Questa volta ho avuto una brutta esperienza con la LAUNDRY, ho fatto lavare una maglietta che non mi hanno riconsegnato perchè non avevano il deposito sul mio conto. Mi capita spesso di far lavare degli indumenti, l' importo era molto basso (150CNY) ma non mi hanno reso la maglietta sino a che non ho pagato. Molti altri hotel fanno pagare importi bassi al check-out anche senza deposito.

这次出差选择入住上海虹桥希尔顿酒店，整体体验非常满意，尤其是前台接待员ANDERS的服务让我印象深刻，必须专门写一段话表扬一下。 抵达酒店时正值客流高峰，但ANDERS依然保持着从容的微笑和专业的态度。他不仅快速准确地为我办理了入住手续，还主动询问了我的出行目的，得知我是商务出差后，贴心地提醒了行政酒廊的开放时间以及早餐厅的高峰时段，方便我合理安排行程。整个沟通过程中，他的语气温和、目光真诚，完全没有机械式的流程感，让人觉得是被真正关心着的。 更让我感动的是第二天退房时的细节——因为赶飞机比较匆忙，我不小心把充电器落在了房间，ANDERS发现后第一时间联系到我，并协调礼宾部妥善保管，还主动提出可以快递寄回。这种超出预期的服务意识，正是高端酒店最珍贵的软实力。 从入住到离店，ANDERS用行动诠释了什么叫“宾至如归”。五星级的硬件很多酒店都有，但像他这样发自内心为客人着想的服务态度，才是真正让人愿意再次光顾的理由。下次来上海，这里依然是我的首选。

I needed to catch an early morning flight and could not make it to the hotel’s regular breakfast buffet. When I consulted the front desk about this problem, Velka gave me detailed instructions on the packed breakfast policy without impatience. She specially reminded the kitchen team to prepare a portable and filling breakfast pack including milk, whole wheat bread and fresh fruits suitable for travel. When I checked out, Velka told me the least crowded walking route to the airport terminal and reminded me about the restrooms near the boarding gate. As a front desk employee, she never treated guests’ trivial demands as troublesome and offered genuine, personalized service instead of rigid standard replies. The professional service represented by Velka improves the brand image of Hilton a lot. All travelers via Hongqiao should book this hotel, and you can always trust Velka with your requests.

這次出差入住上海虹橋國際機場希爾頓酒店，必須好好表揚前台員工Velka，整趟入住體驗因為她細緻負責的服務變得格外安心。退房趕著搭飛機離開，到家之後才猛然發現專用洗面乳遺落在客房，這款護膚品對我十分重要，當下心裡萬分焦急，趕緊致電酒店詢問情況。 接聽電話的Velka十分耐心安撫我的情緒，立刻對應客房清掃人員查詢，很快回覆已經撿獲洗面乳，妥善收納在前臺失物保管櫃，並細心登記好物品資訊，反覆囑咐我前來領取的細節，若是不便親自到店，也可以協助溝通快遞寄送事宜。 Velka待人親切有耐心，做事謹慎踏實，拾金不昧的態度讓人倍感暖心，足以見得酒店員工的服務素質極高，日後往上海出差依舊會優先選擇這間酒店，大力推薦。

仕事の会議のため外国の同僚と共に宿泊しました。同僚は中国語が話せず、チェックイン手続きに戸惑っていたところ、Velka様が自ら進んで流暢な英語で対応してくださいました。会員特典、ルームキーのルール、虹橋交通ターミナルへの行き方を一つずつ分かりやすく解説し、外国人宿泊者に必要な入国届け出の注意点まで漏れなく説明してくれました。夕飯のお店を聞いた際には好みに合わせたレストランを紹介し、予約まで代行してくださいました。専門知識がしっかりしてマナーも洗練されており、国際ホテルらしい接客で同僚に中国旅行の良いイメージを持ってもらえました。Velka様の素晴らしい対応に心より感謝し、今後の海外出張でもこちらのホテルを選びます。

Awesome location and great rooms. Nice clean hotel with a good gym and nice facilities. The restaurants were a nightmare manager on duty has no people skills but besides that great hotel.

I arrived at the hotel at approximately 7:00 p.m. after a long day of travel and was simply looking for a quick dinner. Unfortunately, my options were very limited. One restaurant offered an authentic Chinese menu that was difficult for a foreign traveler to navigate, while the Western restaurant appeared to be open but had virtually no guests inside. After waiting to be seated, I was eventually told that although I could have a table, the wait for food would be at least one hour, and possibly longer. Given that the restaurant was nearly empty, this was both surprising and disappointing. I then spoke with the front desk, where the manager on duty simply responded that "that's just the way it is" without a apology, without offering any alternative solution or assistance. I travel extensively around the world and stay at Hilton properties regularly. This is the first time I have experienced a situation where a guest arriving in the early evening could not reasonably obtain dinner or receive any meaningful assistance from hotel management. While I understand that operational challenges can occur, I would have expected a Hilton property to provide better guest service, whether through expedited dining, room service alternatives, recommendations, or some other reasonable solution. Instead, I was left feeling that my concerns were dismissed. I hope you will review this experience so that future guests do not encounter the same situation.

До терминала 2 пришлось вызывать такси и оно ехало 15 минут - как бы аэропорт стоит на взлетной полосе , но до терминала даже и не все водители разбираются сразу как доехать . Можно было и в центре остаться и за 30 минут доехать . Брала этот отель думала выходишь из него и сразу аэропорт .

Персонал слегка пафосный и совершенно не коммуницирует с сообщениями через Booking. Написал, что встаю в 5 утра и попросил в сообщении подготовить документы на выписку, но они его просто не прочитали. Сказали, что сообщения от интегратора они не просматривают. В итоге из 5 часов на сон потерял час вместо того, чтобы отдыхать.
