This place had everything I look for, with excellent facilities and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist whenever needed. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant offered a fantastic menu with a great variety of options, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is very convenient, with easy access to both Hikkaduwa Beach and Turtle Beach. It is also a great location for visiting nearby attractions such as Galle Fort and the Madu River. The kitchen is well equipped with the necessary tools, which made it very convenient for preparing our own meals.

The hot water shower did not work properly, which was a little inconvenient.

Large room great location

zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Badezimmer sauber.

Der Boden im Zimmer war nicht sauber. Der Zug fährt direkt an den Zimmern vorbei, somit wacht man jedes mal auf wenn einer durchfährt. Teilweise vibriert das Bett sogar. Das Frühstück ist im zugehörigen Restaurant, was auf der anderen Straßenseite ca. 100m weiter ist. Frühstück nicht gut, toastscheiben, eingepackter schmelzkäse und irgendwelche würste die nicht gut schmecken. Da hätten wir für den Preis wahrscheinlich ein besseres Hotel mit besseren Frühstück gefunden.

Świetna lokalizacja, pokoje w rzeczywistości są dużo większe niż na zdjęciach, bardzo przestronne i czyste. Całkiem przyjemny basen na dachu.

Hotel jest położony obok linii kolejowej co powoduje lekki hałas gdy przejeżdża pociąg, ale nie jest mocno uciążliwe.

Все было великолепно. Хороший, отзывчивый персонал. Удобное расположение отеля. Номера большие,просторные. Бассейн на крыше -топ. Рядом супермаркет. Всем советую.

The staff specially the counter people not flexible as to the customer requirement, highly disappointed. We just wanted to change a room since it's available but they denied. Restaurant food not up to the standard - Dinner

The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with good hygiene standards. A refrigerator is provided in the room. Wi-Fi is available, although I did not use it. There is a supermarket and a bar located close to the hotel, which is very convenient. The property also has an open rooftop garden–style area. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a large open space in front of the room that guests can use comfortably. Even after check-out, they kindly allowed me to use the rooftop and the car park, which I really appreciated.

The pool is not cleaned. Please don't use it. They have a separate restaurant near the beach. But it is not looking good. The price was very high.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean and less crowded, making it quiet and comfortable. The elevator was very convenient for baggage movement, and the parking area felt safe and secure.

Very cool and clean hotel apartment. AC in the entire apartment besides the bathroom. Spacious and comfortable living room an kitchen. From the balcony can view the train tracks and passing trains. Across the street is the beach, and not far from the turtle beach. Lovely but fairly small roof pool, and plenty of space to sunbathe.

No hot water in the shower, it was just what I would call not too cold.

Great hotel, loads of space and very comfortable. Ashame the bar wasn’t open, but not major. Location was excellent, so close to a good beach and near the turtles.

We went in 6 pax and booked two rooms. Both rooms were beautiful but the family room is something else!! It’s something else, like a hall but so comfy and gives homey feelings. The restaurant is across the street but their food was amazing too! Staff was so friendly and helpful at all times.

Not that I didn’t like but the restaurant was separate and across the street. And the toilet shower design didn’t make sense but it’s all good. 😊

Very good location, Perfect room service- daily cleaning, we have been very satisfied with room service. Personal was also great and polite. Breakfast was boring because every day same menu also breakfast service can be better but for price i will say it is ok

Worst thing: That Train, that’s is horrible every day from 4am they start running around hotel it is really playing on nerves. Next thing is Insects, DO NOT OPEN WINDOWS OR BALCONY AT NIGHT?!!! Never !!! Gigantic cockroaches waiting for opportunity to fly inside , maybe will be not bad to install nets.

Breakfast was off site. Thought I had booked breakfast with the room but it wasn't included. The room was HUGE!! Bed was extremely comfortable as we're the pillows. Great location in Hikkadua

Nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and well maintained. Location was good and everything was accessible given the market was pretty close.

The restaurant is not located in this building and it requires bit of a walk from the hotel.

No have early Breakfast 🍳, it's starting 8.30a.m, I recommend have to start breakfast 🍳 around 7 a.m.

Perfect location. A perfect super market, ATMs, a money exchange place, nail studio, decent enough spas, restaurants are all just seconds away. Chef at their Refresh restaurant is fantastic!! There is also a young tall and fair steward who excel all others in the restaurant!!! Their grilled fish is finger-licking good !!! Will go again !!! Highly recommend!
