Location was fantastic. We did not have breakfast there so will not be able to comment on breakfast.

The air conditioner was not working properly. We had pointed that at the reception.

Very friendly staff and super attentive. Specially Mr. Murad at reception.

Отель оставил впечатление комфортного, чистого, уютного и гостеприимного места, куда действительно хочется вернуться. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Все сотрудники были очень внимательными, доброжелательными и готовыми помочь. Но особенно хочу поблагодарить Мурада и Каландара. Это люди, которые относятся к своей работе не просто профессионально, а по-настоящему по-человечески. Благодаря их вниманию и заботе мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями отеля, а действительно желанными гостями. Такое отношение невозможно не заметить и очень хочется за него поблагодарить. Отдельное удовольствие — вид из окна. Просыпаться и видеть Мраморное море — это уже само по себе прекрасное начало дня. А завтраки с таким видом — вообще отдельная история! 🌊☕️ Завтраки вкусные, всё свежее, выбор хороший, и особенно приятно наслаждаться ими, глядя на море. Номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным, всё необходимое для приятного проживания было. Расположение тоже очень удобное — особенно для тех, кто хочет наслаждаться атмосферой исторического Стамбула. Для нас этот отель стал частью очень красивой поездки. И, пожалуй, самое ценное — мы уехали не только с прекрасными воспоминаниями о Стамбуле, но и с благодарностью к людям, которых здесь встретили. Отдельное спасибо Мураду и Каландару за их тепло, внимание и заботу. Вы действительно создаёте особую атмосферу в отеле. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Однозначно рекомендую и с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова! ❤️ Плюсы: чистота, уют, комфорт, расположение, вкусные завтраки, прекрасный вид на Мраморное море и, конечно же, замечательный персонал.

Struttura senza piscina e senza ascensore, ma in città vecchia sono quasi tutti così gli hotel, pero' e' fronte mare , quasi confinante con le mura del Topkapi e a quattro passi da tutto cio' che vale la pena vedere in quella zona. Lo staff e' molto competente, disponibile e amichevole. Avevo una camera che era un po' rumorosa così mi hanno fatto un upgrade e mi hanno sistemato in una suite, non appena si e' resa disponibile, perche' l'hotel era sold out. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff !

Die Lage und Personal ist gut.

Zimmer Gesamteindruck sehr eng und sehr klein Badezimmer besonders sehr eng kann man sich fast nicht bewegen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Es gibt kein Aufzug. Die Check inn zeit was im booking steht und was bei dem hotel ist passt nicht zusammen man muss vorort sehr lang warten

Fantastic team. Friendly and always there to help. Kalender, Mustafa, Kenan and the ladies in the morning did amazing. Breakfast was good with a good offer and fresh food. On top of that location is perfect with a beautiful sea view.

酒店位置很好，面朝大海，景色优美，难得的享受，员工的服务热情周到，专业。早餐好吃，品种丰富。完美的旅程。 特别感谢一位非常帅的前台帅哥，13号下午本来是三点多的飞机，TK2007，从卡帕多奇亚飞伊斯坦布尔，可是下卡帕一直下大雨，天昏地暗， 飞机延误了三个小时，几乎感觉飞机要取消，我当时着急，就给前台小伙子打电话问，问如果飞机取消，可不可以取消当晚的住宿。我的英语不好，电话里更是说不清楚，前台的帅小伙非常耐心地听我说，并且安慰我，让我放心不要着急，一切都没有问题，别担心，非常感谢这位帅哥，也体现了酒店员工优秀的素质。还好飞机最终起飞，到达了酒店，在酒店享受了三天，这个酒店是我住过最好的酒店，非常感谢，只是我忘了问帅哥的名字，他就是酒店最帅的帅哥个子高高的，眼睛大大的，非常绅士，再次感谢。

O ponto forte é a localização. Em frente uma avenida com acesso a taxis e passeio de barco na porta. Nas costas da propriedade você já está na área histórica de Istambul. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. Os quartos são novos e modernos, apesar de pequenos.

Os quartos são pequenos. Prefira os que dão vista para a parte histórica, pois sao um pouco maiores.

Personalet var flinke. Beliggenheden lå meget tæt på havet. Hotellet havde 2 indgang og udgang. Det ene ud til havet og det andet ud til butikker og restauranter. Værelset havde minibar og safe box. Badeværelset var fint og stor.

Værelset var ikke ret stort. Vi var 2 venner, og vores senge var næsten klistret op af hinanden. Værelsets bredde var ca. på størrelse af de 2 senge.

Прекрасное расположение в 10 минутах от основных достопримечательностей. Персонал просто самый лучший, мы получили поддержку во всех вопросах и даже больше. Я сильно вывихнула ногу, мне принесли лед и даже предложили транспортировать меня на ужин в ресторан и обратно)). Завтрак в отеле вкусный, ресторан в течение дня тоже хороший и по хорошим ценам. Сам отель очень милый, номера с видом на море и балконом отличные. Кровати очень удобные. В общем, при переезде в другой отель мы пожалели, что не остались в Редиссоне на всю поездку, чувствовали себя там желанными гостями. Обязательно вернемся.

- Das Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber - Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Sehr komfortabler Parkservice: Das Auto wird direkt am Eingang übernommen, geparkt und auf Wunsch wieder gebracht - Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders groß, aber dennoch absolut ausreichend und angenehm - Sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt - Sultanahmet Moschee fußläufig in 15 min erreichbar, der Weg ist etwas steil

- Die Lage ist nicht optimal, wenn man ÖPNV nutzen will - Die Betten sind im Vergleich zu anderen mir bekannten Hotels etwas schmal

Hotel mic și cochet, aproape de centrul istoric al orașului. De pe terasa hotelului se vede strâmtoarea Bosfor. Camera deși mica, este dotată cu tot ce e nevoie. Pat cu saltea confortabila, lenjeria și prosoapele schimbate zilnic. Personalul hotelului prietenos, dornic sa ajute cu informații.

Camera puțin cam mica, dar având în vedere timpul petrecut in camera nu a fost un inconvenient real.

We loved our stay at this Hotel. Excellent staff which are very helpful from arrival to departure. Communication is excellent with good recommendations of what to explore and do. It is located next to the sea which is great for those who like an scenic early morning run. You can walk everywhere but a bus stop is available close to the hotel for those who prefer to ride. Book early to get the best rates!

Отличный персонал, хорошее местоположение, вкусный и сытный завтрак, приличный ресторан

Стандартный номер - маленький. Если вы вдвоем, то будет реально тесно в комнате, 90% которой занимает кровать. Самые главные для меня минусы: в номере «с видом на Босфор» очень шумно. Прямо под окнами оживленная дорога, а окна хоть и пластиковые, но старые, не отрегулированные. Если вы чутко спите - однозначно не ваш вариант. И второе - плохие матрасы. Причем в стандартном номере он был получше, чем в полулюксе, куда мы переехали, чтобы было попросторнее.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Location is good..sea view is nice. All facilities are available in the room. It is serviced diligently everyday including changing linen, water bottles and tea / coffee supplies as well. Very friendly and supportive staff. They even helped us to order food online and provided with travel card. Also packed breakfast for us as we checked out early morning.

Rooms are small and crampy. No elevator to go to upper floors. Breakfast menu is monotonous, especially for stay more than 2-3 days.

Прекрасный вид из окна номера на Босфор. Хорошее расположение - десять минут пешком до основных достопримечательностей. Также в пяти минутах ходьбы находится социальная столовая - в ней относительно низкие цены, огромные порции, вкусная еда. В отеле очень дружелюбный отзывчивый персонал. Уборка, смена полотенец - ежедневно. Ставят питьевую воду. После выселения из номера взяли на хранение сумку на несколько часов (бесплатно). Завтрак достаточной разнообразный, неплохой выбор блюд, попробовать все не получилось, можно наесться на весь день.

Номер небольшой. Я проживал один, для одного нормально. Но двоим было бы уже тесновато. Большая кровать составлена из двух матрасов. Ощущается стык посередине. И один из матрасов был заметно продавлен.

Шикарное расположение на набережной в пешей доступности от старого города и всех главных достопримечательностей. Приятный вайб маленького, но очень стильного отеля. Номера немного "уставшие", но при этом очень чистве и есть все необходимое. Включая зубные щетки, расчески и мочалки для душа. Редко где такое встречаю.

Научите персонал на ресепшене вызывать такси. Целый час сотрудник воевал с телефоном, но так и не справился. Пришлось самому ставить приложение и вызвать машину ровно за 2 минуты.

The views of the Maramara Sea were lovely and the location was good for visiting many of the historic areas. The hotel building is very attractive with terrace restaurants. The front desk service is excellent.

We had two sea view rooms for 2 in each room and it is very compact and clean. The shower r narrow and circular not recommended for above average tall and heavy set customers.

Breakfast was ok but the room was very tight N shower was extremely small without a facecloth. One person at from charge More for a taxi than is normally charged
