Reviewed May 20, 2026I like the beach the water was really nice no rocks nice white sands.
I didn't like the cottage we stayed I thought I paid for air conditioning room but they give us the cottage with mosquito knit and the fan was not working well I couldn't sleep because it was so hot and I saw the bat flying around inside the cottage that was a nightmare.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026This place is a gem. CLean, rustic with modern amenities. The beach is very clean, the best sunset in the island. Food is great and freshly cooked. We love their fish ceviche, torta eggplant, sinigang.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Friendly and caring staff, refreshing environment, full of plants trees. We stayed in a kubo (monitor) with only fan good for the price, when we moved to Deer it was much better but a bit pricy.
The water in the faucets and shower smells rusty, the shower in the deer is not working well they need to replace it , full of mosquitoes especially at night in the restaurant. The parking is a bit far from the property hope the management can find a way to make parking nearer the property

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026On s’est tout de suite senti bien : la plage est magnifique, le personnel est aux petits soins, les bungalows sont confortables, le jardin est très bien entretenu. Et enfin la cuisine est vraiment excellente, on s’est régalé de petits plats philippins faits maison.
Il manque des matelas sur les transats, mais les hamacs nombreux ont pallié ce manque de confort

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Driftwood på Sugar Beach kan klart anbefales. Der er lang transporttid mange steder fra, men det betyder, at den vidunderligt smukke strand langt fra er overrendt. Samtidig er der alligevel en del muligheder for at spise og tage på udflugter - hvis man vil mere end bare at slappe af på stranden. Vi tog bl.a. på sejltur samt hikede op til viewpoint og derfra videre gennem små landsbyer til næste strand.
De skønne kvinder, som driver stedet, er et kæmpe plus og skaber en rigtig god atmosfære. En enkelt gang til frokost virkede det dog som om de havde det lidt for hyggeligt sammen - det tog i hvert fald en times tid at få maden serveret. Men det har man jo også tid til et sted som Driftwood og Sugar Beach.

Reviewed May 19, 2025It is a very relaxing place, the ambiance is extremely nice. The place is covered with cool green nature with blue clear beach water. They served food with L💗VE to each customer. As a local Google travel guide I definitely recommend this beach resort💓
What I didn't like is when everyone is Checked out already and I am the only customer left in the resort 🤣, it seems like I rented the entire resort for the whole day...
