Reviewed Sep 28, 2025We had a great stay at Eureka Room. The staff were very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information about Rome, including recommendations for restaurants and cafés. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. The location is excellent—close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025The room was nice and had a nice balcony. Bathroom was decent. Everything seemed clean. They let us leave our luggage in the morning before checking in. Very close to the train station, and Rome in general was both walkable and well connected by buses, so the location was handy.
They didn't make up the second bed for the second guest, so we had to make it ourselves. The shower doors didn't close properly so water went everywhere during showers.

I was extremely disappointed with this accommodation. The photos are misleading and don’t reflect the actual condition of the property, which resembles a construction site that’s clearly been left unfinished for some time. There were no curtains on the windows, leaving us with no privacy and forcing us to keep the lights on at all times. The view outside was also unpleasant. The interior was equally disappointing—walls and ceilings were bare, with exposed patches of raw wood panels, and the door frame was also unfinished. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were completely flat, and the tiny TV was mounted unreasonably high on the wall. The corridor was in the same poor state, and to make matters worse, our door didn’t have a properly functioning lock. A completely unsuitable security door had been installed, which made the place feel unsafe. To top it all off, on our first morning we discovered the shower head was broken. Thankfully, this was replaced quickly, but it didn't make up for the overall poor experience. Let me know if you'd like a version that sounds more formal, more casual, or toned down in any way.
