Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Wunderbares Appartment mit guten Standort. Die Einrichtung ist schön und modern. Es war angenehm ruhig und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Uns fielen nur Minikritikpunkte auf. Wir fänden ein Küchentuch in der Küche und ein extra Handtuch im Bad praktisch. Ausserdem sollte man das Bett ein paar cm in die Raummitte schieben, damit man das Fenster bedienen kann ohne aufs Bett klettern zu müssen. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau denn die Unterkunft ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

A definite plus is a French window into the inner yard with trees, it provides a lot of sunlight into the flat and creates a relaxing atmosphere

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Modern, a szó jó értelmében puritán, nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman, kedves és rugalmas szállásadókkal, remek lokalizációval. A ház belső udvara hangulatos, zöld oázis a környékbeli bérházak között.
A nappaliban található fekvőhely hosszabb tartózkodás esetén nem ideális, és reggel hamar túl világos, szóval emiatt inkább pároknak ajánlanám.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026I stayed with two small kids, and it was very comfortable. It was quite, with plenty of space, clean and fully equipted. Very good bed. It actually exceeded my expectations - it was even nicer and bigger than it looked at the pictures. Outstanding communication with Sergi. Thank you very much, we had a perfect stay, I could totally stay there for much much longer than just 2 nights.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Diese Wohnung war in Wien unsere Rettung. Zentrumsnah, trotzdem sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, Blick ins Grüne der Hofbepflanzungen und nahe zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Außerdem in einem wunderschönen Quartier in Wien gelegen. Der Wohnungsverwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Viel besser geht es nicht. Sehr sehr sehr empfehlenswert.

For further notice to those for whom it may be important: you have to take the stairs to the apartment, and the nearest metro station also doesn’t provide elevator.

Там даже аптечка скорой помощи была, нам она к счатью не понадобилась, но факт её наличия позитивно впечатлил. Впервые видела, чтоб в апартаментах она была. Хозяину отдельный респект. Очень быстрая реакция на все вопросы.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Ubytovanie bolo presne ako na obrázku, tiché, dokonale čisté, v krásnej lokalite, kde v okolí boli hlavne domáci. Vybavenie bytu bolo úplne postačujúce na 2 noci, ktoré sme tam strávili. Apartmán sa nachádza neďaleko od centra, požičali sme si mestské bicykle za 0,75€ na 30min a bez problémov sme sa dostali do Prírodovedeckého múzea asi za 10. Ďakujeme za krásny pobyt vo Viedni, bez tohto ubytovania by to nebolo rovnaké.

Сковородка с деффектами. Не хватает шкафа или полок для одежды. Второй этаж без лифта.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025Great location roughly 5 minute walk to the U line, spar just around the corner and some lovely pubs and restaurants. Lovely apartment. Clean, spacious, cooker for self catering and washing machine if you need bits done while you're staying.
This is nothing against the host or the apartment because I can't fault either but an FYI there are no lifts in the building and the apartment is on the 2nd floor that being said we left our buggy down stairs on the ground floor each night and there was never an issue, buggy never went missing and never got damaged, felt very safe

Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, frigorifero grande con congelatore separato. La zona è facilmente accessibile tramite metro e bus. Ottimi locali per colazione intorno, ma anche panifici con buone soluzioni.
Da mettere in conto la salita di 2 piani sulle scale un po' a chiocciola.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025La struttura è situata in una bella posizione della città, grazie ai collegamenti della metro, in pochi minuti ti porta in pieno centro e in tante altre zone vicine. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, moderno e luminoso, in poche parole ti fa subito sentire a casa. Presente, lavatrice,phone, stendino, ferro e asse da stiro, non manca niente. Siamo stati tre notti e ci tornerei volentieri! Lo consiglio! Staff super gentile e disponibile

Very friendly communication with the owner, who sent clear instructions for key collection along with photos, making it easy for us to find the apartment and the key box right away. The apartment is ideally located – just 2-3 minutes on foot from the Pilgramgasse U-Bahn station and a short walk from Naschmarkt.
