The location was perfect! Everything else exceeded our expectations. Things I usually have low standards for in a hotel, even in the US were outstanding like the water temperature and pressure were great. The air conditioning was not limited like a lot of the hotels in Europe. Cleanliness is my number one priority and this hotel was immaculate. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating . I would highly recommend staying here.

The property is located in a very central place right near main attractions like Spanish Steps a Birds Eye view away.

The property had some minor short comings as they’re still finding their feet as it’s relatively new. However, once issues are highlighted they’re responsive and seek to remedy the situation at hand politely.

Beautiful inside and great location

The location was fantastic—right near the Spanish Steps and surrounded by plenty of long-established restaurants. Rome was experiencing a scorching heatwave near 40Cer degree, but the room cleaning was prompt, allowing us to pop back in and rest whenever we needed. Additionally, despite being on a main avenue, double-glazed windows kept the room remarkably quiet, so we stayed in great health throughout our stay.From the doormen and front desk staff to the housekeepers, everyone was kind and friendly. The concierge recommended great local restaurants in advance and flawlessly handled reservations for places that could only be booked by phone. Furthermore, when I missed my connecting flight in Singapore due to my own mistake and had to cancel our first night at the last minute, the hotel graciously treated it as a standard free cancellation out of goodwill.Every single team member truly put themselves in the guest's shoes and went above and beyond. I can recommend this hotel with absolute confidence.スペイン広場の近くで、近隣に老舗レストランも沢山あり、ロケーションは最高でした。40℃近い猛暑のローマでしたが、部屋のクリーニングは迅速で、何時でも部屋で一休みすることが出来ました。加えて、大通り沿いにも係わらず二重窓などで静寂さが保たれ、体調を崩すことも一切ありませんでした。ドアマン、デスククラーク、ハウスキーパー等、スタッフは、皆、親切でフレンドリー。コンシェルジュは、事前にお勧めレストランを紹介、電話予約しか出来ないお店も完璧に予約してくれました。更には、当方のミスで、シンガポールでの乗り継ぎ便に乗り遅れ、宿泊初日を急遽キャンセルせざるを得なかったにも係わらず、ホテル側の好意で、通常キャンセル扱いとし、無料にしてくれました。何から何まで、客側の立場に立って、行動をしてくれる素晴らしいホテルでした。自信をもって、お勧め致します。

I was slightly concerned that the hairdryer plug wasn't connecting properly.ドライヤーのプラグの接続が良くなかったのが少しだけ気になりました。

Our stay included free breakfast, which was our favorite part. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The accommodations were amazing and the beds were super comfortable. Loved every minute of our stay!

Alles, niets op aan te merken. Iedereen was super vriendelijk, enorm hulpvaardig en deed er alles aan om het verblijf fantastisch te maken. Prachtige, luxueuze kamer in schitterend gerenoveerde Palazzo op toplocatie. Kwalitatief en heel verzorgd ontbijt met bediening op de kamer en met vrije keuze van producten. Wij komen zeker terug en raden dit hotel aan iedereen aan!

We loved our stay at Palazzo Goldoni. We were looking for a hotel that could accommodate our family within one room in a central Rome location and absolutely hit the jackpot with this property. It is virtually brand new - lovely clean and recently remodeled rooms with a simple but modern aesthetic, plush and comfortable beds, a cosy but luxurious bathroom with a relaxing overhead shower, and the most beautiful and impressive continental breakfast spread delivered to our room each morning. The location is perfect. A stone’s throw from the Spanish steps, a few mins walk to the Trevi Fountain, yet situ in a posh shopping district with all of the top designers just footsteps away. Restaurants and cafes galore. I was actually hesitant to give this rave review for fear of revealing a hidden gem! Stefano and the hotel relations team were fantastic. They truly made us feel welcome and rolled out the red carpet to assist with our every need.

I found the lack of a lounge area for computer work or business discussions lacking, and the breakfast selection was rather limited for a hotel of this level. Otherwise, everything was great.

החופשה היתה פשוט נוראית ולא קיבלנו שום תמורה ביחס לתשלום הכל כך גבוה! הרגיש כמו חדר מגורים משותף! החדר ממוקם בצמוד למטבח( קיר משותף) וכל בוקר החל משעה 5.00 יש רעש בלתי סביר שהעיר את כל המשפחה וממשהרס לנו את החופשה. את טרקלין ארוחת הבוקר מיקמו בין כל חדרי הקומה מה שלא איפשר לשוחח כלל כי זה הפריע( ובצדק) לכל הלנים בחדרים. הצוות עודכן מהיום הראשון אך לצערי לא ראה לנגד עיניו את הלקוח

מאוד מבאס שהמלון היה מודע מהיום הראשון לחוזר שביעות הרצון, ואף העובדים השונים הצדיקו אותנו, ועדיין לא נתנו לנו שום מענה והותירו אותנו עם חוסר שביעות רצון מאוד גדול.

Very central location. Felt safe at night. Room was large and airy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

These are very minor things: the sensor light on the wardrobe goes off when you get up at night disturbing the sleep of the other occupant of the bed, there is a little bit of street noise at night and, when we we there, construction noise around 5.30am. Neither of these really bothered us but might if you were sensitive to noise.

The breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and had an excellent taste. They made box breakfast for us on the mornings that we had to leave early. The hotels location was excellent with plenty of shopping and restaurants

The location is excellent, especially for those who intend shopping at the high-end stores of Via Condotti or walk to some of the touristic sights around. Large, clean, bright room, with lots of space to keep everything. Staff is very polite and attentive, as well as the breakfast attendants.

We don’t like to have breakfast in the room; and furthermore, you must tell them the day before, what you want from the menu and what time you want it served. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the towel rack was much to high for me to reach. You must ring to open the front gate after 8 pm. No lobby, no sitting area, no bar.

The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with recommendations and any requests we had. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and everything was exactly as described. We appreciated the combination of historic charm and modern comfort. We highly recommend Palazzo Goldoni Condotti Collection to anyone visiting Rome and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

A wonderful little boutique hotel near the Spanish Steps. Perfectly located, yet still quiet — an oasis in the middle of the chaos. The staff were incredibly friendly and always approachable; every request was fulfilled immediately. Breakfast served in the room was of excellent quality, and it was astonishing how perfectly punctual everything was. The rooms are furnished in a very stylish and understated way; the unique coffered ceilings and the old doors have been beautifully and harmoniously integrated into the luxurious simplicity of the modern design. The rooms were impeccably clean, housekeeping came twice a day, and everything still felt very new. Overall, the entire experience was simply incredibly well thought out — including the price. We will definitely come back.

Location could not be any better. Very clean room, beautifully furnished, had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. All the staff was super polite and accommodating. Although very central, it was relatively quiet, we enjoyed a good sleep.

Our room was right in front of the reception so we could often hear people coming and going as well as the receptionist’s typing on the keyboard. The bed is comfortable though firm but a choice of softer pillows would be a great upgrade.

Es gibt keine Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Zimmers. Der Frühstücksservice ist unterirdisch. Fast nie wurde das geliefert das bestellt wurde. Mehrfach wurde trotz Anmeldung das Frühstück erst bei Nachfrage geliefert. Der extrem hohe Preis pro Nacht steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem was geboten wird. Es gibt zum gleichen Preis in gleicher Lage wesentlich bessere Unterkünfte (z.B. Relais & Chateau) Fas haben wir leider erst vor Ort festgestellt.

The hotel consists of private suites that are so spacious you feel like you are in a private apartment. The location is superb, at the center of many attractions and very close to the shopping areas. The breakfast spread in the room itself is a great delight. All the staff are lovely and very accommodating, making you feel special during your stay. They even notice the details and arrange mini surprises accordingly; it was my aunt’s birthday and they gave us mini macaroons for her! On the last note, after check-out they let us leave our baggage at the hotel until our departure time. They truly made our stay in Rome special. Thank you to all!

Breakfast spread is great only a minor comment; cheese selection can be a bit wider.
