family make the stay memorable, great breakfast and helpful suggestions on what to do and explore. They kindly helped us organise a day trip with a driver which was highly appreciated! We were made to feel welcome from the time of check in by Nom and her daughter. They were extremely helpful with our questions and went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Nom cooks a lovely Thai breakfast according to your tastebuds, rooms are simple but very clean and the front area of the hotel is truly a nice place to escape to, away from the busy streets of old town. The cafe provides well for guests and tranquillity sets in, before venturing out to see another formidable temple. A stay at this hotel is highly recommended.
