Suggested Feedback King-Size Bedroom: The king-size bedroom was unnecessarily large, resulting in inefficient cooling performance of the air conditioner. A more optimised room size or a higher-capacity AC would improve comfort. Bathroom Flush: The toilet flush in the king-size bedroom's bathroom was not functioning properly and requires maintenance. Twin Bedroom Layout: The beds in the twin bedroom were positioned facing the Qibla. As this may be uncomfortable for Muslim guests, it is recommended to arrange the beds in a different direction wherever possible. Hall/TV Lounge: The hall/TV lounge was relatively small and could be expanded or better arranged to provide a more comfortable common area for guests.

I like all of them...cleanlines....the room...the pacilities.....i like all of them.....

The reception staff and the helping staff were really helpful. The rooms was also specious.

The both toilet flush was in broken condition. Room was not clean enough.

I don’t like any thing regarding this hotel.

Doors are broken, cupboards are broken, washroom are not clean, staff is not cooperative, and wifi service is soo low.

There was no breakfast. Poor WIFI Connection

old but value for money we stay only one night good for family who want to cook

This hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in Madina. Exterior look may not impress many. But the moment you check in, the story is entirely different. Good staff, facilities, clean, prompt room srrvice, etc.

Hotel is neat and clean, with a friendly reception

The location of the place is not known by many drivers, you have to book a Careem or Bolt to reach the exact location. A landmark nearby is Al Yahyawi Mosque, few drivers know about it

Hhmm the elevators were slow. But, I feel that can be neglected keeping in view the above facilities I mentioned.

The staff are gentle, apartment is clean, and good location.

the bed sheets are not clean

Location easy to Masjid Nabawi but not walkable. Spacious rooms and good worth for money, Free parking available but limited so reserve early.

Apartment residence not an hotel, so there was no towels and water available. Staff hardly speaks English.
