オーナーさんとのやりとりがとてもスムーズかつ、丁寧で安心して滞在できました。

民宿位于江南区，距离地铁站很近，很方便，虽然是单人床，但是有另外的床垫可以放地上，所以两个人一起住宿也不觉得拥挤，比预想得要好很多，房东也能够及时回复信息，是一次很好的住宿体验，推荐！

9号線彦州駅　3番出入口から近く、一般のアパートのワンルームで、ソウルの住民になってようで😀ワクワクして、ホテルとはまた違う体験できて楽しかったです^_^ 大型冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、IH調理器、電気ポット、洗濯機、キッチンが完備されていて、壁一面、白い扉でスッキリ収まっていて、キッチンには食器、フライパン、調味料まであり、シンク下には洗濯洗剤も置いてありました。 洗浄器付きトイレとシャワールームは仕切りがあります。 ベッドの他にマットレス、寝具あり、2人宿泊できそうです。 アイロンも置いてありました。 オーナー様は常駐ではないので、メールで何か質問するとすぐに答えて頂けて、フレンドリーな方でした^_^ 住んでみたいなぁ、と思えるお部屋でした♪

お部屋に関して特にないのですが、アパート前の道が急な坂になってるので、雪降ったり、凍結すると危ないなぁと思いました。 9号線は急行列車と一般列車があり、彦州駅は一般しか止まらないので、利用される方は案内をよくみて乗車されるといいと思います。

깔끔한 숙소~ 들어서자마자 따뜻하게 데워진 숙소 안! 웰컴하는 기분에 너무 감사했습니다! 역에서도 가까워서 숙소에 금방 도착해서 편안하게~~~ 잘 쉬었어요! 12월에 또 오는데 예약이 불가인게 아쉬워요!

나쁜 점은 결코 아니구요!!!! 쓰레기봉투가 싱크대 서랍장에 있는 걸 모르고 쓰레기를 어떻게 챙기나..고민하느라 고생했어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 비품들이 어디있는지도 안내에 같이 써두시면 저같이 미련한 시림한테 큰 도움이 될 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ

わからないことがあるとオーナーさんがこまめに連絡をくださりとても安心できました。また設備がしっかり整っていて床暖房も完備。寒い思いもせずにとても快適に泊まることができました。中心地へのアクセスも簡単。立地的に坂は多いですが散歩コースとしては申し分ありません。ベッド以外にもマットレスの布団があるのでお二人でも泊まることができそうです。また大きな冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、ドライヤー、服のアイロン、物干し竿、洗濯機(洗剤柔軟剤等も)、食器一式、用意してくださっているのでとても助かりました。アメニティはシャンプー、ボディソープ、石鹸、洗濯洗剤、柔軟剤、調味料等がありました。iphoneの充電器があったのも助かりました！(コンディショナーと歯磨きはありませんので忘れずに)

ほぼ申し分ありませんが強いていうとすればシャワー室の換気扇が少し劣化？しているような気もしましたが全体的に清潔でした。

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, available all the time with prompt replies. The apartment had everything you needed, air conditioner was very handy in September.

It's a nice little apartment in a good location, only a few minutes away from the subway station. The host was also friendly and responsive to messages through the Booking app.

The apartment was in the perfect part of Seoul, not too busy but convenience stores are still around. The metro is about 5 minutes away and the apartment was very clean when I arrived and was warm. I had a lovely 3 week stay in the apartment and was very comfortable. Host was very quick to respond to my concerns and questions. I would book again.

The property was extremely convenient and easy to find. It was very quiet and I never heard neighbors except for their door chimes. It serves the role of a small hotel room only with a kitchenette, washer, a lot of storage cabinets, cutlery, and spacious fridge/freezing (plus, much cheaper prices than a hotel). The host will respond quickly and resolve any issues immediately.

I had trouble putting the front code into the entrance door, but this may have been a personal mistake. The host helped me resolve this quickly and there were no further issues.

The location is perfect and the host is really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. This place is worth every penny. I will come back for sure.

The location was great, near the metro station and it was quiet despite the traffic outside. The host was very nice and great. I will definitely book it again when I get back to Seoul.

Studio in a calm residence, at 3-5 min from subway ans buses stations. It is very clean with good shower and air conditionner. There are a lot local restaurants and café around.

Good facilities, clean, nice bathroom and shower, own washing mashine, a guide to find the location.

Everything was perfect.

The flat’s location was perfect! Just 5 minutes to buses and metro stations and so much shops nearby.. It had all the amenities u need, as i was in korea for medical purposes, it was necessary for me to have a kitchen and wasing machine. It was also very clean and comfortable. The host was very patient enough to guide me and answer all my queries during my stay. Perhaps next time, to provide a small broom or hoover for cleaning mostly if the guest is staying longer than a week as I stayed for 16 days. I needed to maintain the cleanliness of the flat. Would totally recommend this host.

Sometimes you can smell “cigarette smoke” coming from the toilet vent (most prolly from other flats) other than that, nothing! It was perfect for me.

Overall a great, comfortable place. Everything I needed was already there, the host was very responsive and made sure to provide all the useful information about the apartment and appliances. Had a great time here and would gladly stay longer if I had more time in Seoul
